• Shihong (4/5): Disappointing stay due to the rudeness of the host and lack of transparency of the additional charge - Bed is comfortable As the room is just next to the street, it is noisy. You can hear the cars on the street. They don’t have big cups for the coffee nor tea. Only small paper cups for espressos. The most disappointing part of the stay is the rude host. On the arrival day, we were informed about the extra €15 charge of the linen kit which were not shown (the exact amount) on the booking.com during the time of the booking. (We were only aware the extra charge for the city tax.) When we ask about this extra linen charge, the host becomes very rude and annoying and just demand that we don’t talk about it anymore and just pay for it… which we found very unprofessional. The lack of transparency on this additional charge is not acceptable. If we have known about this during the booking, we may not even go for this one. There are other better choices located in the town which can be quieter and more charming. And may have better hosts.

• Stéphanie (7/5): Très bien placé mais manque de confort - L’emplacement était à deux pas du centre historique donc très pratique! L’originalité de l’appartement, la douche centrale dans l’entrée, la décoration. Café et bouteilles d’eau à disposition. Serviettes et linge de lit payant 15€ et non annoncé dans l’annonce avant la réservation. La luminosité dans l’appartement, manque de rideaux/stores. La qualité du lit : matelas très mou et pieds du lit qui bougent. Bruyant mais normal car en plein centre ville, l’appartement donne directement sur la rue.
• Marion (9/5): Très bon séjour a Monopoli. - L’emplacement était au top. Le logement était propre, décoré avec goût ! Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très réactif. La difficulté pour se garer mais logement en pleine ville donc il fallait s’y attendre.

• Grzegorz (10/5): Nowoczesny apartament w Monopoli - Apartament bardzo czysty, nowoczesny, przestronny, ciekawa aranżacja. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, mini lodówka. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko starówki (5 minut), blisko dworzec kolejowy (10 minut). Rewelacyjny czas w pięknym Monopoli. Wszystko było w porządku.
• Chimène (8/5): - Goede ligging! Ruim. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Kledijstomer is zeker een meerwaarde. We vonden de accomodatie niet direct en contact verliep stroef.
• Guest (9/5): Bon emplacement et propre - Super emplacement, très bien rénové et propre. Attention si vous n’êtes pas en couple et un peu pudique douche est directement dans la pièce
• Pelle (10/5): Fastastische plek als basis om Monopoli en omstreken te verkennen! - Fraai, knus appartement met voldoende faciliteiten als een koffiezetapparaat en mini-koelkast. De sfeer is romantisch met de gewelfde plafonds, halfronde doorgangen en de centraal gelegen, grote douche. En dichtbij het oude centrum! -
• Manon (8/5): Super séjour. - Logement très propre et beau. Douche au top et coin toilettes aussi. Pas assez de papier toilette. Et on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue.

• Aileen (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was modern ,spacious about 10 minutes walk from the train station and about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the centre which was great! there was a very comfortable bed and everything was spotless clean I did not like that the communication was via what's up and no one came to meet me, there should not be the assumption that everyone has this and fully understands how to use this ,, instead owners should ask if customers dont mind uding whats up?there was no kettle to make tea only a coffee machine, no wine opener even though there was a wine fridge?,the duvet did not have a duvet cover on ? just a flat sheet and a fitted sheet , also it rained and this was making noise from.some guttering or onto a roof so had issues sleeping obviously i understand there is some noise from raim, but this was a extra noise perhaps the owners need to sleep there to see if anything can be done about this? But apart from these observations it was a good place

• Ereny (1/5): Disappointing Experience with Refund Issues - Nothing I recently booked a stay at Suite Monopoly for 3 days, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Due to cutting of the electricity, I could not stay after the first night. They told us that they have to move us to another property on their own expense after more than 12 hours of no electricity and they did not know the reason .I reached out to the property management for a refund, and they assured me that I would receive it soon after providing my bank account details. However, it has been two weeks since our initial communication, and I have yet to receive the refund or any follow-up on the matter. I have attempted multiple follow-ups, but there has been no response. I find this lack of professionalism concerning, especially when it comes to managing guest relations and refunds. I genuinely wanted to resolve this amicably but am now considering legal action due to their inaction. They said lately that if i keep writing they will take legal action towards me. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions when choosing accommodations.
• Joannapanagiotou15 (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was recently renovated, very nicely decorated and clean. It was located in a close distancec from the historic center, the port and the nice restaurants. The owner was quick and precise to all his responses. We had a very good time at Monopoli. Everything was excellent 👌 . Also the bed was really comfortable!! Thank you
