• Lucille Vida (10/5): - The size of the condo is perfect for families! Big enough to accommodate probably 4-6 pax. The location as well is perfect. Walking distance to most tourist spots. None.

• Charo (10/5): Excellent - Clean, accesible to nearby tourist destination, kind host, complete kitchen needs like rice cooker, stove, kettle, microwaze, ref, toiletries like shampoo, tissue, body wash, handwash, bath towels, indoor slippers, heater for bath, etc. There is a mini grocery at the ground level of the condo which can you buy water refill, can goods, rice, etc which are not overpriced. Nothing.. it’s just like there is no smoking area around the property and the whole city of baguio because of the city ordinance.

• Cantoria (8/5): There were imperfections but the host and staff were accomadating so the visit was still memorable - The location is close to the main road that made it easier to access convenient store like 7 eleven. The bed was comfortable and place actually nice. The size of the room was just right for a family of 4. The checkout is 11-12 but at exactly 11 I am being knocked to check out. Fortunately, the host was understanding about the situation. My husband worked for hotel and we usually book hotels as well and this was the first time that I was told that the check out is actually 11am. The pan has no handle and the broom was too hard to use. I am also disappointed with the mini store near the front desk because it was never open until we check out where as the posted store hours starts at 7 or 8am.

• Yadzmier (10/5): This is a place where you will choose again and again for staycation, convenient and accessible to every tourist spot. - Neat and clean accomodation, staffs were approachable and pleasant to converse with, veranda has beautiful spot for morning coffee or just for relaxation So far there's nothing not to like the property its because its very convenient for everyday necessities

• Jeziel (10/5): - The location is very convenient, centrally situated and close to many popular spots in Baguio. The unit is well-equipped; we were able to cook full meals with all the necessary kitchen items. The house is clean, secure, and has two bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of more than five. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room and an extra mattress provided, so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The shower heater worked well, and we had enough beddings. It was cold enough that we didn’t need to use the fan. There’s a water dispenser and fridge; just make sure to buy mineral water downstairs. The TV has Netflix and YouTube, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. There’s also a convenience store on the ground floor if you need extra supplies. For those bringing a car: roadside parking is at your own risk, no fee. But we chose to park in the building’s designated parking for ₱200 per night. A bit pricey, but it’s part of the building protocol, not the unit owner’s rule.
• Ben Saudi (3/5): We did not had a comfortable and great stay, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It is not worth the money I paid for, if yo - The location of the property is great, apart from it's steep (hill side), it's close to the city. 1. Bed linens are old, does not smell nice, appears to be not washed well. 2. Kitchen is dirty, utensils are has marks as it has aged and rusty too, no kettle available. 3. Kitchen sink is leaking, thus flooding the kitchen floor. Moulds are visible too. 4. Toilet and bath area, does not feel comfortable and clean. Lots of black bugs seen inside. Shower curtain is dirty, no tissue provided. Towels are old old too and does not smell nice. 5. Toilet sink does not drain properly. 6. Slippers are dirty. 7. Moulds are visibly growing in the toilet and shower area too. 8. No Wifi connection (false advertisement) 9. TV did not even had a local channel either. 10. Everything inside the looks really old and seems it has not been changed for 5-7 years. 11. Unit owner makes false promises too like fixing the concern, no cleaning made for the flooding and leaks.

• Joysel (9/5): A comfy shelter in Baguio - Location is great as it is near to the center of Baguio. The unit is so clean and comfortable to stay with complete amenities. The owner was also accommodating and responding immediately to our needs. Only that, no taxis are passing by in front of the building because it is on the uphill. So we need to go down to the main road to get a cab. When asking for extra towel they asked us to pay extra 50 pesos for it, knowing that we have addotonal guest who arrived and we paid for that guest as well. However our overall stay is fantastic.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - The condominium unit was clean and comfortable. It's within walking distance to malls, restaurants, and a park. There's also a 7-Eleven just outside, near the unit. That’s why we really enjoyed our stay in Baguio City because of the beautiful and comfortable unit. We just had a minor issue with the light near the kitchen. It didn’t turn on right away when we switched it on, and the remote’s battery also wasn’t working, so we ended up buying a new battery for the remote.

• Franchesca (8/5): The staff was veru accommodating and huge help when really needed. - The property is really good for its value! Since we are prone to mold allergies, there were instances that we sneeze and allergy came. Hope also that there would be screen windows so that mosquitoes won’t come in.

But still overall very satisfied. Thank u. Smell of paint from the unit especially the room.

• Bong (8/5): Very good - The location is good, bedding is ok with towels can cook, with filtered water,but the shower pressure is weak,the dresser cabinet need to clean, its dusty, kitchen cabinet has cockroach, 🪳 and there's a lot of mosquito need to have screen to the door in balcony maybe. The cockroach and mosquitoes.

Sofa I ordered 2 bedrooms but the staff locked one room so my family has to use 1 bedroom for one night but we complained so they opened it the next day. They transferred us to a unit without internet. The staff started cleaning and collected the towels without waiting for the guest to leave. So one guest left without taking a shower.

We enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the owner Kristopher friendly and helpful. Very responsive to my queries/messages. Greatly appreciated. Unfinished road works going to the property making the road slippery when it’s raining.
