• Mirjana (10/5): Rio - Domacin sjajan, predusretljiv, ljubazan. Apartman u samom centru Banja Luke, sve vam je na dohvat ruke, od obicnih potrepstina do turistickih sadrzaja. Apartman savrseno cist, posteljina, kupatilo, kuhinjica opremljena svim neophodnim potrepstinama. Parking obezbedjen. Jednom recju, topla preporuka.

• Ljilja (9/5): - Lokacija odlicna kao i cistoca apartmana i sadrzaji. Sve kao po dogovoru. Domacin prijatan . Jedina zamerka lift koji nije radio, ali i za to je doslo do korekcije cijene prilikom placanja.

• Dejan (7/5): Exceptional staff, perfect location, very good value for money. - Location could not be better, centrally located, everything within walking distance. The only thing impacting the overall score is that the elevator broke down a day before our arrival. It has to be said though, that the renter gave a notable discount. The room we stayed in was enough for our one night stay. The bathroom is a little on the small side but all in all everything was ok.

• Jovana (9/5): - Apartman se nalazi u samom centru, odmah iza hotela Bosne. Unutra postojii sve što vam je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Kreveti su izuzetno udobni. Cena je i više nego realna za ono što dobijate. Ispred zgrade je veliki javni parking, tako da nećete imati problema ako dolazite kolima. Još jedna povoljnost je što su na spratovima ispod uglavnom firme, pa noću nema nikakve buke.
• Alen (7/5): Total unübersichtlich. Zwei Stunden suche. Gastgeber antwortet nicht bei booking (wie ich das Apartment finden kann), si - Zentral und günstig Man findet keinen Eingang. Die Adresse die man mitgeteilt bekommt ist ohne Hausnummer. Also hat man keine Ahnung wo man hin muss. Auf booking hat der Gastgeber auf keine Nachricht geantwortet. Nach 2 Stunden suche plus einheimische Fragen, habe ich zufällig Personen gesehen die wir Touristen aussehen und in ein unbeleuchtetes Gebäude gehen und diese gefragt. Die haben mir dann geholfen weil sie auch dort waren. Die haben den Gastgeber angerufen. Ohne bosnische sim Karte (Kauf lohnt sich nicht für einen Tag). Erreicht man den Gastgeber nicht und ist auch Schnitzeljagd nach dem Apartment. Zwei Stunden suchen ist verdammt lang und anstrengend. Unterste Schublade. Ich bin auch 100% überzeugt das der Gastgeber sehr angetrunken oder sogar betrunken war. Und bevor er das Bett bezogen hat, hat er seine zwei regeln gennant. Bitte um 10 Uhr raus weil er neue Gäste empfängt (Richtlinien besagen 11 Uhr check out). Also eine Stunde früher die für mich wichtig war zum ausschlafen verschwendet. Die zweite regel wie er sie nennt war eher gesagt betteln. Betrunken hat er genervt das ich ihm 10 Sterne geben soll, noch bevor das Bett überhaupt bezogen war. Also ich war nichtmal eingecheckt und es wurde gebettelt (betrunken) für 10 Sterne.

• Alenka (5/5): - Apartma je bil čist. Na prošnjo nas je lastnik spustil v sobo pred določeno uro. Lokacija je dobra. Blizu centra. Vse na dosegu. Ni bilo koša za smeti. Klima je samo v eni sobi druga je kot savna, brez zraka. Klima ne deluje vredu. Apartma, ki smo ga dobili, se je razlikoval od apartmaja na slikah. Wifi povezava zelo slaba.

• Biljana (8/5): Our stay was pleasant. - Location is great. Host Nikola was very nice, helpful and accomodating. Property had a lift. We were visiting during winter, so room was nice and cozy- heated with air conditioning and heater. Furniture, beds and sofa bed are bit outdated. Beds were ok to sleep on, but sofa bed not so much. Had some issues with the WiFi. Shower cabin a bit restrictive.

• Mate (10/5): Exceptional - The place was perfect for us, excellent price, very good location, and very friendly and helpful owner. I can highly recommend the place, would definitely chose it again if I visit the city. Not a serious issue by any means, more like a thing that could be improved: Wifi signal was weak, but it was enough for important stuff.

Additionaly, hats down for the owners and their availability and professionalism. I fully recommend this unit.
