• Titís (10/5): Súper bien - Estaba muy bien, no tuvimos ningún problema con absolutamente nada. Todo genial!! Volvería a este lugar en un próximo viaje. Tenía una pequeña terraza que estaba muuy poco separada de otras (nos daba cosa si podían entrar)

• Maria Elena (5/5): pasable - La ubicación, dos paradas de metro cerca, una de la línea azul y la otra de la línea roja, Termini a 8 minutos andando. Desayuno no había, no estaba incluido, había una tienda de pizza al corte muy cerca, con pizzas muy buenas. El señor que nos atendió fue amable. La limpieza de la habitación y del baño insuficiente, la ducha no tenia teléfono, solo una piña en la parte superior de la pared, la cama cómoda, los cojines uno demasiado grande, el otro bien, el armario sucio y con las mantas puestas de cualquier manera, no las usamos por asco, pero las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias. Mal olor del baño pero si cerrabas la puerta se estaba bien, la habitación no olía muy bien y se oían los vecinos de al lado pero pudimos dormir bien, era gente discreta.

• Michał (2/5): Overall, I would not recommend staying here until these basic issues are addressed. Cleanliness and - My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First and foremost, the smell in the bathroom was terrible — it was a strong, unpleasant odor that made it almost unbearable to use the facilities. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or maintained properly, which raised serious concerns about hygiene overall. To make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs in the room. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that charges guests to stay. It made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe, and unable to get a proper night’s sleep. The presence of bedbugs suggests a serious lack of cleanliness and poor pest control measures. Overall, I would not recommend staying here until these basic issues are addressed. Cleanliness and comfort should be a priority, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both fronts.

• ann (7/5): - Easy access to the train station and city. The room was clean. We had our own bathroom but the shower was not great not good water pressure.

• Tatiana (6/5): Lo único bueno del lugar es su ubicación - El lugar está bien ubicado si uno requiere estar cerca de la estación Termini. La cama era grande, cuenta con aire acondicionado que funciona de manera correcta, tiene un pequeño balcón. De los 3 tomas corrientes que habían en el cuarto solo uno funcionaba, los otros 2 no, el conector no es capaz de sostenerse conectado lo que limita el tema de carga y más en una ciudad turistica donde se requiere cada noche conectar todos los dispositivos electrónicos. El baño del cuarto asignado le falta arreglo y mantenimiento, La persona encargada de la instancia la vimos el día que llegamos y nunca más tuvimos contacto con él por si requeriamos toallas o papel higienico adicional. El primer piso del hotel está en muy mal estado...

• Ahmet (8/5): Very good - The facility is easy to reach and in a central, safe location. There is a market nearby. Also, check-in is fast and the staff is helpful. The bathroom and shower are very small. The shower was not very good.

• Umar (7/5): Good location - The Staff was really friendly, we only spoke with one man which I believe was the owner. It was also really clean There is no soundproofing, we could hear the people next door when they checked into the hotel late at night
