- Raphaëlle (10/5): - The house is really spacious, and the outside space is also very nice ! The beds are huge and the living space is very comfortable. It is also at a very nice location, near the forest, 10/15 min from town in tuktuk. We were also warmly greeted :) I recommend staying in this place !
- Wamaitha (10/5): This felt like coming home. Perfect getaway. - The place is pure magic. It was heavenly waking up to the sound of birds. It’s out of town and perfect for a getaway. It’s close to the forest which was ideal for walks and hiking. Linda went an extra mile to organize transport and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
- Ian (8/5): Very good - It is close to the KWS Kakamega National forest reserve. It is an impressive house with two big bedrooms and a large kitchen and lounge. Amazing ceiling! The house, and neighboring smaller house, are still being finished, though, so some things need improving. But it was a comfortable and relaxing stay! Some things need improving such as the toilets not flushing. It was hard to find the house so the location on the map needs to be more accurate, although the owners were helpful in getting us there. The track to the house is incredibly rough so you need a 4x4 car to access if you are driving there.
