• Aquino (10/5): Excellent. Recommended. - The location is very accessible, the staff are friendly, the room is clean, the ac is working well, the hot shower is working well too, there is free wifi and the speed is decent. Nothing really.

Felt safe. - Room was bigger than in many other places. - Hot shower. - Had a table and 2 chairs outside to sit and relax. - Internet. - Central location near restaurants. Mosquitoes kept getting into the room even with everything closed. We eventually realized they were coming through some holes in the bathroom ceiling and through the A/C tubing. The A/C also had issues — we couldn’t adjust the temperature properly. Ironically, it was making the room too cold, so we had to turn it off at times. There was no breakfast available on-site.

Susedia tam kazdy vecer alebo rano palia odpadky. Okrem toho do izby tahal aj dym z cigariet, nakolko vsetci susedia fajcili vonku pred svojimi izbami. Hned prve rano sme chceli odtial odist. Pp diskusii s personalom susedia slubili ze nebudu nasledujuci vecer ani rano palit odpadky. Zostali sme teda aj dalsiu noc. Okrem tohto sa hned prvy vecer rozpadla sprchova hlavica. Nahlasili sme to personalu, ale do nasho odchodu nik neprisiel sprchu opravit. Dala sa pouzit iba hadica bez sprchovej hlavice.

The room itself was basic but everything you would need such as good aircon, good shower (minus having to hold the shower head). Clean & great location!

Loads of places to eat out. Barton Bistro, Restaurant/bar was our favourite. Always buzzing, music in the evenings had a great vibe. Right on the beach. We are not young, but we did like the atmosphere there. We had our breakfast and evening meal there the whole time we stayed in Port Barton. And hot water, a luxuriouy in the Philippines. Best place we've stayed in. 😍 Thanks, Maureen x The fittings that held the head of the shower had been broken, buy previous guest. So you did need to hold the shower head to wash. This was reported, but it wasn't fixed. Room 3. Was still the best place we stayed in.
• Kouros (10/5): Clean room and lovely host - I was lucky to find this accommodation in port barton. It is very difficult to find a decent room in port barton. There is not much room there. This guesthouse was very clean and comfortable, it is close to beach and everything you need is around you. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Nothing
• Lucia (8/5): Very good - We liked the spacious room with big bathroom and common balcony area with chairs and tables. Position was fantastic, right in the center of Port Barton… few mins walking distance from the bus/vans terminal and also from the beach. Restaurants/shops are all around and the owner also has a restaurant with seafood very close to the stay. Hot water with good pressure, not easy to find in Port Barton for the same price or even higher. The staff was kind and welcoming and also provided us with instant coffee in the morning. Free water dispenser outside, close to our room. Wi-Fi signal was not working inside the room and I had to go out of the room nearby the reception area to have the signal. But this was not a big problem for us. During the second day we had problems with the sink and shower that were both clogged but we didn’t care that much because we only stayed for two days. Probably the staff would have helped us solve the problem.. in any case we had a nice stay.

• Leah (2/5): If it’s between here and the beach, choose the beach - cleaning staff kindly left the previous guests toothbrush out for me, just incase I forgot mine !!! When we arrived we were ignored for 30 mins and left alone. Finally we were then told we were being moved to a different property because they overbooked. I booked almost a month in advance maybe more so not sure how this can happen. We moved to the other property because it was that or I was sleeping on the beach. Honestly, that was the good part because at least there there was running water, electricity and aircon. When we moved back we were just chucked in a room no information. There was no electricity. We had to leave as the heat was unbearable. When we arrived back electricity had resumed but we couldn’t get the aircon to work. My partner asked staff to help and they laughed at him and turned it on. Not sure why they are so unprofessional, I don’t think this question requires laughing at a guest over? Our water just stopped running one day which was really unpleasant. During the night there was a storm and there is a tin roof so we could not sleep at all with the noise of the rain. To top everything off, in the early morning the child of the host sat directly under my window swinging from it blaring her iPad videos. On check out there was nobody to hand the key back to so we just left it on the desk completely ignored by everyone surrounding us

• Abigail (6/5): Okay stay, would stay again. - the rooms were nice and location was ideal for food and beaches. Difficult to find, need a sign out front!
• Solveiga (7/5): Good - It was clean, beds were comfy. Good location, but not possible to find the hotel without help on the street. The staff seemed not so welcoming, confusing and neutral attitude. It was quite loud because of Tv in the reception area in the evening.

It was hard to find this place as it was operating under different name (Rabang Traveller's Inn). Wifi was wonky inside the room.
• Jade (10/5): I had a great time In Port Barton while staying here, Mau (the staff) was so helpful and is the nicest person in Port Ba - It was located near the beach and near some restos and cafe, it was peaceful to stay here The fact that I only stayed there for 3 nights 🥲
