Please note that Nubra is not connected to the electricity grid, it only gets diesel generated power between 7 and 11pm. Only BSNL mobile network will work in Nubra. All foreign nationals will need a Protected Area Permit to visit Nubra. One day acclimatization in Leh is required before crossing Khardung La to come to Nubra Valley.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Kamal (1/5): Bad - Only the location. The stay was not courteous at checkin no help in luggage pick up or drop . Torn , smelly and stained towels , bedsheets pillows . Food was stale and did food poisoning to the whole family. I will not suggest this property to anyone.

Romain (10/5): Place in paradise with great staff - A place in Paradise with a great staff. I spend 7 days in Nubra Ecolodge and I felt like at home. Surrounded by fantastic landscape, the place is quiet and calm. Abishek the manager is really kind and always ready to help. Food is delicious. Will come back for sure.

Courteous and polite and go out of their way to help and be of support to guests and their needs. Room location is superb - comfortable, amazing views and walking distance to activities like camel ride, etc. Couldn’t have been better! Great experience!

Ranga (10/5): A wonderful place to stay and have a peaceful time - Fantastic location and amnogst greenery and amazing sceneries (if weatehr is good). Very good and cooperative staff. Good food. Away from maddening crowd and traffic nose. Very peaceful Little care about the check to be done before chcking in. Plumbing work for smooth flow of cold and hot water.
Tarun (4/5): I won't recommend unless one really wants to stay at a place that does not score well on most parame - We did not go for the breakfast spread laid out at the restaurant. The breakfast served basis what we ordered in our room was satisfactory. 1) No.power back up. Have to rely on solar power that helps with 1 light and 1 socket through the day. The power is supplied starting 7p.m. till 11p.m. in the evening. 2) Unavailability of hot water in wash basin till the cold water is drained out for about 4-5min. 3) It is located far away from Hunder which is where most of the action and activities happen in Nubra. 4) Non availability of wifi with 2 different responses; problem from the service provider while another junior staff mentioned they did not renew the package and hence the service was discontinued.
