• openbox (10/5): - Thank you to Daniel for understanding our situation and changing our departure date. The apartments are wonderful, spacious, with a large veranda overlooking the sea. Private parking is near the house, and the sea is 3 minutes away. The house has everything - a fully equipped kitchen, TV,Wi-Fi fast 250 Mbps. Exit to the veranda from the bedroom and living room, thank you....!!!!
• Robert (7/5): Everything you need for a short stay. - Outdoor space was good. Close to beach. Nice location, off Main Street and not too far from restaurants etc. Helpful/considerate host who provided beach towels/bag) which was appreciated as we had forgotten ours).
• Diane (9/5): Great value and great location - The apartment is very well located near to an incredible beach with lots of nice places to eat and drink. Stunning sea views from a large terrace. Very good value for the amount of money paid. Daniel, our host, is very responsive and deals with issues immediately. The couch was very basic with an old cover on it. The fabulous large terrace was unloved with a basic old table and chairs. This terrace is the jewel in the crown and needs some love, comfortable furniture, something nice to relax on to enjoy the incredible space and views.

• Alida (9/5): We had a great stay in this nice apartment. - The location of the appartement is very good. It was quiet but nearby the beach and restaurants etc. We had an amazing view from our balcony on both the sea and the mountains. So many birds were singing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was proactive and reacted fast on our question. We wished we could have stayed longer. To park the car: it was very narrow. But it was okay.
• Samantha (9/5): Perfect little get away. - Stunning little apartment, great location on the front of Mojacar Playa with amazing oncean views. Host was very friendly and helpful. Due to location, lost sun earlier which was a bit cold in Feb but that's more personal preference and time of year.

• Maria Isabel (10/5): Nos encantó y repetiremos - Las vistas, tienes unas vistas impresionantes y es muy tranquilo y estás a cinco minutos andando de la playa. Tener que dejar el coche en el aparcamiento de abajo y subir cargada con las bolsas, pero era poco trayecto.

• Carlos (9/5): Escapada estupenda por mojacar - Recomendamos este apartamento, ya que cumplió nuestras expectativas. Colchones muy cómodos, el sofá del salón muy confortable, la terraza espectacular, muy grande y con vistas al mar. El apartamento está a 5 mn andando de la playa. Repetiremos en otra ocasión Por comentar algo para mejorar ,el agua de la ducha y del lavabo del baño no salía con demasiada fuerza. Pero no supone un inconveniente por todo lo demás que tiene el apartamento

• Veronica (6/5): Expectativas infladas - La ubicación es excelente. La terraza y las vistas son únicas. Está limpio y es cómodo. Decir que está “recién” reformado es una verdad a medias. Está reformado sí, pero no de hace poco. Admiten mascotas, aunque no gratis como se lee en el perfil en “Preguntas al alojamiento”. Se cobra un suplemento el día de antes vía bizzum o transferencia en concepto “extra de limpieza”. No me parece mal, los que viajamos con peludos lo tenemos más que asumido, pero en ese sentido el perfil vuelve a no ajustarse del todo a la realidad.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need was there We were able to walk down to the Playa to dine out in the evenings as everything was so accessible. There was actually nothing that I could fault

My husband struggled with the steep incline walking to the apartment from the Beach. Then tackling apartment steps but once in the apartment the views are superb . Needs more glasses to enjoy a wine or two on the terrace .
• CONCHI (10/5): - Apartamento cómodo, cerca de la playa y limpio Falta tapa microondas, trapos de cocina y toalla para los pies cuando sales de la ducha. Por lo demás tiene de todo, hasta sal, azúcar, aceite que se agradece cuando vas para pocos días.

• Heiko (8/5): Eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage! - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und schön dekoriert. Alles in allem haben wir hiereine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein, Salatschüssel, Trockentücher, ein großer Topf. Terrasse, es würde sich anbieten zwei Sonnenliegen oder eine kleine Lounge Gruppe aufzustellen. Wir haben schon in einigen Apartments in Mojacar gewohnt, die auch günstiger waren, welche über einige Details verfügten die wir hier vermisst haben. Es ist aber klagen auf hohem Niveau.

• Laura (7/5): Bien pero hay cositas que mejorar - Las vistas del alojamiento son increíbles. La tranquilidad de la urbanización Hay pequeños detalles que creo se podrían mejorar. Lo primero la limpieza, en nuestro caso no estaba muy limpio (al ir a utilizar la fregona decidimos cambiarla por otra nueva y el cubo estaba muy sucio; encontramos mucha arena en el salón; uno de los cajones del congelador estaba manchado) Además, los utensilios de la cocina nos parecieron escasos. En general hay cositas que se podrían renovar o mejorar (por ejemplo: el cabecero de la cama tapa los enchufes de las mesitas; óxido en el suelo de la terraza y el del baño; la instalación del aire acondicionado tiene agujeros en la pared; pa puerta de entrada se esta pelando porque está pintada y además entra mucho calor por debajo de la misma ya que hay espacio entre el suelo y la parte inferior de la puerta). En resumen: precio que pagamos nos ha parecido excesivo si tenemos todo esto en cuenta
• Allan (8/5): OVER ALL WE STAYED HERE FOR THE FULL MONTH OF APRIL 2025 AND HAD A GOOD STAY - LOCATION IS VERY GOOD. NICE VIEW'S. VERY CLEAN. HOST DANIEL WAS MOST HELPFUL. VERY GOOD WI-FI. APARTMENT IS ADVERTISED WITH POOL ACCESS, SADLY YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE THE POOL DURING CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR. DISAPOINTED. IF YOU HAVE HEALTH CONDITIONS YOU MIGHT NEED TO CHOOSE A BETTER LOCATION.

• Gary (10/5): Mojacar get away. - Great location and view. Access to a pool in warmer weather. Early check-in was helpful. Dog friendly beaches at this time of year. location with plenty of eateries and bars close. No kettle so boiling water was hob or microwave. Coffee maker wasn't a coffee maker, see pictures. No bottle of water provided. Sofa was full of crumbs and obviously not been cleaned.
