La propriétaire etait tres a l écoute et réactive . - Nous avons apprécié la proximité d avec la grande avenue leoforres .L appartement est très lumineux avec une belle vue terrasse Il manquait des lampes de chevet dans les chambres

• Antoniya (7/5): - The apartment has a good size, very nice balcony, good view, bedsheets and towels were clean,bathroom is new, staff is polite if you can get a hold of them I had trouble entering the apartment and called 4 times both numbers of the owner but no reply.. Hot water is with heater, however it wasn't on and wasn't clear how to switch it on, also water faucets are backwards - hot water is cold and cold is hot.. I traveled 12 hours coming form a cold place and wasn't nice not being able to have a shower the day I got there! A/C in bedroom didn't work for 24 hrs, after rebooting it started, all cutlery in the kitchen cabinets was dirty, the kettle is filthy.

• Aikaterini (4/5): OK for short duty trip - By coincidence it was extremely close (5 min walk) to the headquarters of the company I had to visit. The proximity was particularly helpful in the evening as well given that I finished meetings and work late around 20.00 so I could return back quickly. In addition I must say that the apartment was particularly clean. Bedsheets and towels were clean as well. 1. The building is not easy to reach, in particular if travelling with luggage. Even with a very small light luggage, climbing up and down was not easy. 2. The box giving access to the keys doesn't open easily, probably due to long term exposure to sun and heat. 3. In the bathroom /WC there was a contant persistent very unpleasant odour from the sewage. 4. The appartement has been only partially renovated, while a large part of it remains quite old. I must say I used the appartment only for sleep and shower as I was on a intensive 2days duty trip. On Wednesday I arrived late in the evening. I left to work on Thursday morning at 8 am and returned back just for a few minutes at 20.15 in the evening. I went out to eat and returned back at 22.30 to sleep a few hours before my departure at 5.00 to catch my flight. For this limited use the appartment was OK but otherwise, if I had to stay longer I would feel depressed. 5. I am sorry to say that I found it quite expensive considering the level of facilities available (except from the proximity to my work destination). Indeed Athens has become very (perhaps unreasonably) expensive but the cost per night versus the lack of some coffee available at least for the 1st morning or a welcome bottle of water or fruit at the arrival seemed very disappointing to me (at least, comparing with other Airbnb appartments I have stayed in Athens a few months ago in close areas such as Ambelokipoi /Panormou).
• Shu14 (3/5): Poor - The location of the apartment The apartment is very run down. Shower is not really usable since the glass doors do not shut and the shower hose is leaking making it a super ackward shower. The shutter for the window were really rusty making it difficult to open and close. Air-conditioning in the bedroom didn't work at all. The check-in details were not the clearest especially regarding hot water and how to switch on the boiler. Overall, not a great apt and over priced.
• Ralphy (10/5): Great place to stay only 5 metro stops from Syntagma, with a quite local park and some restaurants just around the corne - Nice big shaded private veranda and comfortable bed.
