En küçük detaya kadar kendi elleriyle çalışılmış ve mükemmel bir tesis inşa edilmiş manzarası harika hijyen bizi kendisine hayran bıraktı balkon sandalyesinden tutun kültablası bile pırıl pırıl. iç huzur ile ailece gelip kalabilirsiniz Yastık biraz yüksekti, alçak yastık seçeneği de bulunsa opsiyonlu güzel olabilir.

В апартах всё есть, разнообразная посуда, тряпки, губки, гели, всё что нужно для комфортного отдыха, даже средства гигиены, что было очень приятно. Так как не в каждых аппариаментах есть столько мелочей, а нам есть с чем сравнить. И самое главное это шикарный вид на море и на весь город! Просто хочется жить у окна) Хозяин приветливый и гостепреимный, видно что заботится о гостях и об отеле. Нужно учитывать, что аппартаменты находятся на горе. Как в принципе и любые другие с таким видом. И подниматься пешком довольно тяжело. Но тут уже нужно выбирать, или красивый вид, закаты и рассветы, или жить внизу там где удобней) Мы выбрали первое) Хоть были с двумя детьми и коляской.

• WorcesterBJK (10/5): Amazing apartment 😃 - The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided. Beautifully done out. Immaculate garden. Just perfect 😊 The apartment is up a hill, but close to town.
• Sacha (8/5): Fabulous views but very noisy - Fabulous terrace with a stunning view over Kas, especially at sunset (we were on the top floor). Modern furnishing, clean & fully equipped. Comfortable bed. Very Noisy. Even with all the doors/windows closed the music from town kept us awake at night until the early hours. And then we had the noise from the neighbours who we could hear moving around, having showers etc. So no soundproofing and not good for light sleepers. The compromise for the amazing views is it’s a steep walk up from town, even coming the longer (less steep) way it’s an uphill slog and then you have stairs once you reach the complex. The apartment was smaller than expected, it had everything we needed, but the bed was very close to the wall on one side, so constantly bumping your shin if you get up at night. No cleaning/rubbish removal, might have been for longer stays (we only had 3 nights), but most places have a daily service.
• Dasom (9/5): 강력추천합니다 - 언덕에 있지만 대신 바로 앞이 탁 트여있어서 바다와 카쉬가 한눈애 내려다보이는 전망이 예술이고 집도 너무 깨끗하고 침구도 편하고 욕실에 온수도 콸콸 나오고 너무 좋았습니다. 집주인분도 연락하면 답장이 빠르게 오고 친절하셨습니다! 숙소 자체 문제는 아닌거 같지만 굉장히 가까운 거리 어딘가에서(뒷건물로 추정) 밤마다 파티를 하는지..음악소리가 자정까지도 끊이질 않더라구요. 근데 소음의 출처를 정확히 알 수가 없네요
• Tsarbaev (10/5): Очень качественный сервис и отличный отель! Рекомендуем! - Были компанией 12 человек конец сентября 2025 года. Апартаменты очень хорошие. Вид потрясающий. В номерах чистота, посуда, холодильник, плита. В общем всё есть для комфортного проживания! До центра 5 минут спускаешься с горки, от центра в апартаменты придется немного в гору подыматься минут 10 (на первый взгляд страшновато, потом привыкаешь). Большинство апартаментов в этом регионе в горах. Такси от центра 200 лир. Тут не шумно ночью как в центре. Также хочется отметить персонал отеля и в особенности хозяина Хасана. Он поможет, покажет, расскажет. Рекомендую его для проживания!!! Когда приезжаешь первый раз, навигатор ведет немного не правильно. Поэтому я бы поставил на дорогах таблички с указателями отеля.

• Gary (9/5): Excellent private modern apartment overlooking Kas. - We had a top floor apartment. The apartment was very modern, comfortable, clean, well equipped and fully functional. The view was spectacular. This particular apartment had a very spacious and private balcony and the hot tub was delightful. If you want a view from the top floor high in the hills you have to be fit! That is not a criticism of the apartment just something to bear in mind as there is no lift.
• Assemgul (10/5): Самые уютные апартаменты в Каше!😍 - Мы останавливаемся тут уже третий год подряд – апартаменты просто шикарные! ✨ Здесь есть всё для комфортного отдыха: посуда, техника, даже посудомоечная машина. Всё идеально чисто, аккуратно, постельное бельё и полотенца свежайшие. Вид из окон – невероятный! Чувствовала себя как дома, даже лучше 😊 Огромное спасибо хозяину Хасану – он настоящий молодец и всегда заботится о гостях. Обязательно вернёмся в следующем году!

• Elena (10/5): Отличные свежие апартаменты с прекрасным видом! - Жили в апартаментах с 2мя спальнями на 2 этаже, с видом на море. Идеальные апартаменты, возможно, одни из лучших, где мы когда-либо жили за все наши путешествия. Всё точно как на фотографиях. Всё идеально чистое и свежее. Прекрасная посуда в достаточном количестве (кастрюли, сковороды, тарелки, бокалы разных видов). Отличные матрасы и подушки, белоснежные полотенца. Супер забота о гостях в каждой мелочи: таблетки для посудомойки, стиральный порошок, гели для душа и шампуни. Владелец встретил нас и все подробно показал. Ну а вид!!! Невероятный вид с балкона на весь город и море. Возле апартаментов удобная парковка для авто. Дорога из центра в крутую гору, но если ходить через небольшой парк рядом - подьем более пологий и доступный. По прямой дороге подъем действительно может быть сложным для детей, семей с колясками и пожилых людей. Но мы с 7летним ребенком спокойно могли подняться. До центра идти минут 15 спокойным шагом. В общем это одно из мест, которые можно смело рекомендовать и куда хочется вернуться! Ничего такого абсолютно нет.

La vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo un plus La musica della cittadina arriva fino alla casa anche se è in alto..almeno fino alle due di notte, poi verso le 5.30 iniziano gli altoparlanti con la preghiera e infine cominciano i galli..ma il problema è di tutti quindi se si decide di stare a kas è così ovunque

• Özge (10/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Suite war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir waren zu dritt in Suite "Laden" und hatten alles, was wir brauchten - mit atemberaubendem Blick. Check-In war auch in der Nacht problemlos möglich. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. Von Herzen danken wir dem Gastgeber Herrn Hasan, seiner Familie und den Reinigungskräften.

• Bhavna (10/5): Wonderful Stay in a Modern and Spotless Home. - The place was spotless and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was amazing. The host was friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time there. One negative aspect was the jacuzzi. We were informed about a leakage. After two days, the owner told us that we can use it. However, when we eventually used it and turned on the jets, built-up mold came out of the water, which was quite unpleasant.

Everything was perfect - just be aware of the steep walk back up from town. The fabulous views are compensation though!
