• Reinhard (8/5): Ein sehr ruhiges Apartment in sehr guter Lage! - Die Lage war sehr gut, nebenan ist auch ein Cafe mit Gastgarten. Es war extrem ruhig! Handtücher sollten offen bereitgestellt werden und nicht in Kästen/Schränken liegen. Eine zweite Bettleuchte wäre zu empfehlen, auch wenn nur ein Gast anwesend ist - dann ist auch noch eine da, wenn mal eine kaputt geht.
• Petra (9/5): Klein,fein und gemütlich, alles da was man braucht und eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermiete - Ich mag es wenn es nachts ruhig ist und bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen kann Die Unterkunft war perfekt- Totenstille nachts. Hier habe ich sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal für länger übernachtet

• Melanie (10/5): De perfecte plek om Wenen te ontdekken, aan het werk te zijn en thuis te komen! - Een heerlijke plek met precies alles wat je nodig hebt! We hebben er 3 nachten geslapen met 3 personen en ons ontzettend thuis gevoeld! Bovendien zijn we heel dankbaar voor Sarah haar goede en snelle communicatie en haar hulp, dus nogmaals dank Sarah! 🧡 Het enige wat wij misten, is een kapstok om even onze jassen gemakkelijk weg te hangen!
• William (10/5): The stay was excellent, except for the difficulty to find a place to leave my car. - Since this was a studio apartment, there was no breakfast. The location was excellent for an easy commute to the inner city and the neighborhood had wonderful amenities. It was virutally impossible for find a parking garage. I was fortunate because I found a mechanics shop that took my care for the 4 day stay.
• Sylvia (8/5): Nettes Zimmer mit Küchennische und Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen - Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, obwohl nicht vorort, sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Sitzplatz im kleinen Hof mit Bäumen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Gebäude ist alt, das Stiegenhaus riecht etwas muffig - mag etwas abschrecken. Wie man zu Wohnung 2 kommt steht nicht angeschrieben, ich habe zwei Leute im Stiegenhaus gefragt, die es aber auch nicht wussten. Schließlich habe ich bei einer Tür ein paar Stufen runter vom Erdgeschoss den Schlüssel probiert und der passte. In der Küche würde ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt einige Utensilien vermissen. Ich fand es sehr warm in der Wohnung, aber das Fenster und die Terrassentür offen zu lassen schien mir riskant, weil draußen viele Tauben herumfliegen.
• Lesley (5/5): Well located, but information about roadworks would have been appreciated after a long drive. - The location was great, very close to the metro station. It would have been appreciated if we had been told that the street was totally closed for roadworks. We had no idea where to park while unloading the car, and ended up driving to the closest parking building we could find, which turned out to be an expensive exercise. The key wasn't in the lockbox, and we had to phone to get it.
• Sandro (10/5): Sehr schönes Apartment - Sehr schönes Apartment mit moderner Ausstattung und Dusche. Perfekte Anbindung an den ÖV (U-Bahn Linie 1 und Tram vor der Haustür) Beim Balkon handelt es sich um einen Innenhof, der wenig zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Küche verfügte nur über das nötigste.

Close to green areas, especially Prater Park and Donauinsel (both great for running). A very easy check in.

• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, also the bathroom!!! Nice teras and nice space, quiet area and nice guest! I didn’t found how to change the room temperature, after night was little bit cold
