• Riziero (10/5): Eccellente - Appartamento situato in una palazzina di recente costruzione, arredamento moderno e molto curato, domina il bianco e la pulizia, fornitissimo di tutto ciò che possa essere utile durante un soggiorno lungo o breve che sia. Il miglior alloggio che ci sia mai capitato. Ci tornerei senz'altro e lo consiglio sinceramente. Grazie.

• Jurij (10/5): Definitely would stay again - It is an amazing apartment: in a modern building, well decorated and equipped with everything you might need, two terraces, free underground parking (for those who rent a car it is quite important), location is very convenient for getting to the city center and beach, and of course host - extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. • Marius (7/5): To expensive for the price requested. - Situated pretty close to the center (1.2 km), very quite, has almost everything you need inside and it has a parking spot under the building. The street is very narrow, the arrangement of the cabinets in the living room and bathroom are not the roper ones, you can easily hit your head from the WC and from the kitchen in the living room. The bed was not confy, because it has a waterproof sheet on it, but nothing to cover it, maybe a topper it would be great. The same for the pillows, not comfy at all.

Francesca was very helpful and provided tips on places to visit and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Fully equiped appartment. Reserved parking spot in the underground garage. Absolutely nothing
• Speiser (9/5): We had a really great time and loved the apartment, definitely would book it again if we ever come to Cagliari again. - The apartment was really clean when we got there and looked exactly like on the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed, it even has a dishwasher. The apartment has parking in a parking garage attached to the building, which is super convenient. The location is also great, we often didn‘t even have to move the car to get somewhere. The apartment owner was always easy to reach out to if we had any questions and provided us with great recommendations of restaurants and beaches to explore around the city!

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Clean modern apartment with secure car parking. Lift access to the third floor. A short drive into the city centre and we found paying for parking in the Roma waterfront carpatk was less than a return bus fare. Bus stops nearby if you don't have a car. We missed having internet access which may be a deal breaker for many. In our case the apartment was chosen because of the secure car parking
• Rut (10/5): Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment ! - Stefano and Francesca, the hosts, made our experience amazing with their kindness and help. They are willing to help you and inform you about whatever you need. The apartment is modern and with all equipment you will need. It is located in a beautiful environment just right next to the center. It has magnificent terrace that is a perfect place to chill in the warm weather. We are used to travel, this stay was definitely on top of our list and the accommodation and hosts are the reason why 🥰🙏 Cagliari is the place to visit for good weather, good food, selection of shops and nice people. We are definitely going back soon !

• István (10/5): Well equipped cozy apartment from a friendly couple - Francesca and Stefano were absolute nice and friendly. Stefano helped us to take all our belongings into the apartment. A beer, coke, water and pudding or yogurt were prepared into the refrigerator, that is very attentive after a long journey. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The surrounding area was quiet.
