Posizione ottima in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa con possibilità di parcheggio proprio fuori il palazzo. In zona: bar, pizzerie, tavola calda, Ottica, parrucchiere, uffici vari... Il bagno... è un tuffo nel blu con asciugacapelli con diffusore che noi ricce apprezziamo tantissimo! Fantastico! Terrazza ampia e soleggiata. Proprietario gentile e comunicativo.
