• Ananda (9/5): Clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. - Very good value for money. The room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and provided many services, like motorcycle rental and hotel pick up. There was a hot shower, even though the description said it didn't. We booked for one night initially and we ended up staying 3 nights. There was an issue with the location in Maps, it showed the hotel in the wrong address, I hope they can fix that.

• Athirah (8/5): Nice - The place is nicely located. The staff also very nice and helpful. The place also provide motor rental which is very very helpful for us as we want to travel around the place. The motor rent price also quite cheap. The place also quite nice. The resto have food that you can order. I would recommend the place if you want to save money. The place does not have water heater and hairdryer but i can compromise with that. The bed is a little bit noisy. There's a creaky sound of the bed whenever you turn which can be a lil disturbing.
• Julie (5/5): Comfy bed in a clean room - but noisy !! - Bluebell House offers a comfortable bed in a clean room. But it is more boarding house (many of the occupants are locals) than hostel or hotel. It is very cheap (we paid 1,000,000IDR for 4 nights), but be aware: * like every other low budget accom on Labuan Bajo, there is no hot water * it is right next to a mosque. Usually, the call to prayer is something you might hear from a distance. Here, it is VERY close and very loud. * there is one window, with a flimsy curtain, which lets in all the outside lighting. The lovely staff gave us an extra blanket to cover it up. * you can hear everything from the room, including people talking outside at all hours * you are around 2kms away from town and there is nothing nearby. So for meals, you need to go to town. A car is around 100,000IDR. A scooter/motorbike might be cheaper - wasn’t game to try that. Still, the staff are lovely and it’s hard to beat the price. We booked - and confirmed that we had booked - a driver to pick us up at the airport. There was no-one there when we arrived. Waited 15 minutes, then called. They said oh, they would send someone. Waited 15 more minutes (it’s a 10 minute drive, if that), called again. They said he was coming. 45 minutes after we arrived, we gave up and took a taxi. The Bluebell driver arrived 5 minutes after we’d left. Bluebell apologised, and dropped us to town that night for 50000IDR instead of 100000 - but it’s not want you need at the start of a holiday !

• Sina (4/5): Disappointing - It’s a decen’t dorm, good shower/bathroom.. nice outside Right next to a moschee but not too loud Price was ok for what it is They clean the room if u ask, but have only one key so u gotta leave it there.. they didn’t clean the trashbin of the bathroom.. i had food poisening and needed it to be gone and they certainly didn’t care at all there.. i didn’t feel homey or too comfortable there sadly.. all comes back to their boss.. Trying to rip us off with the scooter prices, never telling us how many scooter are actually available, trying to give me the shittiest scooter of them all and acting like there’s no better one even when there was after i said i wanted my money back.. suddenly a good scooter appears. The same happened to my friends.. they don’t wanna rent scooters for more days cause they don’t wanna give a discount. It’s all just about getting as much money from the tourists as possible which is quite sad.. wouldn’t stay there anymore.. if you wanna huggle the whole time, then u can stay there.
• Susie (9/5): friendly and homely atmosphere - Amazing smiley staff who were really helpful, tried their best to accommodate my vegan diet. Room was spotless and a good size. Amazing quality for the price. The location isn't very central, for me that was a good thing as I like peace and quiet and getting to experience how locals live. But it wouldn't be ideal for everyone. ( I would walk into town, its about 45 minutes ) or 5 min taxi ride.
• Daniel (10/5): Nice and comfortable - We stayed here for one night after the Komodo tour to just unwind and chill. The bed was so comfortable and was so nice to have a TV to watch Netflix! Bathroom was clean and shower was nice

• Anni (9/5): Superb - A bit outside of the city, so very quite, but if you rent a scotter it‘s just 10min to the city center. Clean and spacious rooms and very nice and helpful stuff! The offer a laundry service and a motorbike rent! The stuff even help us organize our transfer to Ruteng! Breakfast buffet for about 30k
• Caroline (6/5): Pleasant - The place is pretty new and has potential, there is missing a whole lot of organisation and professionalism. The stuff is vers friendly. The communication was a little bit difficult. I first got a single room which I didn‘t book and I asked confused and they said it‘s only for me. When I started to open my backpack they knocked to tell me they have to move me to the shared room, no problem mistakes can happen. Then they didn‘t tell me that we share 1 key with all the people of the room, luckily I came back before my roommate and she then explained to me. I asked 2x times for the Wifi Password because the one they gave me was wrong. After 3 days of absolutely no cleaning, I asked if they could clean a little bit as the floor gets sandy and the bathroom could get a fresh up, they agreed and when I came back they made the beds and nothing more so I asked again on the next day and they were sorry and did it.
• Charlotte (4/5): Don’t recommend it if you don’t speak Indonesian - It was very hard to communicate with the staff. They didn’t spoke English at all. I don’t like to write bad reviews but we just didn’t like our stay at all. A lot of mosquitos in our room when we checked in.

• Nadya (7/5): Meh - Booking is a bit painful. When we arrived at night, it seemed like the property manager didn't believe us. Also kept looking at her phone when we already said we have a booking. She walked sooooooo sloooowwwwwwwww. It was around 7ish pm and raining. we were asked about our name and they couldn't find it. Also we still need to write down our detail manually ourselves in a book. A bit annoying as we already booked online. Should've just asked our booking ID our ID. The housekeeper on the other hand is friendly and polite. She explained in detail about everything. The room is not soundproof so it was noisy at night and when people are having a chat outside

• Nurasmira (10/5): Nice place to stay for short trip - The place is new. So all the facilities in the room still great. Bluebell House have cafe, so don't have to worry about food. As I'm muslim, they do not serve me with chicken or meat which I respect for it because they understanding my religion even I'm not asking for anything about the food 👍 The bathroom, maybe because the room in the ground floor so expected there will be insect like caterpillar or earthworm, which is normal for villages.
