Arhitectura moderna, foarte bun raport intre utilitar si estetic, placut si functional. Staff-ul prompt si amabil, cazare facila, info complet si la timp, acces usor. Camera suficient de spatioasa, bine organizata, totul nou, impecabil. Confort, liniste. Valoare neasteptata, surpriza foarte placuta.

Am primit un upgrade la un apartament superb, spatios, luminos, cu tot ce ai nevoie sa stai o saptamana. Am ajuns tarziu si am gasit 2 sticle de apa in camera ❤️ . Totul este nou si curat. Patul este foarte confortabil, baia mare, dusul cu presiune buna a apei. Exista masina de spalat, masina de spalat vase, am apreciat espresorul pt care am primit cafea normala si decofeinizata. Locatia este aproape de centru, dar linistita, te poti odihni foarte bine. Raport calitate pret foarte bun. Ramane locația preferata din Cluj si voi reveni aici cu drag! Mulțumesc doamnei de la receptie pentru amabilitate! Nu sunt papuci de casa dar citisem recenziile si mi-am luat, nu este o problema.

• Adrian (10/5): Will definitely come back - It’s extremely close to anything in the city center, at a walkable distance from BT Arena and Central Park. I found my favourite place to stay in Cluj. The host is great and very responsive and kind to inform you. The appartments are fully equiped. There isn’t anything they need to improve, they just need to keep up the standards.
• IONICA (9/5): - Locatia - excelenta, domnisoara de la receptie - foarte amabila, apartamentul - spatios, curat, parcare - disponibila. Lipsa unui cuier pentru haine groase. Papucii si un suport pentru sapunul din baie ar fi adus un plus de confort.

Tot ce iti trebuie intr-un apartament, gasesti aici si te simti ca acasa :) Faptul ca se poate face check in la ore tarzii este un mare plus! Parcarea se face vis a vis la Double Tree Usa de la intrare nu se inchidea chiar ermetic si cand stateam in bucatarie se auzea tot de pe holul blocului, cand trecea cineva sau se tratea usa . Din dormitor insa nu se auzea nimic, deci nu a fost un asa inconvenient. Poate s-a remediat intre timp :)

Communication with both the host and the Hilton DoubleTree reception was clear, prompt, and polite. New, spacious, beautiful and comfortable apartment with impeccable cleanliness. I was impressed by how attentive and considerate they were. We would appreciate the time, more than 6 hours, given before check in legaly time. The apartment itself was impeccably equipped, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, central, very quiet. A thoughtful holiday gesture was the complimentary access to the breakfast one day at Hilon DoubleTree, because the oven had a minor problem, located literally across the street. Apartment was even better than on the photos, it was brand new, super clean, spacious, very good equipped and the reception lady was super nice and helpful. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.The price-to-quality ratio was outstanding, and from my point of view, there’s nothing that needs improving. Excellent communication with the staff, quick response, very helpful and professional. Beatrice and a Lady Manager from Hilotn DoubleTree were always there when we were in need for advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Nothing, everything was perfect

• Mariana (10/5): Nice property, great location. - It’s in a great location, close to the city center and to many restaurants and cafes. The room and bathroom were nice. Staff let us check in early, they were friendly and helpful. There’s a washing machine but no detergent.

• Sorina (10/5): Un loc frumos in care îți dorești să te reîntorci - Apartamentul este poziționat central, într-o zonă liniștită, în apropierea unora dintre cele mai bune restaurante din oraș. Este un loc foarte frumos și curat unde m-am reîntors cu drag. Este a doua oară când mă cazez aici. Camera a fost foarte curatā, mobilată cu bun gust și atenție la detalii, spațioasă, foarte luminoasă și bine izolatà fonic. Este o cazare foarte potrivită pentru persoanele care au nevoie de liniște pentru a se odihni bine. Nu exista niciun aspect de menționat la această rubrică.

• Larissa (10/5): Geweldig verblijf gehad - Appartement was ruim en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Super schoon en netjes. De host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren was goed geregeld en de ligging was uitstekend. Geen luide omgeving dus je hebt echt een rust moment in het appartement. Absoluut de beste keus als je wilt verblijven in Cluj!!! Geen slechte dingen te melden. Alles was top!!
