• Christina (10/5): Sehr neues Hotelzimmer in zentraler Lage mit super freundlicher Gastgeberin - Sehr modernes Zimmer mit Mini-Kühlschrank. Alles sehr neuwertig und sauber. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit online erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützte uns bei Problemen mit der Autovermietung.
• Elvie (10/5): Hele fijne schone kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel - Een van de beste overnachtingen die we hadden in Albanië en dat voor deze prijs. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Snel te bereiken via de chat als we iets nodig hadden en gaf goede tips voor restaurantjes in de buurt. Kamer was ruim genoeg, erg nieuw en schoon. Niet aan de hoofdstraat waardoor je rustig kan slapen zonder lawaai, maar wel met 2 minuten wandelen op het hoofdplein. Laat je vooral niet afschrikken van de buitenkant, daar mogen ze niks aan veranderen van de monumentenbescherming. De binnenkant is heel modern en netjes net als op de foto’s. Permet was ook een hele fijne (kleine) stad om te verblijven. Niet heel toeristisch ( behalve de thermale baden), en wel erg mooie natuur. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug voor het raften. Te paard hebben wij wel de omgeving gezien en dat kan ik ook zeker aanraden. Als ik iets moet noemen is het het raam boven het bed die heeft geen verduister gordijn, dus als je van licht wakker wordt en je geen slaapmasker op doet dan heb je geen wekker nodig.

What made the experience even better was the staff, everyone was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and equipped with simple yet good-quality amenities that had everything we needed. The building itself is an old stone house on the outside, which adds a lot of charm, while the interior has clearly been recently renovated, offering a fresh and pleasant stay. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us in organizing rafting activities, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would especially recommend this place to people who love nature and a quiet, peaceful environment.

• Elly (9/5): Beautiful rooms, amazing host and a great location . - The location is great. Just a short walk ( half a block) to the centre. Bed was comfortable and shower/ washroom was clean. We had a little balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy a glass of wine. The young lady ( owners daughter) was lovely and helpful . She helped us with our car issue and a parking ticket in day 2. We enjoyed our stay. The main entrance is made for shorter people. If you are tall watch your head entering the building.

L’hôte super gentille, on a pu faire une machine gratuitement tout le nécessaire était là et très propre ! Incroyable La douche… nous avons inondé la salle de bain car la douche ne s’évacuait littéralement pas assez vite, un carnage… la chambre risque de vite se détériorer suite à cela, ça sera très dommage car c’est super beau

• maude (9/5): - Super chambre! Fraîchement rénovée, et access à la laveuse et sécheuse au besoin. L’hôte est vraiment gentille :) Il n’y a pas de ventilateur de salle de bain, donc la chambre est restée humide longtemps.
• Koen (9/5): Aangenaam verrast. - Aan de buitenkant totaal verwaarloosd. Maar aan de binnenkant heel mooi gerenoveerd. Leuk gezellige kamer, heel netjes. Leuk terrasje. Netflix aanwezig wat leuk was voor een Filmpje te zien ‘‘s avonds. Toch redelijk wat restaurantjes in de buurt. 20 min van de thermale baden en de wandeling 14 km rond de kloof. Het venstertje net aan het bed was niet verduisterd. En de droogkast die in de gang stond werd door andere reizigers de hele nacht in gebruik genomen. Dus redelijk wat lawaai hierdoor.

Есть стиральная машина в доступе, мини холодильник в номере, чайник, кофе, одноразовые тапочки, фен. Все продумано. Нетфликс стал приятным бонусом, как и возможность пойти в спортивный зал. Гостеприимство было просто на высоте. Я безумно довольна пребыванием здесь ☺️

The space worked very well for us and Kledina who was our contact during the stay could not have been more helpful.She was lovely, helpful and very polite!🥰 Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms,( all furnitures were new ) 3 minutes far away by walk from city center. It was a very warm experience staying at this property.Would definitely return to stay here when in Permet. I would definitley recommend it👌 Nothing

C’était clairement le logement le plus propre de tout notre séjour. Quand on est rentrés, ça sentait hyper bon, le lit était parfaitement fait et super confortable, et les équipements étaient vraiment bien. Et que dire de Kledina, notre hôte ? Adorable, souriante , disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Elle nous a même gentiment permis de faire une machine, ce qui nous a vraiment dépannés. Et lorsqu’on a eu un petit souci, elle a été hyper réactive et à l’écoute. Franchement, on recommande les yeux fermés !

There was also access to a gym which was a great bonus. The host was super kind and always ready to help with anything. The location is close to the city center, the price was very good, and overall it was an amazing stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll for sure come back when I visit Përmet again!

• Paul (10/5): Kan niet beter, serenity rooms doet zijn naam echt eer aan! - Servicegerichtheid, nette nieuwe kamers. Aan de buitenkant zie je het er niet aan af, maar bij binnenkomst, zo’n lieve meid die ons geholpen heeft. Ze heeft onze kleding gewassen en gaan straks sporten in een sportschool in de buurt op haar abonnement. Kortom ontzettend fijne en lieve ervaring gehad hier. Aan de buitenkant ziet het er uit als een bouwval maar binnen is het echt fijn.

It adds to the ambiance of the accommodation. The room has a lovely view from the balcony, it has been beautifully renovated with high end appliances, wonderful comfortable bed, rain shower and great lighting. It was immaculately clean. We were greeted by Kledina who ensured we had everything for our stay. She is kind and helpful and deserves 20 stars as a concierge. Her commutation leading up to our check in was the best we have experienced in 6 weeks of travel. Thank you Kledina.

• Gary (9/5): Don’t just a book by the cover. Surprising Gem - Don’t judge a books by its cover. The Building Looks old and rundown from the outside. Enter round the back and as soon as you enter the apartment area it’s like a whole new building. Very nice comfortable modern renovated apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Host very friendly and good communication.. We had street facing balcony with table and chair. Very nice to sit in the afternoon as the sun is setting or early morning having a tea.

City centre location, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Hosts easy to communicate with. External appearance and entry into this character, old building was initially concerning but it looks as though work is in progress to improve this and the good quality of the room itself was more important.

Well equipped, had a fridge & a kettle, hairdryer, a few toiletry items, Tv with Netflix, not that we watched it, as we were out & about. In a great position, very short walk to the village, where there were plenty of restaurants & bars. The host was lovely, met us outside & was very communicative, perfect English, but my mobile service was awful, so I was unable to see the messages ( sorry 😬 ) would highly recommend a stay here It was perfect
• Anonymous (10/5): Best Sleep of My Albania Trip - Brand new AND homey! The room is spotless, the mattress is comfortable and the sheets are crisp. The place has many little touches that add up — blackout curtains, a real glass for your water, nightstands on BOTH sides with an outlet, great Wi-Fi. The hospitality was outstanding. Close to great restaurants the beautiful river. You could get fancier or pay more, but if you need a great sleep, this place is it. Right now I'm in Gjrokaster and the disco music is pounding outside like it's 1979. I wish I could go back!

It's all brand new in this rooms and the bed was soo comfortable. Staff was so helpful and they have gym included(amazing gym as well). Didn't expect to find this type of luxury and comfort in this small town. Definitely would recommend and come back here.
