Μείναμε στο σπίτι επί της οδού Αγγέλου !!Το σπίτι καθαρό αλλά καθόλου λειτουργικό!Κάτω ήταν το κουζίνακι(χωρίς κουζινα και μεγάλο ψυγείο όπως φαίνονται στην φωτογραφία,αλλά ένα μίνι ψυγείο)Έπρεπε να ανέβεις γύρω στα δεκαέξι άβολα σκαλιά για το πρώτο κρεβάτι στο οποίο δεν υπήρχε μπάνιο οπότε αν ήθελες να πας τουαλέτα έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαινεις!!Έπειτα για ανάβεις στο δεύτερο κρεβάτι έπρεπε να ανέβεις αλλά τόσα σκαλιά τα οποία σε κάποια σημεία τρεμοπαίζουν και στο χώρο πάλι δεν είχε τουαλέτα αλλά έπρεπε να ανέβεις και αλλά τόσα σκαλιά γιατί η τουαλέτα του δεύτερου κρεβατιού ήταν στην πόρτα που οδηγεί στην ταράτσα!! Δηλαδή να το πω απλά αν κάποιος από το δεύτερο δωμάτιο θέλει κάτι από το ψυγείο πρέπει να κατέβει γύρω στα 40 σκαλιά από μια γυριστή άβολη σκάλα!!Επίσης όταν ανάβεις το φως της τουαλέτας εξαερισμός ακούγεται σαν γεννήτρια σε πανηγυρι!!Το wifi δεν λειτουργούσε και όταν τον φωνάζαμε είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι!!Επίσης η λάμπα στην ταράτσα δεν δούλευε και μας είπε πως και γι αυτό δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι!!Γενιά μια από τις χειρότερες διαμονής μας!!Κι ας ήταν για μια μέρα!!Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η τοποθεσία και τίποτα αλλο!!Επίσης η τουαλέτα για να κάτσεις στην λεκάνες έπρεπε να πατάς μέσα στον χώρο της ντουζιέρας!!

• Mark (6/5): Great location, amazing old city. Just disappointed we did not get the accommodation we booked. - It was in a great location within the old walled city of Chania. We did not get what we booked. We had an old 4 level traditional house with a narrow spiral staircase. The bedrooms were on level 2 and 3 so we left our bags in the kitchenette/ bathroom area on the ground floor. There was a 2nd bathroom on the 4th level and roof top patio… which had a view to the lighthouse. My husband is 70 and this was not easy… especially at night to get up for the toilet. I would not recommend for children under 12. Breakfast was included and adequate.

Pas de lumière dans les toilettes, marches de l'escalier en colimacon non fixées (on a failli tomber) Bref notre pire expérience (ça fait 4 fois que l'on vient à Chania)
• Laura (5/5): - Posizione centralissima nel centro storico di chania permette di visitare tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse della città Camera piccola e poco accogliente, a malapena di ha a disposizione una sedia dove poter aprire la valigia, assenza di parcheggio, ne viene indicato uno dall'oste ma dopo una certa ora si riempie ed è impossibile trovare posto a chania, assenza di un servizio di ricambio asciugami, viene eseguito solo il rifacimento letto, si consiglia di anticipare gli orari della colazione, dato che è disponibile a partire dalle h8.30, troppo tardi per chi vuole muoversi presto per visitare le spiaggie più distanti

• Corina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well located within the old town and was a short walk down to the waterfront. The facilities were good but the showers/toilet were very small. The spiral staircase for four levels was a surprise. The breakfast supplied was wonderful and the ladies serving were lovely. The beds were comfortable, while the showers were good, the upstairs shower handset did not have a rail or wall fitting so had to be used as a handset only which made it a bit difficult for my partner who had the use of only one arm. The narrow staircase to get up to the other levels, small toilet and shower areas, no wall fitting for the upstairs shower handset.
• Pia (7/5): Rate indicates the quality - The bedrooms were spacious, aircondition in every room. Location was excellent. The apartment is quite worn out and dated. Strong colors and lot of stuff in bedrooms. Bathrooms old, not so conveniet, but showers worked. There are totally 4 floors, each room on different floor, spiral stairs.

Fabulous location in the "old town" with traditional old world charm. Bathrooms were very cramped. Spiral staircase not accommodating large suitcases so left on ground floor.

We had a room with steps up to the bed and spar bath, (bathroom included a shower) big four poster bed and a Juliet Balcony. Everything was easily accessed by walking. Great breakfast!

The location is fabulous and pretty easy to find with Maps, about 10 mins easy walk from the bus station, maybe 15 if like us you try to cut through the side streets and zigzag through the restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plentiful breakfast. Excellent coffee. Jazz bar at the end of the street opens very late (not noisy). Great location. Plenty of places to eat & drink & people watch a short walk away. Tired, very random facilities (spa bath in the kitchen, broken hook for the shower head in the bedroom upstairs).

• Lubicat (9/5): Superb - The host is very nice, very nice location in beautiful neighbourhood, very very close to the center and port, excellent breakfast, very very rich as continental breakfast with all typical pieces of foot to taste a little bit narrow , not suitable for those who wants privacy ( 2 bedrooms but have no doors) but for the family great, and not suitable who has problem to step on the 2 nd floor on round narrow steps

• Benjamin (9/5): A brilliant hotel in the heart of Chania old town - an ideal base for exploring the historic region - Fantastic location in the heart of the old town and a short walk from the historic harbour. Breakfast was delightful (a large series of mini plates) with traditional meats, pastries, seafood, and served with a smile every morning. The room was a fantastic, traditional olde world style room, oak beamed, with old photos adorning the walls. Staff extremely helpful, including (on first evening) helping me to unlock my phone, which had failed to start properly after flight. Room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and toiletries as required. Perhaps it would have been helpful to have a few more recommendations for the local area - places to eat, etc. The reception has limited opening hours, but luckily the very friendly gentleman (who could have been the owner) spotted me outside and came to assist.
• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - We stayed in Ifigenia Rooms for three nights. The location is excellent, just a few metets away from the Venetian Port and Firka Tower. Cosy, big room with a large bed and a bathtub inside (there was albo a separate bathroom with a shower). Very nice and helpful owner. Amazing breakfast served outside on the street where you can enjoy the great view of the alleys of Old Town. The food was tasty - we got fried eggs, bread, olives, vegetables, bacon and more. The ladies serving it were friendly and nice.The room was clean and had everything you could want - dishes, small balcony, kettle, towels.The only things we found troubling were the streep and winding stairs. Apart from that - EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!

You hav - Perfect location of the apartment, very good breakfast, cats were a bit disturbing at breakfast, copulating next to the tables, delicious orange juice, the best I've had in town. We chose a room with a mezzanine, but we did not expect the apartment to have 4 floors. kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom on the first floor, winding stairs, 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor, narrow winding stairs, a second bathroom on the 4th floor also via the spiral stairs. We lasted two days, but it would have been a problem for longer.

• Nikolay (7/5): Good - Perfect location - on a quiet street just next to the center; comfortable bed; clean; sitting on the chairs outside you feel and look just like a local We actually stayed in one of the rooms that seems to have been previously a building entrance, or at least it looked that way; the bath there is very small and showering wasn't comfortable; the jacuzzi is totally out of place; the stairs to the bed are quite narrow; also keep in mind that windows look directly to the street, even if not a busy one
