• Jessica (8/5): Wer in einer typisch japanischen Umgebung seinen Urlaub verbringen will und dabei nicht zu weit vom nächst größeren Bahn - Sehr nahe Lage zum nächsten Bahnhof, mit ca 12 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Ikebukuro. Es gibt ausreichend Konbini und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Ein Putzservice wird ebenfalls angeboten.

• Jake James (10/5): Comfortable and Affordable Apartment Style Living less than 15min from Ikebukuro Station - Enjoyed the apartment feel and experience of a home a short walk from the nearby station, and not too far from accessing Ikebukuro. Would glady visit again for a longer stay. The shower area is very compact and slightly too small for me personally.

• Kelsee (9/5): A Very Nice Calm Stay - We had a very nice peaceful stay. The beds were comfy and clean. The neighborhood was very calm and had a lot of local restaurants that were awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. Commuting could be a little far sometimes. But that is on us- based on where we needed to go. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment, know that the kitchen/shared area is very small, but bedrooms were a good size (we wanted to explore so it was perfect for us).

• Shelly (8/5): Good stay, nothing fancy, but good customer service - Customer service team was very responsive and accommodating to requests and questions we had about check-in. Appreciated having hangers for drying clothes. Some dinnerware, cups, and utensils were provided under the kitchen cupboard, which was convenient. Furniture in our rooms were sparse but functional, and we had a large TV in one bedroom of our unit. Washing machine was convenient, but be aware you need to buy your own detergent and air-dry your clothes. There was a balcony with a clothesrack provided. In the bathroom in our unit, there was not a towel rack or anywhere to set laundry/towels nearby while you're using the shower, which was slightly inconvenient. We moved a stool outside the shower unit for this purpose, but installing a towel rack or small shelf would be an improvement. Also, although we were informed that there is a complimentary room cleaning service every five days, I am not sure if it is by request. Instead, we just recieved fresh towels and toiletries left at the front door in a plastic bag, which was fine by us.

The floor around bed is not clean, there are a lot of nasty dust on the bed flame too, need to wipe off these dust the floor and bed flame. Inside wash machine is not clean, so nasty. Inside Rice cooker was not clean, electric kettle was dusty too. Basically they only vacuumed. Not wipe and not clean deep.

The comfort provided was outstanding — the room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff was also kind and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

All basic amenities available in a walking distance The location is not far from the nearby train station, though the district is far from Tokyo Town. Some basic spices and oil would have been a great addition

A little far from convenience stores, but there is a small local grocery nearby. The stairs are narrow and it was a bit difficult to carry your luggage upstairs/downstairs. I also noticed that the shower room could be small depending on the person, but I fit just fine.

• Kurtis (10/5): - This was by far my favourite stay in Tokyo. The apartment was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the area was peaceful and quiet. Will definitely book again next time I visit Tokyo. The only thing that wasn't perfect about the apartment was the shower. It was a bit small and cramped for me, but I'm 6'3 so that might not be a problem for everyone.

• Iván (8/5): - The place is pretty nice, they give all the necessary amenities and the kitchen is well prepared. It was clean, and felt secure. The AC was good too. The bed was comfy, and the sheets pretty warm. The window is big so letting new air into the room is fast. The shower was a bit small, but then again it's a small apartment and I am pretty big. I couldn't find any extra trash bags, so I had to buy them, and you have to do some trash separation (obviously this won't affect you if you only generate combustible waste, but I had bought a few things that came in boxes/hard plastics)

• Lochlan (10/5): It was great! I would wholeheartedly recommend it. - The rooms were just around the right size, with not too much or too little. All the amenities were there. Microwave, Kettle, Washer dryer. The only thing that was wrong with the property is that it didn’t have a sink in the bathroom, causing me to do my night time preparations in the sink of the kitchen. I’m quite tall, so I ended up bumping my head a few times on the smoke absorber over the stove.

C était propre ( des taches sur les murs mais sans importance) La salle de bain était très bien avec un bon jet d eau Pas très loin de la station kami itabashi où il y a un family part ( 8 min à pied)
• Vladislav (8/5): - The apartment is clean. There's a bed, a kitchen table, and a desk. The bed linen is clean. Three towels are provided. Air conditioning, a mirror in the room, and a mirror in the shower are included. There's a refrigerator, a gas stove, a washing machine, a kettle, a slow cooker, and a hairdryer. Various cutlery are provided. There's even an umbrella (probably left over from the previous tenants). The apartment is well soundproofed; you can barely hear trains, but you can occasionally hear neighbors slamming doors and talking in their rooms. The entrance door and the door to the balcony are of good quality. Dishwashing liquid, shampoo, and liquid soap are provided. Good lighting in the room. A sturdy staircase leads to the third floor. The apartment is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from Kami-Itabashi Station. A 5-minute walk to the Aeon supermarket (My Basket), cheaper than 7/11 and FamilyMart. I needed a small saucepan to cook spaghetti and porridge. It was in the photo when I booked the room. But when I checked in, I couldn't find the saucepan. I asked the owner for a small saucepan, but the owner refused and suggested I buy my own. There was only one mug for tea. There was no laundry detergent either, only an empty box. I asked the owner for laundry detergent, but he told me to buy my own because the apartment doesn't provide laundry detergent. I stayed in the room for 10 days, and the main problem with this apartment is the lack of an iron! How am I supposed to iron my clothes after washing them? Or should I walk around in dirty or wrinkled clothes so everyone knows I'm from Uhome Kamiitabashi Apartment? The owner asks that you sort your trash, but doesn't provide trash bags. There's only one trash bag in the trash bin. What should I put the other trash in? Or should I buy trash bags too? The apartment owner could have put a trash sorting container in the courtyard on the first floor so that all residents could put and sort their trash there instead of collecting it in their rooms during long stays. I had to find a place to collect plastic bottles and other trash outside and take my trash there myself. The bathroom door doesn't close because one of the previous tenants flooded the bathroom and the door swelled. The air conditioner needs cleaning; it was clearly dirty inside and hadn't been cleaned in a while. There's often no hot water in the shower. You turn on the shower and it's cold for 2-5 minutes, then hot for 1 minute, then cold again. After 5 minutes, hot water comes on for 1 minute, then cold again. Sometimes, even after 10 minutes, there was no hot water, and I had to take a cold shower. I turned the tap to 40ºC and 50ºC, and even pressed the special button and turned it to the maximum setting, but the water still remained cold. So, in the Tokyo apartment, I felt like I was in Russia.

• Xin (10/5): 10/10 - A very nice stay! The place is easy to find, self-check in works great, and the room is clean and equipped with washing machine, microwave and even cooking tools. The mattress is nice and soft, got a really nice sleep in it.
