Food was tasty with different varieties; we stayed for 7 days and enjoyed the meals every day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a late check-out. Highly recommended.
- Maria (3/5): шумные номера, никакого спокойствия - локация номера очень убитые, туалет маленький. кровать с подушками не удобные. очень все слышно, стоят обычные дешевые межкомнатных двери и все происходит за пределами номера вам будет слышно. так же слышно все машины, уснуть просто нереально. лучше выбирайте другой отель!

- ŞAHİN (10/5): Fiyatına göre üst düzey hizmet veren bir otel. - İlk girişte samimi ve güler yüzlü bir karşılama yapıldı. Çalışanların hepsi Türkçe konuşuyor, zaten hepimiz Türküz fakat kelime farklılıkları sorun oluşturmuyor çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Konum olarak harika, zaten her yere giderken taksi kullandık. Otelin konumunda taksi bulması da çok kolay ve trafik az. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Kahvaltısı güzel, odaların dizaynı ve temizliği harika. Tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Biz bebeğimizle konakladık bebek olduğu için de resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar devamlı bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular, ilgi alaka mükemmeldi. Beğenmediğim hiç bir konu yok. Otel sahibinden en alt çalışana kadar herkese teşekkürler.

- Tyagi Abhishek (3/5): At this stage, I would not recommend this hotel for families at all - Breakfast Experience Food Quality: The breakfast spread was very poor — I would rate it 2/10. Limited Options: Very few items available, none of which were appealing. Extra Charges: Cappuccino was chargeable. Only basic black coffee and tea were included. Requesting an omelette came with an additional service fee, which was surprising. Ambience: The dining area was nearly empty, adding to the overall negative impression. Overall Experience While the proximity to the Heydar Aliyev Museum was appreciated, the hotel failed across almost every other aspect — room comfort, facilities, washroom quality, soundproofing, breakfast, and service consistency. Significant improvements are required, including: Better storage options in the rooms Upgraded bathroom fittings and linen A drastically improved breakfast selection Removal of unnecessary charges for basic items Better noise control and staff professionalism At this stage, I would not recommend this hotel for families at all, as it does not offer the comfort, quality, or value expected. Our family of four (two adults and two boys aged 12 and 17) stayed at Congress Hotel Baku for one night, although our original booking was for four nights. Unfortunately, the experience was so unsatisfactory that we decided to check out the very next day. 1. Room Quality & Comfort - The quadruple room was reasonably spacious and included one king bed and two twin beds for the children — this was the only positive aspect. Beds & Linen: The bed mattresses and linen were of extremely poor quality. The bedding felt uncomfortable and the overall finish was far below standard. Storage Issues: There was no proper luggage rack or storage space — we had to keep all bags directly on the floor. 2. In-Room Facilities Water Charges: More than two bottles of water per day were chargeable, which felt unreasonable for a hotel stay. Basic Facilities: Essential amenities were missing or inadequate, making the room feel very bare and poorly equipped. Noise Outside: Room attendants were quarrelling loudly near the linen closet right outside our room — an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience. 3. Location The only noteworthy advantage is that the hotel is within walking distance to the Heydar Aliyev Museum, which is convenient. Other than that, there is nothing particularly attractive or useful in the immediate surroundings. 4. Service & Staff Interaction The front desk staff in the morning were polite and tried to assist. However, when we informed them on the evening of check-in that we wanted to cancel the remaining nights and request a full refund, it was initially denied. After considerable effort the next day, including contacting Booking.com for assistance, the refund was eventually processed — but only with one night charged. The whole process became a stressful interruption during what was supposed to be a holiday. Significant improvements are required

The tour driver Mr Abdullayev Rovsen was super. The breakfast was rather limited in Options. Perhaps I am used to bigger Hotels. Gym not ready.

Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı ancak özellikle Toğrul başta olmak üzere güleryüzlü ve temiz çalışanlarla keyifli bir hal aldı. Odayı manzarası için biraz da yüksek fiyatlı aldım. Müze ve park manzaralı olacaktı ancak otoparka o kadar yakındı ki perdeleri açmadık

Особенно хотелось бы отметить персонал, который заселил нас значительно раньше установленного времени, несмотря на то что мы прибыли раньше, чем планировали. В пешей доступности находятся продуктовые магазины, уютные кофейни и торговый центр Ganjlik Mall. Мы выбрали этот отель, потому что он находился относительно близко к стадиону, где проходил футбольный матч. Однако в следующий раз я бы предпочла остановиться в районе, расположенном ближе к Дому правительства. Завтрак в целом был неплохим, но было бы отлично, если бы в отеле была кофемашина.

Rooms are clean and good equipped. Internet issues were occurring last two days, it was the first time druting my second stay in this hotel.

- Abdullah (1/5): تجربه فاشلة لن اعيد السكن في الفندق - النظافة نوعاً ما تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال ممتاز التكييف غير بارد والغرفة حاره لم استطع النوم فيه كانت زيارتي في شهر 8 وباكو حاره في هالشهر وتحتاج تكييف للغرف والفندق لايوفر التكييف البارد. نصيحة مجرب : ادفع مبلغ أكثر في فندق ثاني أفضل من هذا الفندق
