- Tatyana (9/5): Рекомендую и обязательно заеду снова - Хорошая локация, SPA и бассейном, заботливый обслуживающий персонал, трансфер до подъемника утром и вечером. Хочется отдельно отметить работу повара, так как за все время пребывания блюда не разу не повторялись и было всегда очень вкусно. Так и не удалось воспользоваться джакузи, так как вода в нем оказалась холодная.

- Pietro (8/5): Un buon soggiorno a Gudauri (anzi no, a Ganisi) - Bell'albergo, con arredamenti eleganti. Personale professionale e sempre a disposizione del cliente, dal primo all'ultimo momento. Camera discretamente pulita ed ottimo servizio navetta per gli impianti sciistici. Mi è stata data una grande mano dal personale dell'albergo ad uscire dalla strada innevata e ghiacciata con la macchina a noleggio dopo il check-out. Ritengo che il prezzo sia un po' troppo elevato per la tipologia di struttura, comparandolo ai comprensori europei, ma ho notato che è un trend generale di Gudauri. La posizione è defilata rispetto alle attrazioni principali e alla vita notturna del paese, quindi si deve rimediare con taxi e bolt ogni volta (non esattamente economici). Se si viene con macchina a noleggio, il viale dell'hotel risulta essere innevato e difficile da percorrere.

- ILIAS (1/5): - We cancelled our staying as soon as we saw the hotel. When we arrived we found that the rooms were xtremely different from the photos shown at booking.com. They we not clean (stains at the carpet that have been covered with other small carpets above, bad smell at the bathroom, very dirty sewer siphon). Also the was no elevator and as my dughter had a problem at her knee she would have strong difficulty to use the stares and reach the room. The most severe problem though was that the hotel is established with an electricity high voltage tower in its yard only not more than10 meters from the rooms. I don't know the Georgian law but at my county 100m from a high voltage tower is the minimum distance to live!We asked for cancellation telling the reasons but the owner asked for the cancellation fee as it was us to blame.And we had to search for an other hotel at 7.00pm Christmas Eve.....

- Guy (4/5): - Breakfast was very good. the room we got had an aufull smell.lucky for us we were the only gusts in the hotel so they changed to a better room.we took this hotel because it has a spa.when we wanted to go there thay told us it's 300 gel.(More than the cost of the room)the pool was very dirty.on the second day after a long day outside we got back to the hotel just to find out that they had a problem with the heater and there was no hot water so we needed to wait more than 2 hours before we could take a shower.

Staff were polite and attentive. The morning breakfast was very good and the interior ambiance of the dining area and the lobby is great. Very minor issues, nothing to be concerned about.

Accessibility to ambulance, police station is something to note. Other than that, hotel is equipped with jacuzzi, pool, sauna, billiard, bar and guests are welcomed by lovely staff. - Marwa (7/5): Thanks for welcoming me - It s cozy like you are at home. They do offer lift to pirveli chairlift but not to good aura gondola 🚡. But you scan take taxi on bolt and pay 27 lari to reach new gudauri gondola area I thought steam-room and sauna are included in the price. But they told me it is not and you have to pay lot of extra money to access them. Pool also was not available . The reason i chose this hotel is because i saw pictures of the steam room and sauna on the booking website.

Negatives: They forgot to pick us up at the airport and we had to wait 45 minutes in the airport, the staff at the reception and bar is not very friendly, they are not really connected to the slopes, ski rental is very expensive, the spa is not included in the price

- Serhan (4/5): Zorunda kalmadıkça bir daha bu otelde kalmam. - Personel ilgili, otelin yeri göreceli olarak iyi. Kayak pistlerine hergün sabah akşam transfer var(!). Önceden rezervasyon yaptı isen senden önce gelenler var ise de; oradakilerin gözlerinin içine baka baka en önce seni transfer ediyorlar. Booking'deki puanı mükemmel diye buraya karar vermiştim.(!) 1).İnternetten yer ayırtırken gördüğüm oda ile , bana verilen oda farklı idi. Ben iki kişilik bir oda tuttum; verilen oda üç kişilikti. Avantaj gibi görünebilir ancak, iki kişilik yatağın bir tarafı duvara dayalıydı ve ayak ucundan yatağa girmek zorunda kaldım. Yer ayırtırken gördüğüm oda kesinlikle bu değildi. 2).Telesiyejler saat 17:00'da kapanıyor. Otele son transfer de 17:00'da. Hiç bir akşam yetişemedik. Otele yürümek zorunda kaldık. 3).Odadaki klozetin konumu berbattı. Klozete düz oturmak mümkün değil bacaklarınız duşakabine çarpıyor. Yan oturunca bacaklar çarpmıyor ama, oturulan yer klozet olmaktan çıkıyor. Tam bir rezalet. O klozeti oraya konumlandıran kim ise tanışmak isterdim. 4).Otelin restaurantı var görünüyor. Ancak her sabah sorarak akşam menüsünü öğrenebiliyorsunuz. Bazen daha belli değil cevabı da alıyorsunuz. Menü belli olunca (saat 10:00 AM civarı belli oluyor) eğer rezervasyon yaptırırsanız size de yemek hazırlanıyor. Rezerve etmezseniz yemek yok. Tek alternatif karşı otel. Ben araba kiraladığim için aç kalmadım. 5). Oda ilk geceden itibaren normalden daha soğuktu.(dış sıcaklık gece -9 C'nin altına inmedi). Gece saat 11:00da konuyu resepsiyona aktardık. 15 dakika sonra teknik personel gelecek dendi. Kimse gelmedi. Oda sıcaklığı uygundu diyemem.

- Maxim (6/5): Гудаури как курорт нам не понравился уж слишком скучный. - Рядом есть магазины и рестораны. Уютное лобби где можно вечером посидеть. Горячий бассейн. Отзывчивый персонал. Без проблем поменяли номер из за неприятного запаха канализации Комнаты в отеле уже устали, требуется замена ковролина который уже грязный и плохо лежит. Но пик был ночью когда мыши начали лазить в чемоданах и кушать шоколад.

- Evangeline (9/5): Sweet place and helpful staff - value for money - It was a simple, pretty place, good value for the price paid. I had gone with my parents for my mother’s birthday, so they offered us to prepare the jacuzzi and sauna for us especially. We were there only for one night and they gave us two rooms with a wonderful view. The lobby areas have big couches for guests to relax and also board games that children enjoy. The food was prepared fresh and was delicious. It’s not a buffet but they cook for per table. The fresh cheese of different kinds were tasty. The heating system had not yet started when we visited in October 1st week. They said it will start only a few weeks later when actual winter hits, but the place is already quite chilly. However, it wasn't a huge issue as we had packed warm clothing.

Качество номера - освещение в нем, отсутствие чайных ложек и так далее по мелочи. В целом нормально, но не за такую цену. Расположение в части вида - хорошее, в части питания - возникает большой вопрос а где собственно можно поесть (особенно вечером, когда почти все закрыто). Скорее всего из-за того, что не сезон, но тем не менее.

- Muhammad Nabeel (6/5): - The location was good. Breakfast was amazing and served a little earlier than the designated time upon our request. The lady who prepared the breakfast is a gem of a person. Rooms are spacious. There is no elevator, and you have to carry your luggage to the high floors. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The rooms could be more comfortable. Doors were jammed, and you had to make efforts to open and close them. The blankets were small for a double room; they provided separate single blankets for a double room, which is unusual. There is a bar/hotel across the street that seems shady and will never stop the loud music.
- Omar (7/5): المكان جميل ومريح مع نقص في الخدمات - اطلالة المكان حلوة والمكان هادئ وجميل ونظيف وقريب من الخدمات 1. ماء المسبح بارد جدا. 2. الجاكوزي ليس من ضمن سعر الغرفة. 3. الساونا مجانا ساعة واحدة في اليوم فقط. 4. المساج غير متاح لأن الموظف المختص في اجازة. 5. عندما قامو بالتنظيف لم يفرغوا سلات المهملات كلها ولا يوجد شاي أحمر حيث فقط يوجد شاي أخضر في الفندق. 6. المخاد غير مريحة. 7. لا يوجد تكييف بارد في الغرفة وهو ليس ضروري لأن الجو بالصيف بارد في المنطقة. 8. لا يوجد مصعد حيث الغرف في الطابق الأول والثاني.

- Konstantin (9/5): В остальном все хорошо - Номера на 4 из 5 Приехали около 12 часов ночи - 2 часа проходили границу и еще около 2 часов в пробках двигались по военно-грузинской дороге. Приехав в гостиницу, уткнулись в закрытую дверь. Звонили по телефону на букинге, но никто не отвечал. В итоге обратился в соседний отель, менеджер которой смог связаться с менеджером нашей гостиницы. В итоге заселились. Оказалось, менеджер писал нам, но интернета уже не было ( в роумннге).

- Dr Ritika (10/5): Cute hotel and nice location! - It looks perfect for the location and they have a lovely living room and games etc to play. They do have a mountain view as well but no elevator you have to climb some stairs to get to your room. They offer free breakfast in the hotel next door. Overall really nice space, very clean and beautiful views. Good location if you need to go to the grocery stores or to restaurants nearby. Heating is amazing in the rooms and great water pressure and hot water in the showers

- Alson (10/5): Comfortable and home feel especially with the food. Would go back again - The food was great. The pick-up and drop service to the ski lifts was also good. The room was really nice although sound really travels between rooms. Nothing to complain about. Not a ski in-out but you would already know that if you book here.
