• Alison (7/5): - Great location, so close to the town , river walk, eating places and much more. Free Internet. Plenty of free parking space just around the corner. Tesco opposite , which was convenient. 2 large bags of dirty towels etc just left in the main reception area. We thought the cleaner was still there. We had to message about the heating , it was so chilly. No thermostat in the property, it had to be turned on remotely via the owner. Problems getting in the property, keybox awkward to get into. Outside front and back , full of weeds. No proper outside bins, apart from a small food bin to put our rubbish or bottles before we left. Bathroom and second reception room very tired, needed updating. Quite noisy with dogs barking and people gathering outside in tesco carpark opposite. Rather disappointing, wouldn't want to stay any longer than the 3 nights.

• Anita (9/5): Lovely NYE stay central to all amenities. Very warm and comfortable with plenty of space. - Warm and comfortable beds. Host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. Bathroom needs a bit of tlc and sofas need a clean but everything else was great.

• Barnard (8/5): - Nice clean house, comfy beds And well equipped. Owner was able to help over the phone with door code on arrival. Close to tescos and restuarants. Bathroom light was temperamental. Parking can be busy on the street.
• Stitson (8/5): Cosy House - Great location right in the centre of town near the fabulous Marshalls Yard shopping area and brand new Savoy cinema . V Well equipped house. Shame the outside front entrance was not weeded. Also some weeds growing through gravel and slabs in back garden made it look bit uncared for outside. But good space for drying laundry out back.

• Moyo (10/5): Loved loved loved - House was beautiful and spacious, comfortable beds . No full length mirriors for the girlie's who like a complete image of how they look before stepping out.
• Crawford (8/5): Spacious Spotless quiet well equipped house in quiet area - Spacious three bed house, new bed linen ample towels , well equipped kitchen , even air fryer! Spotless clean On street easy parking , massive Tesco superstore directly in front Windowless bathroom where light kept failing and door jammed This was an issue as I was sharing the accommodation with a mature lady. Not being able to close the door of the loo because of light and door jam was extremely embarrassing when your not sharing with family. This really let the stay down. It would have got a 10 out of ten from me otherwise. I did report the issue but nothing was done. It really spoiled our stay there

• Al (7/5): Good - Easy to find, great location for centre of town with Tesco right opposite Nothing to do with the property but there was a lot of traffic noise throughout most of the night
• Casey-leigh (3/5): Sweet but cut very short - Everything about this property was exceptional it was a lovely house very clean when arriving everything we needed was there and more. It was a great location, directly in front of you was Tesco and a couple other shops just behind that and down the street was more shops. The reason for a low score is because we were only there for 3 hours instead of the 3 night due to a water leak coming from the bathroom when the bath was used and didn’t want to stay with it especially with our 1 year old
• Leona (8/5): Excellent accommodation great location - The accommodation was perfect for our needs, everything you could have wanted plus parking. Ideal. Easy access and good communication with owners. My only issue was the bathroom, I'm 5ft 1inches but the 3 men in my family are over 6ft. The shower was a slight issue, they had to duck down The shower and bathroom were great but not ideal for tall people.

• Elliott (7/5): Overall I would stay again, as was a good location, was a bit pricey for 5 nights so my staying there would be less tha - Very spacious, local to a lot of amenities, warm and cosy, looked tidy on entering, had a good range of kitchen utensils though some had to be washed before using as were a bit dirty, got round that. No freezer, over the Christmas period anything frozen defrosted like frozen vegetables, and ice cream and anything else that had to stay frozen, had to be thrown out. The floors were a bit dirty downstairs and unable to walk around with no socks on as feet became black, mattress was a bit uncomfortable as could feel springs, flickering light in bathroom
• Carl (8/5): Great place would defo stay again. - Great for contractors has everything you need and the place is modern and clean and tidy. Suits 3 people sharing perfect. And all shops are literally on the doorstep. Rachael is very responsive and accommodating to help you with any issues. Parking is a bit of a bother sometimes.

• Aggs (6/5): Ok once the heating had been fixed! - Good clean property- with most modern comforts . Practical if not beautiful location . When we arrived the heating was not working and it took 12 hrs to be repaired- although the owner provided some electric heaters the space was very chilly over night. Our feeling is that such a basic requirement should have been checked before our arrival. There need to be some information notes on view on how to work the heating program which was unfamiliar to us. Other minor advice notes, some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be useful. The shower is old and difficult to use without soaking the rest of the room. The kitchen though well equipped could do with some basics like salt and pepper.
