• Johnny Kah Beng (8/5): I would like to say that place is very easy to excess to everywhere. - The owner of the property is very friendly plus the staff in the property are very helpful. That place is very convenient to go everywhere due to it's not far from the beach and other shopping mall. It's worth the price for that kind of property and service.

• Oxana (10/5): - Очень долго выбирала отель и сомневалась останавливаться на этом или нет. И не прогадала. Цена, конечно, подкупила и отзывы. Что по итогу....пешком до пляжа минут 10-15, и это пляж под деревьями(до обеда на пляже, бещ проблем, не сгоришь),отличный, чистый. Рядом с гостиницей 2 Севена, массажка, есть и кафе и фруктовые лавки. Ночью не громко. Уборка-каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день. Кровати удобные. Короче, отличный отель за свои деньги. Не лакшери конечно, но очень прилично для Азии

• Elena (5/5): Мы не остались для проживания, после увиденного. - Улыбчивая женщина на ресепшене ☺️ Отель расположен в отличном месте Есть парковка С ресепшена видно неухоженность и грязь. Посмотрели номер, мебель старая, в номере запах, постель далеко не первой свежести с пятнами. Место очень хорошее, по сути отель нужно просто хорошо отмыть и навести порядок на входной группе. Элементарно на лестнице вместо ковра постелены полотенца 🥲 лучше бы там вообще ничего не лежало, это все отталкивает.

Located in a more local zone with more authentic Thai restaurants Quite spacious room. The pool is also quite nice The balcony is just to dry your clothes, don't expect more from it, it is very narrow and not letting to sit there with a drink. Location may be a little far from the beach and Bangla, however still walking distance of max 15 minutes The price was a little high for us, but it was New Year's Eve
• Daniel (8/5): - Es ist ein wenig abgelegen vom Nachtleben. Ca. 15min zu Fuss von der Bangla Route. Aber dafür ist tags und nachts ruhig. Man kann super am Pool chillen und das ohne den Müllgestank des Nachtlebens. Alles was man braucht ist nahe und es hat ein paar sehr gute Restaurants und Massagesalons im der Nähe. Etwas weit vom Strand entfernt.

Also pretty hard to find as the recepti - It was clean and in a good location right next to a laundry shop and 7-11. Was pretty noisy especially my next door who kept me up one night talking and playing loud music. Quite basic and needs some modernisation.

• Solange (3/5): Hôtel très moyen , je ne le conseil pas - Rien Nous avions pris une chambre double deluxe. Nous avons eu droit à une serviette pour 2 et une petite savonnette pour 2 , rien d’autre. Le linge de lit taché et les serviettes usées. Mauvais entretien de l’hôtel et emplacement moyen. Cet hôtel devrait être classé 2 étoiles maximum. Il ne faut pas se fier aux avis car ils ne reflètent pas la réalité. Qualité prix trop cher .

Also plenty of sun beds. 7-11 next door and some shops and restaurants near by. It is about 15-20 minute walk to Bangla Road. Which is good if you are wanting to be in the quieter part of Patong but still also near restaurants and shops. However if you are wanting to be closer to the beach or Bangla Road, it is about 15-20 min walk.

• Sheila (9/5): Great option if you want a break from partying or noisy Bangla rd - The hotel is a bit far from Bangla rd which is the main reason I chose it! I was able to finally sleep, no creepy people on the hallways, it’s a bit outdated but very clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful and there are some shops and food places to choose from right next door! I will definitely book again next time I’m in Patong Beach! I have no complaints
• Valeriya (10/5): Exceptional - onderful stay at this hotel! The housekeeping was excellent — they cleaned the room thoroughly every day, keeping everything spotless. The hotel itself is simple but very clean and well-maintained. Fresh fruit is provided daily, which is a lovely touch. The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything you need. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafés and a 7/11 nearby. The hotel also offers a waiting room for early or late check-ins and check-outs, which is super convenient. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the rooms are very well soundproofed — we didn’t hear any noise at all. The pool is warm and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. Overall, the quality of the stay far exceeds the price — I highly recommend this place!

• Zoe (6/5): A little overpriced but good pool - Location is about a 15 minute walk to the main bar road. Laundry place just next door and many restaurants nearby although no bars. Pool is very nice and big. Room well furnished with hot water and everything worked well. Beds comfy. Door locked. Good aircon. Easy to accomodate for a late checkout for free. Has a common area that you can sit in which is nice. Check in it at 2pm but when we got there at 4pm the room still wasn’t ready so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Very disappointing. A little bit over priced in my opinion.
• Beteflor (9/5): Superb - The staff are very nice & helpful especially Not & the owner. The room is spacious & very clean, spotless, they changed beddings & towels everyday. Very central location, walking distance about 10 mins to the beach & away from noise but still walking distance to Bangla Street. Joycelun shopping centre is also walking distance. The swimming pool is also a bonus after a day trip relaxing. Just the front entrance deceiving as so many parked motorcycles sometimes no space to walk in but inside the hotel & room is well maintained. More lighting in the bathroom would be great.

• Garry (8/5): Nice stay - Great place to rest your head after a long day site seeing. Don't be fooled by external looks, it really is a well run place. Very good cleaning service, great pool. Not massive but not a bad size. I would recommend. Be prepared for lot's of traffic

Lady on the reception was really nice. If you are under the budget, but also want to be well located, have your own room with all necessary amenities, this is an ideal hotel for you. Maybe an additional light in the bathroom is needed.
