• Michael (8/5): I would stay again if I was to visit Cleethorpes. - Fairview House was nice and clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also great, wlaking distance to both the town and the beach. Nothing.

Excellent location, close to the town and the beach. Had a lovely little garden too. The hosts were excellent at responding to any query we had. Nothing, couldn’t fault it.
• Tiegan (10/5): - The place was immaculate when we come. Very clean and worth the stay! Only downfall was the parking! We thought we’d have a parking spot with the house however this wasn’t the case and we had to park 1/2 streets away!

• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional! - The house was immaculate. Very clean and tidy. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach and a shop at the bottom of the road for essentials. I would recommend this to everyone and we will definitely be returning in the future. The owners provided the essentials that you need and a few snacks for the kids after a long journey. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing accommodation. A+++

• Angela (9/5): We enjoyed our stay ,and would stay here again. - Lovely property ,clean, modern ,good location. Needed a blind in front bedroom, too light on a morning . No where to put toiletries and makeup in bedroom .
• Gina (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, i would 100% recommend fairview house to anyone wanting to staying in Cleethorpes - Couldn’t fault Fairview House it was outstandingly clean decorated modern but still homely, perfect location! This isn’t a a negative comment, genuinely couldn’t fault this stay A gate leading into the property would be nice for personal reasons as I’ve got a small child and I found it quite hard to contain him whilst opening the key from the key lock
• Jane (9/5): Good for a weekend stay - Well positioned, spotlessly clean property which is modern and overall very well equipped. The downstairs living space is spacious with the exception of the toilet The upstairs soundproofing is very poor we were sharing with friends and sound flowed entirely freely between the bedrooms even when talking very quietly. The downstairs toilet is tiny , the smallest I’ve ever come across
• Sharon (10/5): A welcoming, beautifully furnished and equipped property, home from home whilst feeling on vacation. - We liked how simple and straight forward the whole process was. Communication, directions and information. Located near to the town, beach and local attractions. We had the nicest time. The property was exceptional. It was spotless. I can honestly say that I've never been to a cleaner place. Myself and my 3 friends were very impressed ,comfortable and happy there. The furnishing is to a very high standard, very aesthetic and tasteful. The whole property was well equipped for all needs and eventualities. The garden was also neat and pleasant. We sat in the garden most of Saturday afternoon. There is nothing that we can fault. We have already recommended it to others and will be revisiting ourselves in the future. The communication with the property owner and myself was also faultless. Thank you. Absolutely nothing. There is nothing not to like. Everything has been well thought out and applied for the perfect stay and comfort.

• Samantha (10/5): Perfect little house - The house is absolutely beautiful. Finished to a wonderful standard and pristine in cleanliness. Perfect location in Cleethorpes, a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Parking on the street in front of the property. Nothing!
