• Michelle (4/5): - Accommodation was fair, needed some repair Bed broken, toliet seat broken. Bathroom was drowned after having shower. Booked foe a 4 bed, but only had the capacity to sleep 4, double and single in one room and couch bed in kitchen/dinning area.

• Nadir (6/5): - Kleiner, aber sauberer Pool. Lage ist sehr zentral und man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Der Empfang auch sehr herzlich durch nette Besitzer. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir kurzfristig unsere Ankunftszeit vorverlegt haben und dadurch das Zimmer nicht gründlicher gereinigt werden konnte, aber unter sauber verstehe ich was anderes. Die Bewertungen auf dem Portal sind für meinen Standard viel zu hoch und geben nicht das wieder, was wir vorgefunden haben. Ja, die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Uns wurde sogar bei der Ankunft ein Stecker gegen die Mücken gegeben, der auch nötig war. Allerdings haben die Abflüsse gestunken und es waren Kanalfliegen vorhanden, die das ganze bestätigen, dass was mit der Kanalisation nicht stimmt. Wie auch ein Vorgänger schon beschrieben hat, gab es keinen Vorhang/keine Tür in der Dusche, dadurch wurde es immer überall nass im ganz kleinem Toiletten-/Waschbeckenbereich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, aber entweder wurde ein " Duftbaum" installiert oder es war der eigene "Duft" der Anlage, wie auch immer wir empfanden es als sehr unangenehm. Für mein persönliches Empfinden hat es eher gestunken. Die Bilder und die Bewertungen geben auf keinen Fall die Realität wieder. Von einer "Hervorragenden" Bewertungen ist dieses Apartment weit entfernt. Vielleicht sind die anderen besser und dann passt es wieder, aber ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen. Für die Baustelle Nebenan können die Eigentümer nichts, aber sie teilweise schon sehr laut und nervig, wenn man am Pool lag.

• LUANA (10/5): Ottimo - L'appartamento era spazioso,pulito,la cucina era dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, detersivo per i piatti,detersivo per la lavatrice, il letto era comodo e largo. La zona piscina era molto bella i nostri bambini si sono divertiti tanto,la piscina era pulita. La Signora è molto gentile e disponibile abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione della camera e ha risolto subito e poi abbiamo avuto un ritardo con l'aereo e siamo arrivati oltre l'orario del check in e quindi è stata molto gentile.

• Król (10/5): Great and quiet accommodation - You have everything what you need in one. You can relax at pool when you want. In Apartment you have nearly everything what needed. Nice and very clean. Hightly recommended. The owners are always around. Friendly and very cheerful. The place is quiet and you can really relax here. .

• Nataly (10/5): Amazing - strongly recommend it! - Great apartment - very clean and cozy. We had a wonderful balcony terrace with a view of the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and for cooking, with thoughtful touches like washing powder for the machine and plenty of utilities for comfortable meal prep. The pool area was fantastic - our kids were simply delighted with it, and the depth and temperature were perfect. The hosts are such pleasant and supportive people. We had a very late flight, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on the property until 8 p.m. A huge thank you for your kindness and for creating such a truly family-friendly place to stay. Nothing to put here

• Anna (8/5): Nice place to stay - The host of the apartment was easily accessible via booking portal and she was present around during the day. The air conditioning was working properly. I had a nice and spacious terrace and the swimming pool was clean with garden area for the children to chill out. Bed comfy. I did not like when during last day of stay the water was not heated and I needed to take a shower in cold water. The other day once I was cooking and doing washing the electricity suddenly stopped working. The location to the center is quiet far on foot so I needed to take uber everyday to get to the center. There is a cat there moving around in the garden area so I needed to be careful as once the cat unexpectedly came to our apartment when i left the door open I was in a bog shock when he was eating my pasta:)

Bit dated,We stayed in double apartments with extra folding bed which was very uncomfortable

The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, and the area is very quiet and safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

She even offered us some extra hours to stay on our day of departure free of charge since no new guests were arriving that day. That made our last day so much more comfortable. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, a/c was good and there were nice details such as laundry detergent to use. The pool area was lovely for kids. We would love to come here again! Everything was great. Not a walking distance everywhere you want to seenin Zadar, but not expensive to get around with Bolt.

The owners were super friendly and responsible 💬🤝 — they did everything they could to help and make us feel comfortable, and we’re truly grateful for that 🙏💛 We also booked the apartment at the very last minute and were a bit worried about the distance to the center, since we were walking with our 5-year-old daughter 👧🏻🦶. The first walk felt a bit tough, especially because Google led us through some narrow streets 🏘️😅. But after a good rest in the apartment 🛏️🌿, all our next walks to the Old Town and the sea felt easy and enjoyable 🚶‍♀️🌊🏰.

Apartment was well equipped and you only had to ask if you needed something . Pool was lovely and clean . Beds were comfy and the apartment was spotlessly clean . There was a play area for children. It was further from the beaches than I had thought . Good variety of shops within a 30 min walk , but in over 30degree heat we ended up getting taxis everywhere . Uber ranged from €6 euro to €15 to shops and to town depending on demand . The nearest sandy beach is @30 min drive away . So we didn’t get to go . In hind sight a hire car would’ve been the way forward .

• Suzanne (9/5): Lovely swimming pool! - We absolutely loved our host and how clean the pool was!👌 The location was a little out of the way, but there was a good supermarket 10 mins walk away and Ubers get you nearly everywhere for 6 euros!🙌

That was really handy. No instructions for tv, cooker, air con. Would have been useful to have directions, appartement is very hard to find, especially at night.
• Adel (5/5): Reasonably good but not great! - Pool Air conditioning which is in the main living area (but not the bedroom). Good host who does her best to help. There was an issue with the television and she tried to help as best she could. Do not stay here if you have a rental car. The roads around the property are all dug up and we were charged money from the rental company for damage to the car which we attribute to the roadworks. It’s impossible to get in and out of the property without avoiding this. Not enough loungers around the pool and the ones they have are in bad condition.
• Heather (10/5): Zadar has our hearts 💕 - Apartments are everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Aircon. Lovely outside areas to sit. The pool is spotless, and we loved using it. It was so much fun. The host is a lovely lady who answered all questions and was on hand if needed. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed walking to places, then Uber back. 2 large supermarkets a few minutes walk for all groceries. We loved it so much that we're going to be booking out all the apartments for a week for family and friends. Could do with an iron, but I'm sure if I'd have asked, I'd have been given one immediately to use. I don't have little kids, but I can see the area dedicated to them being so much fun. Swing, slide, seesaw, and trampoline with enclosure. We would like to thank Zale apartmani for hosting us this week and making it a fantastic time without any stress. No dislikes except I would suggest if you have little ones who'd love to play on the fun things there, then make sure they have footwear on as it's artificial grass and is so hot.

• Alicja (10/5): Friendly and attractive place for a great price - The owner of the property is very kind, open, friendly person. Any additional requests from my side were handled by Anita immediately. The property is very tidy, with a great swimming pool and the apartments are fully equiped. The biggest plus is fast internet connection, free parking, familiar atmosphere. Worth every penny, but still affordable. Short distance to ferry and the airport, shops close by. Definitely recommending this place, I will come back! :) There is no such a thing. Everything was amazing :)
