- Sujin (9/5): Wonderful return stay! - This was my second stay at Indigo Springs, and it was even better than the first. The AC and water purifier issues I mentioned last time were all sorted out—really appreciate the team taking feedback seriously. The place is just as cozy, peaceful, and well-kept as I remembered. Had a super relaxing time! Nothing at all this time—everything was just right!

A significant highlight was the thoughtfully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for self-catering, which is a definite plus for travelers who prefer to prepare their own meals. However, there were a couple of areas where the experience fell slightly short. The parking space was noted as limited, which could potentially be an issue for guests traveling with their own vehicles. Additionally, the check-in process at 8 pm revealed that there was only one person at the reception, and unfortunately, no room service was available to assist with baggage.

- Sujin (9/5): Excellent stay! - It’s a lovely property—fairly new, and thoughtfully designed. The facilities are excellent, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and overall experience! Just a small note on maintenance—something to keep an eye on. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, but when I checked, the filter was quite blocked. After a quick clean, it worked perfectly again. Also noticed the water purifier has stopped working, so that might need a check too. Hope this helps in keeping the place in top shape!

I stayed with my 3 friends in Thiruvananthapuram based on Google reviews. We also recommend it for families also. We will have 2 Bed rooms, a kitchen, a dining table, a micro oven, TV and a Gas Stove. We request the management to manage things like it.

- Sankalp (9/5): Hidden Gem - We stood in CORE named apartment in the building.Very well maintained property with a lot of amenities. Had a very classy experience staying there. It was really a value for money experience for us. It had all basic homestay amenities like RO, Utensils, boiler, microwave, washing machine, AC, stove etc. At night, just both our bathrooms were smelling like a toilet despite everything being clean. I am not sure what was going around the bathroom.

- Aravind (9/5): Excellent option for Trivandrum! - The property is new and exceptionally clean. The proximity to the airport and the city makes it a great option for stay. What we really liked was how the hosts had put in extra care for providing facilities in the apartment. Refrigerator, microwave oven, water purifier, excellent cutlery and other items were available. The challenge for the hosts would be to maintain this property like this as the demand for the property goes up. Our dry waste dustbin was not emptied after the previous guests' departure. Also, there was no handwash in the main washbasin/sink. The tissue papers on the dining table was not enough for 3 guests. These small but important things should be taken care of. Also, though they have some parking space now, we weren't sure how they would be able to handle vehicles if all their apartments become sold out. Four cars can be parked at a time in the property. They should make additional arrangements for parking.
