- Ehsan (1/5): Bad - They seem to be an agency. I had to go through 3 different people and phone numbers to get to someone. We texted ahead of time and they even asked for the confirmation pin. They sent someone else to show us to the building. The building they showed us was not what was on the website. No elevator, the interior looked very rundown and a totally different place altogether. Even the address was different (same area, different building). When we refused, they left and came back later to show us another place. They showed us another rundown building with no elevator (my mom cannot walk up the stairs and I had specifically communicated this to them and they had reassured me that the building has an elevator). We had to get another place on the spot and pay more than what we intended to pay.
