kenji (5/5): - 郊外なので静かです　屋上もあってとても便利国際クレジットカードカードが使えなくて現金で払おうとしてもレシートや領収書が無くてとても困りました　結局適当なレシートで納得せざるを得ませんでしたがその日観光する予定が無駄になりました

Shuta (8/5): 滞在証明書が必要なら時間がかかります - 立地がよく、部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。アメニティも充実していました。タシュケントでは滞在証明書は発行しないのでしょうか？スタッフに滞在証明書が欲しいと伝えた所、そんなものは無い、という反応でした。しつこく要求した所、別のスタッフが来て対応してくれました。

Alannah (2/5): Won’t honour your reservation!! - We booked this place because of its proximity to the airport given we had an early flight the next day. We got to the accom at 11.30pm (we had a late train in) and the receptionist told us the private room we had booked wasn’t available and that he’d messaged me. I checked my messages and showed him I hadn’t received such a message - he just shrugged it off. He offered us a dorm room with another person already asleep inside. Given how late it was, we were stranded with no other option. He kept insisting that the price would be the same as what we booked which is entirely unreasonable given we booked a private room and were getting a dorm. After a lot of back of forth, we eventually settled on a lower price. He also forgot to take copies of our passports so was knocking on our door an hour later when we had eventually gotten to sleep. Also, beware the walls are paper thin and they have some interesting guests…
