• Schrems (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in gediegenem Ambiente mitten im Herzen der Altstadt - Eine traumhafte Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit den Fenstern zu einem in der Nacht absolut ruhigen Innenhof. Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Festspielbezirk eignet sich das Apartement bestens für einen Besuch der Salzburger Festspiele. Die Wohnung ist von außen direkt über einen Lift zu erreichen, mit allem nötigen Inventar versehen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank an die sehr aufmerksamen und netten Gastgeber für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Nichts
• Luca (9/5): Mozart's Neighbour! - The location is amazing and super central. You are literally neighbours with Mozart. Markus is super friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Very tidy and comfortable apartment. The bath and shower is within the rooms and the toilet requires walking across a small private office area to access, however we never came across anyone while doing so. There is a faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout. The towels are especially bad. Not quite enough hot water in the system if you are wanting more than a lukewarm bath but plenty for a shower.

They have a minifridge and a coffee machine There was nothing to not like..i only have one question..can i be adopted?🤣🥰

• Michael (9/5): - Very good location. Close to everything in walkable distance. Bus stops are nearby. The agent Markus was very nice and helpful. He introduced some good places and restaurants to us and they are good. We particularly liked the beer garden which was a very good experience for us. The landlord was a nice gentleman. He met us on arrival and departure, gave us 2 chocolate as well. The hot water temperature can be a bit higher.

• Brittany (10/5): Lovely Spot! - The location (right next to Mozart’s Birthplace) is absolutely amazing! Even though it’s close to all of the bustle of that street, it feels private with an elevator access and top floor apartment. Hosts were so nice and sadly we barely saw them during our short 3-day visit.

Our hosts were exceptional, giving us great restaurant recommendations and other advise. One could be surprised by the toilet facilities given the old buildings configuration but it was perfectly clean and adequate.

• tetsuya (10/5): 音楽祭には最高の宿泊施設 - ザルツブルク音楽祭会場に極めて至近、セキュリティ抜群で、全ての部屋設備が充分、オーナーのマルクスさんが、親切に支援してくれる。 夏はやはり暑く寝苦しかった。せめて扇風機があれば、、これは避暑地なのでしかたがないかな。ザルツブルクの他の施設でも同様だけど次回は簡易サーキュレーター持って行こう！

• Christian (8/5): In Ordnung - Zwei Zimmer in perfekter Lage, dazu schönes Bad mit allen möglichen Utensilien - ein Schirm, ein Kühlschrank, und etwas Geschirr sind auch da plus einige Kaffeekapseln. Das Appartement liegt sozusagen in einer Wohnung - das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (In der (grossen) Wohnung dann ist allerdings fast nie jemand).. Auch gewöhnungsbedürftig ist es, dass man nur via Lift in die Wohnung kommt um auf die Toilette zu gehen, muss man allerdings durch ein Büro. Eigenartig ist auch, dass es im ersten kleinen Zimmer, wo ein Sofa, der Kühlschrank und der Schrank steht, etwas nach altem Wirtshaus riecht. "Eigenartig", da sonst alles so wunderbar ist.

• Thomas (10/5): Staying next door to Mozarts birthplace is the most centally located site in Altstadt Three delightful days exploringSa - What’s not to like about a location in Altstadt Salzburg which is accessed by a private elevator and hosted by two most likable persons. The apartment is bright ,airy and very comfortable. There is a bathtub!
