- Patrycja (8/5): Overall good stay. Good value for money. - Good quality service, room was clean, bed was made everyday, fresh towels provided daily. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately during our stay maintenance works were ongoing - listening to drilling noises from 7 o’clock in the morning wasn’t pleasant experience. Rooms not very soundproof. Our room was also very dark. We were rushed one day at the breakfast still having 30 minutes to go, plates with food were taken away from us.

- Esther (10/5): Buena relacion calidad precio y vacaciones en pareja tranquilas e ideales - Muy buena atención al cliente, habitaciones dobles amplias y con baño privado con bañera. En marzo la terraza estaba cerrada cuando subimos pero esta “céntrico” y la relación calidad - precio al menos el mes de marzo es estupenda. El desayuno es buffet y tienen variedad y también dieron un buen servicio. Pregunté si tenían leche sin lactosa y enseguida me la dieron. Gracias a todo el personal que nos hizo pasar una estancia muy agradable
- sandrine (5/5): Séjour gâché, on ne vous donne pas la réservation que vous avez effectuée. - We arrived and checked in (third stay in this hotel) as usual. AFTER we paid, we were told that our room is outside at TJ Boutique (5mn away in the street) and the breakfast is at Cerviola of course. Absolutely not fair, because I was with my old mum, who has trouble to walk, and we booked Cerviola to be on place for the breakfast ! I had a look on TJ Boutique, which was cheaper, but decided to stay in Cerviola ! We were very upset, I did complain for a commercial discount, but no, no way ! They say we got a better room (air conditionner dirty!!), that’s all !. On the day after, we got another room in Cerviola, but this trouble should not happened. They said it’s because of some work in the hotel but many people were there with accomodation. We should have been told by message before, and so we could choose another accomodation. It’s not honest from them.

Frastuono insopportabile dalla mattina fino tardo pomeriggio con martelli pneumatici all interno dell hotel, andato avanti per giorni, anche il sabato, nessun relax in questo hotel.scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, staff non propriamente bendisposto, letti con reti sfondate e compensato sotto . Nessun avviso dei lavori in corso che erano insopportabili e cominciavano alle 8 del mattino e continuavano fino alle 5 del pomeriggio, semplicemente vogliono prendere i soldi della prenotazione senza nessuna considerazione delle regole generali di quello che si può o nn si può in una struttura ricettiva . Io stavo anche male quindi è stato doppiamente un incubo senza poter riposare. Comunicazione difficile e non dipendente dalla lingua ( parlo perfettamente inglese) Non consiglio assolutamente mi dispiace !
- Piero (5/5): LE VACANZE IN ALBERGO DOVREBBERO ESSERE PURO RELAX, MA INVECE… - La colazione è un servizio davvero ottimo. Lo staff che si occupava della sala è davvero cordiale e gentile. Siamo arrivati dopo le 21:00 e siamo andati subito a dormire. Prima notte insonne a causa del letto che ad ogni movimento faceva rumori atroci. Il giorno successivo all’arrivo presentiamo 3 gravi problemi alla reception prima di lasciare la camera: Letto Televisore con schermo crepato Frigo bar non raffreddava Al nostro ritorno in camera nessuno dei problemi era stato comunicato. Ritorniamo in reception, e mentre ripresentiamo i problemi interviene il proprietario, che ci dice che farà cambiare il materasso e frigo e ci assicura di chiamare il tecnico per il televisore. Attendiamo in camera e durante il cambio del materasso ci rendiamo conto che non ci sono doghe o reti sotto il materasso, ma una bella tavola in compensato di legno fissata alla base della struttura del letto. Dal mattino successivo del nostro arrivo, dalle 7:45 iniziano i lavori di ristrutturazione dell’albergo praticamente difronte la porta della nostra stanza. Dal giovedì al sabato compreso tutte le mattine. Quindi di notte non si dormiva bene per il letto, e la mattina per i rumori di trapano e martello. Televisore per tutta la nostra permanenza mai sistemato. Per fortuna il frigo bar è stato sostituito, così almeno abbiamo potuto bere bevande fresche sopra. Morale della storia siamo andati via con 2 giorni di anticipo.

- ROBERT (10/5): - Très bon hôtel, propre et agréable. On y prend un petit déj très copieux. Le personnel agréable et les serviettes changées chaque jour. Une terrasse avec piscine sur le toit. Je recommande mais lisez la suite en dessous. Un réel bémol qui est indépendant de l'hôtel c'est que la station de bus à côté n'est pas fiable, certains bus annoncés ne passent jamais et font vraiment perdre du temps. Ceci dit en une semaine aucun bus partout à Malte n'a été à l'heure, y compris aux terminus.

Personel hotelu był bardzo miły i pomocny. W pokoju znajduje sie czajnik, sejf, woda butelkowana, herbata i kawa. Wymeldowaliśmy sie o 4 rano i otrzymaliśmy lunchbox. Bardzo wygodne jest to, ze przystanek autobusowy znajduje sie w pobliżu hotelu. Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy.

- Janka (4/5): - V sobi je bilo zatohlo. Postelje narejene iz iverke. Jogiji že precej zdelani. Tuš kabina je bila na pol razpadla. Rezervirali smo 2 sobi z balkonom, dobili samo eno. Balkon je bil sredi zgradbe.ko se je nekdo nad nami tuširanje je pri nas iz Tuša začela teči voda.

- Gabi Ghita (3/5): Avoid! It's run by a slave driver and it shows... - At least the AC worked... This hotel is a nightmare, as is Marsaskala, everything is a big construction site. The room we got was small, crowded, with three beds that creak at all joints when you turn from one side to the other. The room was cold and the bathroom was even colder. You have to turn on the air conditioning and leave the door open for it to warm up so you can take a bath. The balcony is small and is still occupied by a large plastic table and two plastic chairs, all worn out by the passage of time, yellowed. Everywhere smells bad, in the room, in the bathroom, it smells old, closed, moldy. It is an old hotel, renovated in the art of ugliness, brown wood with brown beds and in the dining room chairs made of eco-leather also brown, there is a heavy and sinister atmosphere throughout the hotel. We were accommodated with breakfast included which was mediocre, English breakfast like everywhere else, everything fried, unhealthy, without nuts, seeds and the cereals are of poor quality, old bread, old, shriveled tomatoes, old cucumbers, lots of pastries, poor quality coffee, unpackaged tea. Check-out is at 11... but at 10.50 we received a call from the reception to remind us that we had to leave the room and at 10.55 the cleaning lady came to tell us that we had to leave even sooner. All the staff in the hotel are cold, unfriendly, I think the owner is a man with a bad character from what I could tell from what I saw at the reception how he was bossing the staff around.
