• Serendipity Cape Town (7/5): - Das Apartment war sauber und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Der Weg zum Beach ist kurz. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus. Das Apartment ist gleich gegenüber einem Aufzug, was sehr laut war, wenn Leute im Flur waren. Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus was mühsam ist, wenn man mit Koffer und Lebensmittel ankommt. Es gibt eine Durchgangsstrasse direkt vor dem Haus und es ist sehr laut. Das erste Foto bei Booking.com stimmt nicht. Hier wurde ein X-Fach Zoom benutzt. Ich bin dann nach einer Nacht abgereist und habe eine kleine Rückerstattung angefragt, aber nie mehr etwas gehört.

• Melanie (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder! - Sehr gute Lage, zentral mit Balkon, ein tolles Apartment mit schönem seitlichem Meerblick. Einziger Mangel, es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, man hat jedoch nach kurzem Schauen immer in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Zum Be- und Entladen haben wir immer kurz vorm Eingang geparkt. Hat super geklappt. Es war alles perfekt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Caroline (8/5): Nice - The suite was lovely. The view however disappointing. Clifton Hotel in front of our balcony. Sideview of the ocean we had though. But other than that good. Close to Camps Bay to walk for our supper. 1.8 km one way. Many restaurants to choose from. Great!

• Anette (6/5): Price/quality was already good - but would much be improved if the rooms are renovated. - We had a door key, but when we arrived an employee was waiting for us and handed us the keys as well as walked us upstairs and explained all facilities. This could be a very nice place if it would be renovated as they are renovating/have renovated (we saw it) other rooms. Ours was still a bit old and overused. Also there are two buildings and from the advertisement we expected to have an ocean view. Instead we just look on the second building of this property on the other side of the street. The ocean could only be be glimpsed when looking sideways from the balcony. Isolation of the windows was good, therefore it was relatively calm. But you had to close the balcony door, otherwise the street noise was quite loud.

Andrew the host had great communication before the arrival and at check out, he also left some food and beverages in the fridge-that’s really nice and handy! Access the the beach is easy, and the beach itself is amazing. It’s also easy thé join Lions Head trail from the location. Just next to the appartement there is a little café for breakfast and coffee. It’s a bit noisy from the road under the balcony

Way too noisy, couldn’t sleep at all. You can hear everything at night, esp the garbage truck and glass collectors. Read above
