• AIKO (4/5): 送迎を目当てに予約したのに！がっかり！ - 立地は良かった 少し割高でも送迎付きがいいと思って予約したのに、メールしても電話しても送迎にこなかった！前々日、ブッキングドットコムサイトから「施設に連絡」ボタンからバスターミナル到着日と時間をメール送信。何の返答も来ない！ことから前日にもう一度確認のメール。送迎をお願いします、と送っても何の返答もなし！仕方なく到着してから（国際電話になるのがとても嫌だったが）電話した。雑音がひどくて何の会話もできず。こうなることを見越して余裕もって２度もメールしたのに！結局迎えは来ず、有料でトゥクトゥクに乗って向かった。チェックインでそのことを伝え、「メールを2回送った。返事は来なかった。迎えはどうしたのか」と聞いても謝りもせず何を喋ってるかわからないがとにかくゴニョゴニョ。代わりに明日、チェックアウト後、送ってほしい、できますか？と聞いてもイエスノーで答えず、とにかくゴニョゴニョはっきりしない。結局諦めて有料でトゥクトゥクを使ってあとにした。 2部屋続きのファミリールームだったが、片方冷蔵庫が壊れて使えないし、とても嫌な匂いがした。 どちらにしても送迎付きで送迎すっぽかしたのだったらその分安くするべきではないですか？英語もそこまで得意ではないので翻訳アプリを使いましたがほとんど通じないのでこちらからお願いできなかったけれど、本来ならホテル側の落ち度なのだから、ホテル側が客に謝って安くすることを申し出るべきだと思います！

• Kirsty (7/5): A perfect peaceful location if you are happy to walk. - A peaceful location near the park. A spacious room. If you don’t like walking it’s a cab to Krabi town eating and drinking.
• Prabu (6/5): Simple room worth the price situated at a good location - Location was great. Far enough from loud music bars and pubs. Close enough to walk to local eateries as well as the famous pub street area. Basic hotel without much life to the room but for the price it was certainly a great deal with comfortable bedding. Lack of overall upkeep such as leaky pipes and broken curtain rail or light fixtures installed upside down etc. However for a place to sleep comfortably, no complaints for the price paid.
• Cathf (8/5): Very good - It was a very spacious room. Clean and had a bath and shower. Very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I wasn't able to charge my phones beside my bed, but I appreciate that the room had a 3-point socket. I had booked that night at about 10pm due to complications in the hotel I was originally staying at, so I was grateful that I was able to book and get over there within half an hour from booking. The shower gels were partly empty. Maybe it hadn't been changed? But all in all I was satisfied with my stay. It's a bit of a walk to get to the city, but there are always tuk tuks around that can take you.

I paiyed cash but they make problem with the receipt(may be not cosher) I hope you didn't pay also. Next time try to check the location. Sorry

• Hsinjung (7/5): Not totally bad, but not really highly recommended - Kindly staff and service, breakfast is a set meal not buffet but can feel full. Air conditioner is ok to use and have hot water for bath and have hairdryer and two free bottles of water. I choose room with bathtub because i would like to have a great bathtub time, however the bathtub don't have cover for the hole and their staff cannot help me change another room. Luckily, i took cup to put on th hole and enjoy the happy bathtub time, after that feel really relax. If i didn't figure out how to stuck water, then i will don't know why i need to pay more money to choose a room with bathtub.
• Radek (8/5): Hotel in Siem Reap for exploring Angkor - Check-in was excellent. The staff at the reception was amiable, and we were checked in immediately upon arrival. The room was large enough, and cleaning was done every day. The beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The lady who served breakfast was also delightful. Everything was very close on foot. From our room, we saw a narrow alley on the wall of the house next door. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the shower is only on a water pipe; it cannot be adjusted for comfortable showering. The water was leaking out of the tub onto the bathroom floor and across the bathroom into the drain. In the room, there were very often noises from neighboring rooms.

• Vedran (3/5): STAFF WASS THE VERY BEST EVER. But for the rest I wouldn’t stay in this hotel ever again except if they renovate it and - Exceptional staff. I have never seen more friendly and more polite staff. They deserve all the credit to run this dysfunctional and poor place. The description of facilities on Booking.com is a HUDGE LIE !!. TV is not working at all in whole hotel. There is no room service. There is no restaurant. There is no bar. There is NO wellness . I was first in room 106 and there was a broken and leaking sink. Bath was leaking by all the length. Toilet seat was broken. Switch from night lamp was broken. Curtain in bathroom was in terrible state.Fridge was leaking and dirty. Door lock was in bad shape. There was no drink to buy in the hotel. After 2 days they have change my room for second floor ( room 208). There was no hot water in the shower but there was hot water in the sink. The phone to call reception was broken. The only reason why I have stay during the period that I have book online by Booking.com was because the unbelievable polite and helpful staff. They deserve all the credits. I have speak with the manager and told him about all the mail functions in the rooms that I have stayed, and the hotel in all. He was polite and has promised to take care that the misinformations presented on Booking.com will be changed to the present situation in the hotel. This is the second time in 4y time that I have stayed in this Hotel but obviously allot has changed in the period before and after the plan- demic of Corona madness. I will not come back except they decide to renovate the whole hotel and improve the terrible poor breakfast what I couldn’t even eat.
