• Hangil (1/5): 현금강요.. 거짓말.. 최악의 호스트.. - 레기스탄 바로 건너편 1. 너무 대로변 옆이라 상당히 시끄러움 2. 옆집이랑 방음이 전혀안되서 개념없는 놈이 있으면 잠을 아예 못잠.. 방음수준 뭐지..? 3. 너무 추움.. 10월에 자면서 추울줄이야.. 4. 건물이 상당히 낡고 엘베가 없음 **중요** 분명히 예약당시 카드가능이었고 전날에도 메세지로 카드가능여부를 다시 물어봄. 분명히 카드 가능이라고 답을 또 받음. 그런데 가니까 단말기를 안가져왔다는 황당한 소리를 함. 2박이니 내일 단말기 가져오라니까 안된다함. 왜 안되는거지?? 어이가 없네?? 카드 가능이라매.. 아무래도 처음부터 현금만 가능인데 카드 된다고 강조하며 사람을 낚음. 난 숙박비가 당연히 카드인지 알고 현금을 다른비용에 맞춰왔고 따로 출금기능을 안하고 옴. 그런데 카드 안된다고 무조건 현금을 뽑으라고 관광해야 하는 사람을 태우고 1시간 넘게 여기저기 있는 ATM에 다 데리고 다니면서 현금 뽑으라고 함. 이런식으로 사람을 달달 볶지말고 처음부터 카드불가라고 솔직하게 말하면 큰일이라도 나는것이었나..? 점점 시간이 지날수록 본인이 거짓말 한 것은 잊어버린건지 언제 숙소오냐 현금 언제주냐 계속 왓츠앱으로 닥달함. 카드 기계 가져오라하면 계속 안된다함. 진짜 개짜증나는 적반하장 호스트... 호스트가 보인 태도는 이번 여행에서 상당히 기분이 나빴음. 여행다니면서 본 최악의 호스트 태도.. 아직 한국어 평가가 없어서 자세하게 쓰는거임.. 제발 여기 하지말라고.. 레기스탄 주변에 숙소는 많음.. 다른곳 하셈..

• Xu Haofeng (10/5): - 我很喜歡這間公寓，沒有任何缺點。房間最近翻新過，乾淨整潔，有一個大陽台。廚房設施齊全。早餐每天早上送達，非常美味。免費接送兩次。我隨時24小時透過WhatsApp Telegram隨時與您聯繫，以了解抵達和離開的時間。我之前住過這間Aisha Registan公寓，我向所有人推薦它。公寓地理位置優越，位於撒馬爾罕市中心，步行5分鐘即可到達撒馬爾罕的任何地方。此外，步行2、3、5分鐘即可到達撒馬爾罕的所有民族美食。自然風光非常優美。
• shu hua (4/5): 如果店主诚实一点会接近完美 - 店主免费接送我们往返火车站，给的房间是一整套公寓，虽然有两个房间不开放，但可以给我们睡觉的房间是放置了三张大床的宽大房间，洗手间和厨房也很宽敞舒适，设施齐全，一齐看上去都整洁崭新，和门外形成强烈的对比。房间里有免费WiFi，速度不错。 我们半夜到达撒马尔罕火车站，店主亲自在站门口等我们，把我们接去酒店，这是免费的。半路上他停下来，告诉我们原来预定的房间水管出了问题，房间里没有供水，他会带我们去他自己的另一家酒店，会给一个比我们约定的房间贵一倍的好房间给我们住宿，作为对原房间出现的问题的补偿，他只按原来预定的价格收取费用。店主把我们带去了一栋疑似建成后很久没有人入住的住宅楼，楼道满是灰尘，电梯有胶膜覆盖，电梯间的墙有裂缝和水迹，地上有垃圾。由于到达是深夜，整栋大楼只有几户有灯光。但我们所住的那一层，一出电梯看到，就只有我们一户，其他住户门口都是未有装修过的样子。幸好开门进去后是另一个世界，里面的装修得相当舒适整洁。在收了当晚房费并交收钥匙后，店主开始和我们说希望我们在booking上取消预订，因为换了房间，不是我们原来预定的，所以取消网上的预定比较好。然后又向我们说是否要办理居留登记证，这个我们之前在网上有查到过，乌兹别克斯坦是要求停留在国内超过3天的外国人办理居留登记证，出境时需要检查的。但我们不记得是住宿处代办还是要自己申请去办，店主说他可以帮我们代办，2人每天收取5美金。我们要到第4天才离开乌兹别克斯坦，所以应该要办居留时间为3天的居留登记证，我们想着让店主一起办了，后面2天去其他城市就不用再办了。所以除房费外额外给了店主15美金以办理这2个人3天的居留登记证。我们第二天就收到了店主发来的邮件，登记证电子版及线上查询二维码。但登记证电子版上只写了入住时间，离开时间没有写，查询二维码查询到的居留住宿时间只是1天。我们问店主，店主说没关系的，他后面会在线填上离开日期，这样居留住宿时间天数就会变化。但到了第3天没有收到新的邮件，扫码查看证上的时间讯息也没有更新过。我们发邮件再次询问店主，他还是说不紧要：“The date you specified is not important, the date I specified in the picture is important, it will all be online. Don't worry.”结果到第4天我们离境时，表格都没有更新，也没有新的邮件，店主也不再回复我们的信息。回来后再仔细翻阅这家旅馆的评语，才发现这个店主经常使用这种手段。只怪预定时没有仔细多翻看评语，仔细甄别。我不否认今次住到的这家房间及设施都是很好的，可以值9分以上；店主也很愿意帮忙，来回火车站也是免费接送。但旅馆在市中心外，不在雷吉斯坦广场旁这个地点的变化；还有店主把原本应由店家免费开具的居留登记证说成了收费并额外多收取了我们15美金，后续又不再为我们更新登记证及回复处理问题，这是非常令人失望的。

• Jana (10/5): Skvělé bydlení na skvělém místě. - Mimořádně skvělá poloha opravdu přímo proti Registanu. Plně zařízený byt, snídani donesl hostitel v domluvený čas. Bez problémů jsme se dohodli na pozdějším opuštění bytu.

Booking stated a price for 2 people so I rented the accommodation.  Once I arrived the host charged me $10 more because I was with my friend. We tried talking with the host and nothing. So I paid the $10 extra even though that was not the number online. Also, the description stated visa and cash only as payment methods and the host told me he only accepted cash. Visa to him meant going down to the atm and withdrawing money. I get international fees charged at the machine, both by local banks and my bank plus not a good exchange rate. I told the host that it was deceiving to state "visa" when in reality he only accepted cash. There was back and forth with the translation app. I decided to stay because it was my last day in Samarkand, otherwise I would have left. Finally, if I recall correctly, there was supposed to be breakfast served. There was not. I asked the host to supply me with a receipt and he did not. He did give it to my friend.

L'appartamento si trova esattamente di fronte alla piazza del Registan, ma è all' interno di un palazzo fatiscente e molto datato. Sembra una specie di casa popolare, ristrutturata, ma non proprio benissimo. L' aria condizionata funzionava a tratti. La pulizia è da migliorare. Il balcone è praticamente inutilizzabile, senza nessuna vista né sedie o tavolino. La colazione è buona e il ragazzo è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di usare la stanza tutto il giorno successivo: questo gli ha fatto guadagnare punteggio! Pagato circa 30 euro: va bene per una notte.

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast at Aisha Registan is not just a meal, it's a morning mood! I still remember the morning I started with warm tandoori bread, homemade jam and freshly picked grapes. Every dish seemed to embody family love. You can't find such a breakfast even in restaurants!

Inside, there is silence - as if time itself is resting here. Each room is like a chapter in a book: when you enter, a new page opens. I slept here and talked with Timur in my dreams. When I wake up in the morning, the Registan is shining in the sun. This place is not just for living, but for feeling. Aisha is not a place, it is a state.”

• Eguzkiñe (1/5): IT´S A SCAM - When we go into the apartment building, we saw that ALL the apartments (except the one we had reserved) had been sealed off by the police. This didn't give a good impression. Furthermore, the building was completely in ruins... It looked like it was going to collapse at any moment. Luckily, the apartment (inside) was quite good; it had been renovate... The problems started at check-in. We had asked three SEPARATE beds when we made the reservation because we were three friends, and the owner confirmed that we would have three separated beds. But upon arrival, we saw that there was a double bed and a small bed. We complained, and he told us it was "a misunderstanding." The truth is that he didn't want to tell us that the double bed couldn't be separated and that there couldn't be three beds; he avoided telling us the truth so we wouldn't cancel the reservation... In addition, in the check-in he asked us to cancel the Booking reservation to avoid paying them the commission. That is ilegal: Booking.com has done its job (get clients for this person), and he should pay them for that work, whether he likes it or not. If he doesn't like Booking.com's way of working, he should leave Booking.com, but he should not do these illegal practices. After this problematic check-in, from the first minute we saw that there was no water or electricity in the entire apartment. No water came out of any faucet: not in the kitchen or the bathroom. We couldn't shower, wash our hands or brush our teeth... There was no electricity in any room of the apartment, and the plugs didn't work either, so we couldn't charge our phones or turn on the lamps... I complained to the owner from the beginning, and he told me that the problema would be solved in a few minutes. But that didn't happen. I complained again, and he kept telling me to be patient. (...) I constantly asked the owner for solutions, but he wouldn't give me any. Finally, after two nights, he offered to take us to another hotel owned by the same owner, 6 km outside the city. This hotel is also listed on Booking.com and is called "Aisha G h" (don't book it!). This hotel had water and electricity, but it was worse than the apartment we had booked, and on Booking.com it is cheaper. It had a shared bathroom outside the room and was very far from the city center, so I had to take taxis and pay money to get from the hotel to the city center, from the city center to the hotel... while the apartment we had booked was 20 meters from Registan Square. The owner told me he'd bring us a plate of plov (a typical dish from the country) to compensate for the damage and inconvenience of the previous days, but I'm still waiting for that plate of plov... I think it was another one of his lies, another one of his "misunderstandings”. Booking.com also says they have bikes available for free. That's obviously also a lie. Now I'm waiting for Booking to refund my reservation money for having been in this inhumane situation for so many days. After checking out, he still had the courage to send us a WhatsApp message asking us not to leave any negative comments on Booking. That's why he asked us to cancel via Booking, so we couldn't leave any comments. Luckily, I didn't cancel, and I can explain what happened to you...
• Joni (10/5): Exceptional - Thanks to Sukhrob, he met us at the airport and saw us off. without additional fees. Situated in a very convenient place to visit all the tourist attractions of Samarkand. You can walk and see. No need for a taxi or bus. Travelers understand me well when choosing a good apartment or hotel is saving money !!! Aisha Registon is exactly such an apartment.

• Ahmadi (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment with all facilities & excellent location right opposite Registan A heads-up regarding the apartment being on the top floor (4th) would be helpful considering guests come with luggage. Absence of a central heating system, had to rely on the AC to warm up especially during winters. There was some smell from the washroom & with an empty air-freshner, it was an uncomfortable experience. The host mainly communicated over the phone & sent over a family member for check-in/out who always seemed to be in a rush (unfriendly behaviour)

• Fevie (9/5): Superb - I liked the area, it is so convenient and just exactly opposite Registan square, in less than 2 minute walk, near to restaurants, lively vibe, and main road. My friends had a really good sleep, air-conditioner is working properly and pretty much everything was in the appartment already. The owner speaks English very well and always ask if we need anything during our stay. It was such a nice gesture from her. Pretty much everything questions about Samarkand she answered and really helpful. Thank you for that. Reasonable price, top notch cleanliness. The balcony is beautiful too! Would recommend, good for group of friends and family. It is located in the 4th floor of the building, and you need to take the stairs. Not suitable for people carrying luggages. Since it is located right beside main road, it is not advisable for light sleepers like myself,I can hear all the car honks. Beds a bit hard.
