• Viktor (1/5): Cold in the room. - It was clean, had some kitchen appliances and silverware. It was extremely cold in the room. I started coughing the moment I entered it. I asked to raise the temperature and was told it'll be done, but it didn't help much. Had to sleep in warm clothes throughout the whole stay.

• Feng (8/5): Overall, it is pleasant staying. - Excellent location. The room is very clean. The shower doesn’t have hot water and there’s no label indicating the turning directions. I tried different turning and let it run for a few minutes, it still cold water. But the sink has hot water. At that moment, there was no one to help.

• Juan (8/5): - The location was simple to find. It was easy to communicate with the owner. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The bedroom TV remote was missing a battery, light was too dim, and the shower did not have soap.

• Michael (1/5): Never Book A Room Here - This person listed their property as available, I booked it online, they 5 hours later messaged me to say the room is not available when I had already arrived. I ended up sleeping in my car after a long trip which is the last thing a person would want when they're trying to book a room for the night, literally the point of this website This person listed their property when it was not available.. So they're not professional or decent people.. They don't care On top of this they want me to contact booking.com to obtain my refund because they're too 'busy at work'. Sent a message to booking.com they never responded will have to contact again. I don't recommend this property for your stay obviously, their listing should be taken off the site if booking.com actually adheres to good standards for providing their services. Will have to contact them again for a refund. What a colossal pain in the ass dealing with this, night ruined, weekend ruined because of this stupidity.
