Daniela Paola (10/5): - Desde nuestro cuarto alcanzábamos a ver que estuviera bien nuestro automóvil, en la alberca nos llevaban todo hasta donde estuviéramos, no salía agua caliente y lo solucionaron, alberca momento de irnos nos facilitaron bolsas para la ropa mojada y contenedores para la comida que llevábamos, la atención en sí todo el tiempo fue 100/10 El restaurante no nos agradó mucho, había festejo de un cumpleaños y tardaron mucho en servirnos y las porciones muy pequeñas aún que el sabor 10/10 pero preferiría comer en otro lugar

No te ofrecen agua en las habitaciones, y tiene algunas fugas las llaves del agua en la habitacionn agave , no me gusto que habian personas con una bocina con volumen muy alto y se escuchaba por todo el hotel y nadie les pidio que le bajaran un poco al ruido.

El área de fogata, en las fotos se ve diferente y nada que ver con lo que es la realidad. El Internet estuvo mal, iba y regresaba. Servicio al cuarto, nunca me llevaron servilletas y salsa que pedí para mis alimentos y fríos.

Volvería sin duda . - El hotel es muy agradable con instalaciones bien adaptadas Tuve un problema en la habitación ya que el agua caliente de la regadera fluye muy lento y con poca fuerza lo que provoca que no te puedas bañar a gusto. Asimismo la puerta de entrada a la habitación no tenía el seguro funcional y aunque el lugar es muy tranquilo es preferible sentirse más seguro dentro de la habitación.

El jugo de naranja en lugar de ser natural es de bote 6. Sin agua caliente a las 8am de la mañana. Tuvimos que hablar a recepción a que abrieran el agua. 7. Y pagamos $3,750 pesos. No hay relación precio calidad de servicios
VIRGINIA (7/5): - Las instalaciones El servicio. Repito es hora en que no me han enviado la factura. Intentaron cobrarme un cargo adicional de $500 porque aseguraban que había hecho una reserva incorrecta. La reserva que se hizo fue para 4 personas adultas, cama doble. Y pretendían que tomara una con cama king size y sofá cama. Considero que deben revisar sus convenios entre Booking y el hotel para evitar mal entendidos y dar un mejor servicio.

La música estaba muy alta y se escuchaba en la alberca y en el cuarto.

The room had no AC, we had to open the windows to get fresh air but then got eaten by many mosquitos. There was a portable fan available per request but was not aware of it until the morning. I feel like there could have been more small details in the room to make it more welcoming.
