- Maryana (10/5): Пожалуйста, сделайте крючки для полотенец в душе и дядом с умывальником, полки или стеллаж для одежды - Просторно, чисто, много полотенец, все классно! С радостью вернулась бы! Мало мест куда можно положить вещи, не хватает полочек, крючков для полотенец в душе, полотенце действительно некуда разместить пока моешься, и повесить сушиться после. Единственный шкаф для вещей был закрыт на замок.

- cindy_xhy (7/5): 整体不错，入住方便，退房方便，配套设施齐全，地理位置好，距离大阪城公园比较近。 - 位置不错，搭乘地铁比较方便，离便利店很近。 床单有一点不适应，第一晚小朋友腿上多了很多红点，发痒。
- INABA (2/5): - 冷蔵庫が大きい所 荷物を預ける話を前日までしていたのに、鍵の故障で出来なかった。 対応もかけつけてくれず電話対応だけで暑い中ずっと外で待たされた。 コインロッカーがなく荷物の預けを頼んでたのに、コインロッカーに預けてくれと言われた
