It had a beautiful and relaxing view, and was air-conditioned. Most importantly, the host, Nikolina, responded to all our questions very quickly and provided everything we asked for. She gave us information about transportation, buses, and the nearest supermarket, as well as tips on where to eat. If i return to Dubrovnic it will be my first option Nothing

• Roxana (10/5): Wonderful apartment with a beautiful view! - The apartment was clean, functional and very comfortable! Also the Host was wonderful! Free parking included! Best view you could ask for! If you do not like a lot of stairs or have difficulty walking long distances, this apartment/location is not for you. You have to carry your luggage up a steep flight of stairs before even getting to the apartment. And we had to spend quite a bit of money to take taxis to different locations like the old city center or local beaches because you cannot drive to these locations easily either due to the lack of parking or traffic regulations. If you want to be able to walk to these places, try and find a location closer to town and closer to the water.

• Anne (10/5): Worthwhile - With a lovely view of Dubrovnik port, we had an amazing stay at this apartment. Not only was it clean and exactly as described, Nikolina was really warm and gave us all the information and recommendations we needed to make our trip worthwhile. In terms of location, the bus stop is only a short walk away; and taking an Uber or Bolt from/to the old city was ~6 EUR. We also chose this apartment due to its proximity to the port and we had no regrets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would look forward to visiting again soon.

It was spotlessly clean and had everything you'd need and in a quiet area. Nikolina was such a sweetheart and so welcoming and helpful if I needed anything at all and gave me loads of tips for trips and getting a out etc That I had to leave and go home!!
• Jinky (10/5): Overall an amazing stay - We had a great stay in the apartment. The apartment was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Location was good. Very easy to get around with Uber (to the Old Town for example). The harbour nearby was also only 15-20 minutes walk where you can find shops and restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby (few mins walk) that you can take to get to the Old Town. There is a small supermarket nearby for necessities. Otherwise, there are also a few others around that are also easy to get to by Uber (or walk). The host, Nikolina, was nice and helpful. She gave us some useful info when we checked-in. Communication with her was also great when I needed something.

• Tim (10/5): A terrific apartment with a brilliant host in a good location at a great price - The host Nikolina was superb, gave excellent instructions, met us on the roadside to lead us to the apartment, then set up a whatts app with loads of useful stuff. It was spacious clean and fresh feeling, lovely view from the balcony.. it is a 15 mins bus ride to the old town but the stop is 5 mins from the appartment and goes every half hour. It’s easy to walk down to the new harbour where there is lots of good restaurants.. it was a quiet appartment so easy to sleep well .. just brilliant value all round Only tiny thing is I’m a light sleeper and if you open the velux in the room if it’s warm then even with the blind down it’s quite bright as there’s a street light nearby but nothing the hosts can do about that really.. just take an eye mask if you need it very dark in your room .
• Lauren (10/5): Incredible stay in Dubrovnik - My partner and I stayed at Apartment Ivan over Easter weekend. Nikolina met us at the property upon our arrival and was very accommodating for our early arrival. We requested to drop our bags off early but when we arrived she had the apartment ready for us. She had left us some Pinca (sweet Croatian Easter bread) as well as some snacks and water. She provided us with some great recommendations for our time in Dubrovnik and was really helpful. Nikolina also messaged us on the Sunday to wish us a happy Easter which was very thoughtful. The apartment has wonderful views and is close to the port some lovely bars and restaurants around 10-15 minute walk away (but it is a LOT of steps back up to the apartment!). We either walked or took Ubers into the old town but there is a bus stop almost right outside the building. The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable bed, extra blankets for bedding, black out blinds in the bedroom, as well as lots of kitchenware provided. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Dubrovnik. If I ever visit again I will for sure be booking Apartment Ivan again.

• Chantal (10/5): Wonderful apartment with great views and amazing host! - The apartment is very new, bright and clean with a lovely balcony that overlooks the port. It has all the amenities needed including a washing machine with soap, as well as a TV with Netlflix access. Our hostess Nikolina was fantastic, very responsive and even found us a private transfer to the airport. She told us to go watch the sunset down the road and it was just beautiful. The city bus #3 starts and ends on the road below the apartment making it easy to go to the Old Town and is 2.5Euro. Nothing
• Amber (10/5): Recommended - The view at this apartment is amazing! We were greeted by the wonderful host upon arrival and felt welcomed. Chocolates and a fruit bowl were a lovely touch and appreciated. The apartment was clean, tidy and the space was as expected. We walked into old town once (35-40 min walk) but there is a bus service available by the hour for $2.5 euro a ticket that you can pay on the bus (card or cash). Also, highly recommend visiting Lokrum Island to get away from the rush of people in the old town.
• Anouk (10/5): Perfect! - The appartment is great, has everything you need and is very clean. Air conditioning works perfectly, bed is nice, you can cook your own meals in the kitchen, washing detergent is available so you can use the washing machine right away and fresh fruits are provided by the host. She is very friendly, sent us some useful information via WhatsApp and we could always send her a WhatsApp message in case we needed something. You have to be able to walk up some stairs to get to the apparment. There is a bus stop that is only a 2 minute walk from the appartment and approximately every half an hour, a bus departures to the Old Town. Bus tickets are very cheap. It is only a 15 minute drive to some large supermarkets where you will find everything you need. We preferred to go over there instead of going to a small supermarket that was located more closely to the appartment.

It is so clean that i can even sense the sunshine from the sheets. I am deeply moved by Niko's small touches in every provision, from fresh fruits to clothes hangers to pre-cooled room... It is located a bit further from old town but No.3 Bus is very convenient to go to pile gate as the apartment is first stop and old town is last.

Nikolina also ensured we were aware of extreme heat warnings and her communication was excellent If I was being picky I would say that It didn’t have a toaster but did have a sandwich press so we used that to make toast, but to be honest the apartment was fabulous. I would recommend anyone staying here it is however very high up so taxi’s are needed, Nikolina advised use to use Uber which we found reliable and very reasonably priced

• Melissa (10/5): Spectacular Dubrovnik - This apartment is well located up on a hill a short uber ride to old town, this location provided the most spectacular views from our apartment balcony. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a washing machine. Nicolina the host is so good, she does everything she can to make your stay a memorable one, from organising parking, providing local knowledge of sights that are worthwhile, restaurants that are good, checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, even helped us carry up our luggage! The ubers in Dubrovnik are fairly priced with a ride into old town taking around 10-15 minutes(depending on traffic) and costing around $5-$6 euros. Highly recommend this apartment for the view, the host, cleanliness and comfort and"the view".

Nikolina was amazing from start to finish, she arranged transport from the airport and back for us and was on hand if we needed anything. The view from the apartment was out of this world and it was so easy to get Ubers everywhere from outside. Stunning view of the port from her place and you can see the most beautiful sunset a few steps away. The #3 bus which will take you to the port and the old town is only a 5 min walk. Nikolina is a wonderful host who is very helpful in every way. To get to & fro to the apartment and bus stop you need to tackle a few stairs and a slightly steep road. • Ihor (10/5): Best choise for apartment rent in Dubrovnik - The apartment is very well located, has all the needed amenities and has just a stunning terrace view. First - location. There is an available parking spot, which is easy to get to (important in such hilly area as Dubrovnik). On top of that, the apartment is just 5 minutes away from a final stop of a city bus, which is quite convenient to take when you go to the old town (parking near old town is just too expensive and overcrowded). Second - apartment fully equipped with everything what you need, all the kitchen appliances, washing machine, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Third - terrace. Honestly, having breakfasts and dinners with such view is already enough of a reason to book this apartment. 😃 And last, but not least - host. Nikolina was very hospitable and supportive. She made us feel like at home and provided a lot of valuable recommendations where to eat, what to explore and even warned us when there was a public holiday (some shops are closed during that time) or when there was a crash on the road, so we would be aware about traffic jams. To sum up, if you are planning to visit Dubrovnik and still looking for an apartment, you don’t need to search anymore, you found what you’ve looked for. 😊

• Susan (10/5): lovely apartment, wonderful view, with a great host who cares about her guests - The apartment 1 we stayed in was spotlessly clean, decor looked fresh and new, has air con also, a real bonus in the heat. Kitchen facilities modern, fridge, kettle, hob, sink etc, also very clean. Towels provided in bathroom. Stunning balcony view exact as pictured , and quiet in eve, after long day, can relax. we were welcomed by Nikolina who is really friendly , she left fruit and water for us on arrival. She left bus passes and provided time table for near by stop, that gets you to old town and other main routes. You can come and go as you please has own separate entrance. Small shop near cold drinks, milk etc if need. We loved everything and Nikolina is so helpful with anything you need.
• Sharon (10/5): Absolutely stunning with an exceptional host! - Nikolina our host was amazing, we were met on arrival and shown around the apartment and were welcomed with fresh fruit, chocolates and ice cold water. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need and the views are absolutely stunning! Nikolina was very attentive and there is nothing that she wouldn't do for you, extremely helpful and full of knowledge about the island. The location was perfect, in a quiet family setting and the main town was a very short distance away. You can catch a number 3 bus, which is 2 minutes away from the apartment and takes around 15 minutes into the old town, you use an Uber for no more than €5 EUR or you can walk. Apartment Ivan is a must for anyone visiting Dubrovnik, it certainly exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return one day! Do not give this apartment a miss! There is nothing that I would change.
• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - I can't say enough positive things about this place, the views were outstanding, Nikolina the host was absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and informative, nothing was too much trouble for her. The communication was great. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need, nikolina has thought of everything. There is a bus stop just at the bottom of the street with a local bus service that takes you into the town or you can get an Uber within mins that will take you in also. I would 100% stay here again! Loved everything
• Martyna (9/5): Nice - The apartment has everything necessary plus Netflix account which is great. The owner was very attentive and nice The internet barely worked and also a bit far from the old town (bus or taxi necessary)

• Susan (10/5): Perfect - the view from our balcony was unbelievable and not one you would ever tire of. - Our host Nikolina was lovely she met us on arrival and kept in touch during our stay to answer any questions and to make sure we hadn’t issues. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was very well equipped. I would definitely stay again. The bus stop is a 5min walk away and it took you to the old town in about 15 mins.

• Ashley (10/5): Exceptional, would highly recommend to stay here. - Great apartment, looks brand new, everything finished to high standard. Perfect size for 2 people, walk in shower with drench, even had a washing machine! Kitchen has everything you could want, fresh fruit and water supplied for your arrival, outside terrace is amazing, great views of the marina and the sea. Smart TV with Netflix, You Tube etc, Prime, local TV stations. Free Wi-Fi. The owner lives next door so flexible with checking in times, so helpful and nice, give you information pack with all details of the area, always available if you need anything. Apartment is up on the hillside near the marina, number 3 bus takes you to old town and runs on a loop, takes about 20 mins from apartment to town and visa Versa. Bus stop 2 min walk. 15 Kuna one way ticket. Also close to bus station where airport shuttle drops you. Taxi from bus station was 100 Kuna = approx £12. If you have time you can get the 3 bus up for arrival, 15 Kuna. Everything was spot on, and the pictures are accurate for a change. Nothing

• Pauline (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and more. Even fresh fruit and cold drinking water on arrival. Nikolina was so very helpful and friendly. The steps, hard work but Nikolina provided us with the bus time table which was really good.

• Valeria (9/5): Superb - The view is amazing! Nikolina is a super host, gave us some tips about the transportation and we had cold water and fresh fruit which was perfect cause it was 40° outside. The apartment is well-equipped and have a lot of space! The internet works for social media and small things but is not too strong to do home office and video calls.
