• Sayaka (9/5): Very hardworking friendly owner who always responded quickly, thank you for the stay! - オーナーがワンオペながらもきちんと対応してくれるロケーションの良いこじんまりとしたホテルです。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を置いておけるのが助かりました！ メトロの駅からはちょっと歩くし見つけにくい路地の奥にあるエレベーターの無いホテルではあるので荷物が多い人、ホテルの前までタクシーで行きたい人は別のホテルにするべき。 ただ観光スポットではあるので値段は高いけど周辺に飲食店、カフェ、食堂、両替所もあるので便利で常に人がいるので治安的にも夜到着しても安心かと思いますが必ず事前にホテルの位置と玄関の写真などをチェックして行くべき、そうすれば他の人が言うように迷わずスムーズにたどり着けるはず。 Thank you to very busy but hardworking friendly owner during my stays at this hotel, this is a small cozy hotel on a small alley on busy tourist area so not for someone looking for fully serviced hotel or with big suitcases, but perfect choice if you are looking for affordable stay with easy access to Metro stations, places to eat, cafes. It is a major tourist area but if you look for it and walk around, you can still find locantas and bakeries that are pretty local and Galata tower and ferry piers are within walking distance. Depending on which floor or which room you stay, you may find the music from the bar downstaris pretty noisy to sleep but I took the location, price and spacious room as my choice and was happy that I chose this hotel as place to stay for my first visit to Istanbul and I would love to stay here again for the great view of the street from spacious cozy room I stayed and enjoyed :) 部屋、というかフロアによってWiFiの接続と外からの騒音レベルが全然違う The noise you get from the bar downstairs and your WiFi connectivity totally depends on which room/floor you stay

Қонақ үйден шыққан бойда қызыл трамвай есік алдында жүріп жатыр және метро, автобус аялдамаларына жақын жаяу 10 мин жүресің. Бөлме кең, жуынатын сабын, тапочкі болды. Қызметшілері жақсы. 5-6 күнде бір ретте жиналмады бөлмеміз, қоқысты алмады ең болмағанда. Оның алдында да дұрыс жиналмағаны кроваттің жиегіндегі ағаштың шаңдарынан көруге болады, көптен сүртілмегені. Сосын бөлмедегі терезе жарық, сынған оны бер жағынан скотчтап қойған содан жел қатты ұрады. Стамбулда ауа райы салқын болды біз барғанда жылытатын обогревательдің көмегімен аман қалдық. Бөлменің сынған терезесін салдыру керекқо қонақ үй иесі, болмаса күз, қыс болса жылытқыш көмектеспейді.

• Ivan (6/5): At least it was cheap in very good location - The location is really great, staff was friendly and helped when requested the room has icy floors, there's a bar under the window and a karaoke bar next to it, parties until 4-5 in the morning, it's impossible to sleep because of the loud noises, there were also problems with the water (independently from the hotel), cleaning was done only once in 5 days after request and the Wi-Fi is very bad. In bathroom always bad smell from sewage

La conexión wifi llega fatal a las habitaciones. El trabajador de recepción, al comentarle estos temas, fue muy poco amable y no nos ayudó nada.

• Elena (7/5): - Шикарное местоположение - середина главной улицы Истикляль. Номер 202 лучший и единственный с балконом. Справа площадь Таксим, слева Галата и туннель до Каракея. Уборка только по требованию. Воспользоваться вайфаем за 4 ночи не удалось от слова совсем. После замечания администратор ответил что на первом этаже норм ловит, а вы на 3 - извините. Была готова к шуму, тк отель находится на оживленной улице, но больше всего беспокоил очень шумный внешний блок кондиционера, установленный на балконе рядом с кроватью, а пользовались им жильцы 2-го этажа.

Это лучшее место что бы в любое время суток выйти и затусить, самое лучшее расположение, круглосуточная жизнь и поток людей . Это лучшее место где можно остановится в Стамбуле. Очень атмосферный вход. Вообщем я под впечатлением, если бы было тысяч 10 долларов сейчас, я бы снял его на месяц и ушел бы прям там в веселый запой, в Стамбуле очень весело особенно в этой части. Столько баров я еще не видел. Вообщем если думаете о выборе отеля то не думайте а бронируйте номер пока есть места. 1 - й этаж это тут если что де факто второй, когда снимал думал будет не очень из за первого этажа но тут все иначе. Я в восторге если честно. Кровать хорошая, можно смело сучек местных вести… А девушки в турции писец красивые….

• ELENI (4/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε τέλεια τοποθεσία , παρά πολύ κεντρικά, ο πύργος του γάλατα και η πλατεία ταξιμ είναι πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός, μας άφησε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας στη ρεσεψιόν και πριν το check in και μετά το check out. Την πρώτη μέρα που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο η τουαλέτα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικη από τους προηγούμενους. Επίσης το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό καθώς και οι πετσέτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ζήτησε χίλια συγγνώμη και έπειτα μας καθάρισε την τουαλέτα ο ίδιος και μας έφερε καινούριες πετσέτες. Σημαντικό μειονέκτημα επίσης είναι το ότι το να βρεις το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ δύσκολο. Δεν έχει καμία πινακίδα που να δείχνει το πού είναι και το ψάχναμε μέσα στη βροχή πολύ ώρα καθώς δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε τον οικοδεσπότη και εν τελει μας βοήθησε να τον πάρουμε τηλέφωνο ένας κύριος από το δίπλα μαγαζί . Στη ρεσεψιόν δεν υπήρχε κανείς τις περισσότερες ώρες μες στη μέρα σε περίπτωση που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι. Ωστόσο, ο οικοδεσπότης σε ο,τι μήνυμα του έστειλα ανταποκρίθηκε πολύ γρήγορα.

• Ataş (1/5): - They didn't know we had a reservation; they randomly gave us a room. The rooms were terribly noisy; the air conditioning didn't work, they gave us a small fan. When we said we were bothered, they said it's normal on Istiklal Street, but the noise was coming from the hotel. We couldn't sleep. They spoke to the guests almost scoldingly.We left without staying overnight.

• Hanna (5/5): - Отель соответствует цена-качество, мы брали из разряда прийти переночевать на 3 ночи, номер и ванна уже требуют ремонта много чего в неудовлетворительном состоянии, единственный плюс находится прямо на улице истекляль, найти тоже проблема ни вывесок ничего, при заселении долго не могли попасть в отель потому что администратора не найти, на связь не выходил ,окна выходили во двор и в стену. Уборку конечно мы не ждали, но и мусор даже никто не забирал.

The location is excellent and very convenient, close to many attractions and important places. The reception staff were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, always helpful and making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect.
• Sofia (6/5): Cheap but with some deficiencies. - The location was absolutely perfect. In the Instiklal street where you can go everywhere around the center on foot. The price was also good for the location. Even the price was cheap, some basic facilities should be bettr.The air conditioner was very slow and it was a bit cold. The room could be more clean and the bath towels weren't clean. My pytzamas also was lost by the room service - maybe was mixed with the laundry - and never got it back. However, the people in the reception was very kind and willing to help.

• ALI (8/5): Une vue magnifique - J’ai beaucoup aimé l’établissement ainsi que l’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel. L’eau était toujours chaude, le lieu était propre et bien équipé avec une petite cuisine, et la vue était magnifique. J’ai séjourné dans la chambre numéro 302. Honnêtement, j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrai certainement dans le même hôtel à l’avenir, à condition que le Wi-Fi soit disponible. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement l’hôte, Burak, car j’avais oublié mon passeport ainsi que celui de mon épouse, et il me les a rapportés très rapidement avant mon départ à l’aéroport. Un grand merci à lui. Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié, c’est que le signal Wi-Fi ne parvenait pas jusqu’à ma chambre. Malgré tout, le personnel, avec beaucoup de respect, m’a fourni un autre accès Wi-Fi, mais il ne fonctionnait que près de la porte. De plus, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.
• Lorena (10/5): Foarte plăcută șederea. - Poziționare foarte bună, ambianța plăcută, decor foarte frumos în hotel, camera superbă și ea. Domnul Kadir și colegul lui foarte amabili. Voi reveni cu siguranță. Calitate preț excelentă Datorită poziționării pe stradă Istiklal era gălăgie noaptea, însă citisem recenziile și mi-am asumat acest lucru. Un minus ar fi faptul ca pentru persoanele in vârstă sau cu dizabilități nu există lift și sunt multe scări de urcat, dar pe mine personal nu m-a deranjat.

• Aler (10/5): - The view, lication wise its at the center so it was great. It was hard to find, there should have been a direction that you have to go through an alley to get into the hotel. Not ideal if u have a luggage because there is no elevator and going to the hotel u have to climb stairs through the alley.

• Andullah (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and elegant. I’d definitely come back again!
• Diana (10/5): - The hotel has a perfect location right on the central street — everything is just a short walk away! The room was super clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was polite and ready to help with anything I needed. Great value for money! I’d definitely stay here again.
• Tahir (6/5): Quite a basic room however it was pretty much self service. I saw a staff once and i raised an issue about TV not workin - Location was great, right on the main Istiklal street. Window didn’t close properly and was quite noisy at night. TV didn’t work and no remote available even after raising a complaint.
• Kwst (10/5): Everything was perfect - Location was amazing close to main attractions in the city. Room was clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was perfect. I recommend it to all my friends and the next time I visit Istanbul I will stay again in Mayata Gallery
