- John (6/5): - It was hard to find parking and that big cockroach in the room and in the bathroom was not cute
- Jose (1/5): - Seen roach, there where holes in blankets
- Steven (6/5): - This was a late decision booking, primarily based on price. The old motto that you get what you pay for sums up this location. There's no street parking available, but available spaces weren't immediately close to the hotel. The hotel wasn't dirty. However, there were 2 cockroaches at different times in the room and there was a large rip in the beddding. The room had no air conditioning but did have a fan. The room was markedly warmer than it was outside.

I stayed at the Randolph Hotel for about a week while in town for work. I couldn’t afford a more expensive hotel, so I stayed here for five days total—three days on the bottom floor, then after checking out and returning, two days on the top floor. At first, I was worried about the shared restrooms, but it was much better than I expected. I never had to use the restroom at the same time as anyone else, so there were no awkward moments. I liked the first floor best because there’s a big, private handicap restroom with a shower.
The front desk closes at 9 p.m., so be sure to get what you need before then. You get two keys: one for your room and one for the front door, which locks after 9 p.m. I appreciated this extra security, especially as a solo female traveler.
The Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV channels were limited. The rooms are small but can fit two people and have a sink. There’s no AC, but a fan is provided. Both front desk staff I met were polite and helpful. There’s a microwave in the hallway but no fridge. Parking is on the street, and I always found a spot. The motel was quiet except for doors opening and closing. I felt safe, and there are cameras in the halls. For a budget-friendly stay, I would recommend this place. 5 out of 5!

- Preston (8/5): -
- Darielle (2/5): - When I arrive at the location, the gentleman seems to be nice shortly after moving things into the room. The man became abrupt in regards to the Lyft Driver helping me move things into the room. I was told that I needed to leave and that there was more than two people that was staying in the room Which wasn’t true. The police was called several times to get the refund.

You wouldn't answer the door very rude.I did not stay there.I asked for my money back. He was acting like a maniac. You're in a psychopath yelling at me to shut the fuck up.
- Maureen (10/5): Good price for the basics. - This is a very interesting place for someone on a budget. No A.C. but the room stays cool, I didn’t even need the fan in July. Very clean bathrooms. Comfortable space.
- kai (4/5): - smell room
- Humberto (8/5): - Get what you pay for
- Jeremy (1/5): Worst place in the world to stay ever - Nothing at all the property head roaches and my car was broken into costing me 475 dollars Property head roaches
- Jorge (4/5): Disappointing -
- Rafael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (4/5): - No good
- Darryl (6/5): Basic basic basic - When I arrived the worker said they were on 30 minute break. I arrived via Lyft so had to stay outside and wait for his break to be over. There was no air tho it was over 80 degrees and no Internet available
- Alexander (1/5): Decepsionante - Terrible customer service and horrible service. There was no TV and everything was bad. All
- Rafael (10/5): Very cheap price and deals, big rooms ,cllean and smell good linen beds & towels - I like this place cuz is close to big avenues, store, pharmacy. The price is the best. Rooms very clean bathrooms smells fresh ,is parking in tje property
The guy office is very nice friendly Everything is so perfect
I like everything
- Candelario (10/5): - Clean
- David (2/5): - I don’t write reviews but this is the strangest/rudest experience I’ve ever had. Employee told me upon check-in that I was on some type of list and wasn’t allowed to stay. I’ve never stayed here ever in my life nor have I ever heard that I was on a list. I travel frequently so this caught me off guard. Employee refused to tell me when or why I was put on a list. I was told I’d be refunded but have not been refunded. Employee kept smiling while telling me this as if he found it funny. I saw in another review that they racially profile and didn’t believe it but that may be the case. Very strange and unpleasant experience. You could not pay me to stay here after the way they treated me.
- John (6/5): - A lot of stuff was broken, like the fan in the room. This would not have been a massive problem, except this hotel does not have AC. Using out-of-room restrooms was not as big a deal as expected, they were almost never full.
- Norby (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and nice staff
- Sergio (2/5): Horrible - Checked in and the entire place smelled like cigarettes. When in the room the smell was worse even with the window opened.
Asked for another room and was told that all rooms are non smoking rooms but people sometimes still smoke in the rooms . To stop by the front desk for air freshener:
As I was going to put away my clothes the cabinets had trash inside. It had not been cleaned in a very long time.
The place was booked for 2 nights and didn’t even stayed 1 night. I asked for a refund for the second day since we decided it was best to check out that same day we checked in and booked somewhere else.
They refused to refund and denied that their rooms were dirty because they are “remodeled “.
This is not a Hotel, it’s more like a Cheap Motel.
- Peter (4/5): - No heating or air conditioning. Bathrooms were down the hall. Metal bed frame made noise. A motel with NO parking? We had to park on the street a block and a half away. Noisy all night both from other tenants and from outside. Industrial neighborhood. Little sleep that night!
- Evan (2/5): - window wouldnt close. leaking faucet in room. so the floor was wet. door wouldnt lock. no deadbolt. people in the room next to us were playing loud music and the worker couldnt be bothered to help. shared showers were filthy hair and trash on the ground. unable to even shower because of the smell and the trash. had to go pay for a room at a new hotel just so i could take a shower:(
- Juan carlos alvarez (6/5): - Instalaciones muy antiguas, realmente es un opción económica para solo dormir, no wifi, el baño compartido le falta lugar para poner cosas o colgar ropa toallas etc, podría regresar pero sería por opción económica.
- Dawson (2/5): - They racially profiled me and didn’t believe I was 21
- Jose (10/5): - It was maxing
- eric (6/5): - Randolph is a cool name
- yadiel (2/5): - Tiene baños colectivos con falta de higiene , atencion del personal pesimo no hay nada que comer ni desayuno siquiera
- Saul (10/5): - Verigood
M
- Antonio (8/5): - The place is quiet and peaceful, with nice places to eat
- Hortencia (10/5): - It was small and price was good
- Ernestine (4/5): - Housekeeping is doing a great job cleaning the place. However, I saw two roaches in my room. One of the bathrooms on the first floor was flooded b/c the shower stall was improperly constructed. Non-smoking rooms smell like stale cigarette smoke. Threadbare comforter. Uncomfortable mattress felt like a cardboard box. Rooms are hot b/c there's no air conditioner, only fans. Very thin walls. Two people were talking in another room & I could hear everything they were saying. There is no wifi. Management claims that it's b/c a lot of people use the internet at once but I tried to use it at 2 AM & other times but the username never popped up. The Indian guy behind the window in the office refused to answer my questions when I was checking out & told me, "Call the number."
- joel (10/5): - Good place and clean
- Noe (10/5): - The best experience I have ever had at such a convenient price
- Dylan (6/5): - The Hotel Was Solid, It’s a good place for the price, the place was clean and I didn’t see any Roaches, the main problems I had with the place was the doors being stuck and I would struggle to open them at times, as well as there not being any Wifi despite being told that there was, I’ve checked on 3 different devices and there was No Wifi so use a hotspot if you plan on using Wifi, as well as there being No AC, Yes there was a fan but it barely worked and the days and sometimes nights it would be hot to the point where I would have to take my shirt off, the bathroom was clean, but the shower sometimes had hair on the ground but the water was clean, it’s a good place if you need somewhere cheap to stay but it’s far from perfect, it’s just a place if you need to sleep for a few days
- Jose (10/5): - It’s maxing thanks totally recommend
- Izorah (4/5): - Had
- Pedro (8/5): - No comment
- Hector (8/5): - Great place to stay if you want to explore the city
- Ricardo (2/5): - No parquing inside and no restroom inside the room only autside and very noisy
- Marlon (2/5): - No WiFi, Expedia said it has own shower, but shared shower and toilets. A good place to bring a prostitute
- Brayden (8/5): - Its nice
