• Gaynor (9/5): A gem of a place - The house matches the description perfectly- in fact,the photos don't do it justice! It is spacious,the 2 bedrooms are a good size,with comfortable beds and lovely linen.The kitchen is fully fitted and leads out into the garden - we sat out on the back stoep in the mornings,enjoying our coffee and watching the birds and,occasionally, a neighbourhood cat passing through.. All communication is via Ansie,who is very friendly and helpful - such a pleasure to deal with her! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. The following points are good to know,but in no way affected our enjoyment of the place - The 2nd bathroom does not have a walk-in shower,just a bath with hand shower - A couple of comfortable garden chairs on the back stoep would be nice - Only one side of the parking area has shade cloth covering.
• Andre (8/5): Great stay in large house with comfy beds - Large, clean and had all the amenities needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. No tv means we played cards and enjoyed the quiet weekend away from tech Burglar bars around the house kinda makes one think it could be unsafe, although we felt fine inside and the property does have security beams.

• Alisha (9/5): Just a beautiful home on a quiet street. Nearby shops and restaurants. - Lovely home that was very well equipped and so comfortable. Nothing - all was good. A lockbox for the key would be convenient.

Would recommend. - Self and friend, both 70s, were on a wine tour through the broad district and the Stanford accommodation was for two nights. Access for keys was explained in advance, and we had no issues to pick up the keys and enter the house. Accommodation was as outlined in the information, and was very comfortable and safe. I would recommend the accommodation. nothing to dislike

• John (9/5): Like home from home with all the creature comforts available in a wonderful setting. - The location was good on the edge of Stanford close to shops and within an easy drive to Hermanus. The garden is large and secluded with 3 patios. The house is well equipped with a log burning stove to provide comfort and warmth. Nothing.
