• Rosalia (8/5): - Limpieza, ubicación, había cosas como café, aceite, azúcar que para pasar unos días te evitaban comprarlos Huele a tuberías y echo en falta un responsable que te reciba y a quien le pueda preguntar cosas.
• Martina (7/5): Buon soggiorno per una vacanza breve - La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ottima posizione. Ben arredata e accogliente. Purtroppo c’è un forte odore di chiuso, oltre un pessimo odore proveniente dalle tubature del lavandino della cucina. La casa era piena di zanzare e ragnatele negli angoli. La pulizia non è stato il massimo, a partire dal tavolo della cucina, ai piatti ancora tutti sporchi probabilmente usati da persone che hanno alloggiato prima in questa struttura. Sia la porta dell’entrata dell’abitazione che quella del palazzo erano difettate.
• Mimmo (1/5): Horrible - Experiencia horrible. El apartamento estaba muy sucio cuando llegué, lo tuve que limpiar al completo. He salido llena de picaduras a pesar de bañarme en repelente de insectos a diario. Había cucarachas y un olor nauseabundo. Muchísima humedad, las paredes desconchadas. Ha sido una estancia bastante desagradable.

• Andrea (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, la decoración del apartamento y la distribución están bien. La cama y el sofá cama son cómodos y nos dejaron guardar las maletas bastante antes de poder entrar Los olores, huele bastante a humedad, en especial si abres los armarios o en la cocina. Es un poquito desagradable

• Susan (8/5): amazing place for short or longer stay in central Cadiz - amazing yet quiet location super nice and always fast responding host Ricardo keep in mind the typical Andalusian apartment design - windows open to the central patio and if closed the appt is very dark but that's just the way it is there mosquito screen would've been nice so you'd be able to open a few windows at night we had some cleaning issues which were resolved very quickly and on good terms sometimes there was a downright stench coming from the courtyard which made it impossible to put the laundry rack outside - I assume it came from the restaurant a few houses down the street
