Guest Reviews
- Alexis (10/5): Excellent stay - Modern clean apartment, very comfortable beds. Tea coffee and sugar provided which was convenient. Children enjoyed the games.
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Andrea (6/5): Great lication - Great location. House was well equipped and clean. No wifi /tv. Although the owner messaged on the day we arrived to say there was an issue, we didn't have any for the whole time.
Second bedroom has a sofa bed which is small and not very comfortable, although the bed linen was nice.
- Nicola (10/5): Perfect for our family stay in Saundersfoot - The location is excellent - we walked into Saundersfoot every day. A bit of a hill on the way back, but that didn't bother us. The facilities at the property were all in good working order and it was well stocked with everything we needed to cook the odd meal during our stay. The whole stay was really pleasant and comfortable. Nothing to complain about at all.
- Michelle (8/5): Comfortable stay in Saundersfoot - The location was perfect, so close to the beach! And Saundersfoot itself is beautiful as well, even with gray weather. The apartment was great too. Comfortable bed. The toilet did not flush that well, as it took hours to refill the tank. It was a small issue and the owner is going to get looked into it.
- CLM1990 (10/5): - Lovely little apartment and perfect for a family get away.
- Tracey (5/5): - The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The WiFi didn’t always work. We couldn’t get the heating to come on. The toilet had running water into the cistern all of the time. It would have been better to have instructions to use the heating, WiFi code etc
- Mark (8/5): - Great location, everything you would need in the kitchen. Good owner communication.
- Nicki (8/5): Small clean & tidy property, close to beach & ideal for young family. - Lovely little house, very clean & tidy. Modern. Close to the centre & private parking. Microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, freezer, hob, cooker etc. Main bed was comfy. Very kindly allowed an earlier check in. Booked for 4 people, 2 towels left out. Would suggest possibly investing in some bigger towels, too. No tea towel from what we could see. We used 1 cup & 1 bowl the whole weekend as barely there and felt it unnecessary to use a dishwasher for that, but nothing to dry on. 1 toilet roll left between 4 people over 2 days didn't seem adequate. We bought our own fortunately. We felt a blind is needed in the bathroom. Even with frosted glass, you can still be seen having a shower from the carpark. No mirror in the main bedroom to get ready at. Unusual but necessary. We were Mom, Dad, 30 year old son with partner. Who did not sleep well on bed settee. I'd say perfect for kids, not adults, so personally, we'd say this accommodation mainly suits 2 adults or a young family. Terrible stale smell upon arrival. If it was just 2 of us, we'd be ok with a couple of nights tops but couldn't manage any longer. If you are not great on your feet, the hill into town is pretty steep to tackle too but it is close to the centre. It didn't wholly meet our exceptions but can see how it could appeal to others, We didn't dislike it, but felt it needs a few extras here and there to encourage us to go back.
- Guest (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a really good location - The apartment was really nicely decorated with everything accounted for our needs. It was quiet and easily accessible to saundersfoot. The small beach Allan recommended was great and the dog absolutely loved it. Plenty of space to park outside apartment and easy to reach Tenby etc and Folly farm where our daughter and her family were staying. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday let to anyone.thanks for a great few days might see you next year The only thing I would have liked was a wardrobe. Everything else was perfect
- Joanna (8/5): We had a great stay, overall the accommodation was good and the location was fabulous - The location was fabulous with very easy access to Saundersfoot and beaches. The lounge in particular was very cosy and homely. The shower was powerful and warm Some of the bed linen was a little marked (spot of blood on pillowcase) and a few other stains. The towels could also do with being replaced.
- Sharon (8/5): - Great location, very clean and tidy.
- Paul (9/5): Lovely holiday in a great location. - Modern, well equipped townhouse. Great location in a small development with allocated parking space. Lovely sea view. Two decent sized bedrooms, one with double bed & one with double sofa bed. 5-10 minutes walk to beach & town. Bedrooms are downstairs which keeps them nice & cool. Good sized bathroom with shower over bath. Had a great holiday here. No garden.
- Nicole (8/5): Quiet location with easy parking, would recommend access to your own vehicle due to steep hill - Quiet location with easy parking Near the top of a very steep hill
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Lauren (8/5): Great place for visiting West Wales - Perfect location for visiting West Wales. Very short drive into Saundersfoot, walkable if you have the stamina for the hill. The facilities were great for travelling with a baby. All the facilities were very clean. The access to streaming services on the TV was a lovely addition, and the free WiFi was very useful as we had no signal on our phones. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The check in process was easy with details sent out 24 hours prior to arrival. I found the downstairs area where the bedrooms are felt quite miserable - the black blinds I think make the place seem darker and more closed in than it is. Also, I think the paint would benefit from touching up in the hallway. Although it is clean, there were lots of cobwebs and spiders in corners, which as someone who used to suffer with a severe phobia I would have struggled to stay here previously. There was only one toilet roll, I feel two should be supplied as standard. Upstairs was very hot and we couldn't stay up there for long with the baby as we were worried they would overheat, even with adjusting the heating and opening windows. The allocated parking space is very awkward to get into, but the neighbours said it was okay for us to park in the spot adjacent to the property so this was helpful.
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional - Location and general feel of the property made us feel at home The hill but keeping us fit lol
- Jacqueline (10/5): The stay was easy -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - What is there not to like? Lovely accommodation with a homely feel. It has everything we needed and was in a great location. It’s situated on a steep hill but it’s less than a minutes drive to the beach. We needed to communicate with the host about something and had a really quick response. Would love to stay again!
- Carlie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelley (8/5): Very good - Apartment was nice, on two levels which I hadn't realised so the stairs were an issue for us having my elderley mother and an elderley dog who cannot do stairs.
I thought the space could of been better used in the lounge a small armchair maybe, not enough seating in my opinion, there's a soft bench along the window but it's uncomfortable after a while.
Great location, we did need to drive as we couldn't do the hill back with my mothers mobility.
Nice and quiet, neibours friendly. The black blinds give the apartment a dingy feel, if there pulled up the light hits and it's totally transformed.
The taps in kitchen make a really loud noise when running water.
Parking space is confusing and a bit tricky but you can use the one directly outside which is easier.
- Tracy (8/5): . -
- George (9/5): Superb -
- Jacqueline (10/5): A very comfortable and easy place to stay - Great location, good parking, super clean and a sea view. The only thing is difficulty getting Wi-Fi connected, it didn’t recognise the given password. Suggest new internet provider if it can’t be solved.
- Nicola (8/5): Perfect spot - Lovely quiet spot. Well equipped. Lovely decor. Good communication from host. Lovely beach very close by. Will be staying there again! Bit of a hill between town and accommodation but blows cobwebs away.
- Reg (9/5): Superb - Good location. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Good heating/hot water. Very clean. Over all a very pleasant and happy stay. Only thing it would benefit from is a coat of paint in the hallway and stairs which were marked from hands and possibly cases rubbed against walls. Would benefit from a booklet listing things like where to put rubbish, recommendations on resteraunts or places to visit.
- Shaney (10/5): Amazing weekend spent with family in a incredible home - Beautiful home, very clean & great location there wasn’t anything for me to dislike if I’m honest
- Christopher (9/5): Couldn't really fault anything about our stay. Would definitely recommend the accommodatio. - Excellent location. Property was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. However the walk back from Saundersfoot is steep so bear that in mind if you aren't fit and able.
- Robert (10/5): Very enjoyable relaxing short stay - Convenient location, clean and tidy with good facilities No toilet rolls in the bathroom. Would have expected at least 1
- David (10/5): Two days away after the Christmas rush perfect x - Close to the town within walking distance Nothing it was great for us
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Everything you you need at the property.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- John-williams (10/5): An excellent, modern place to stay in lovely Saundersfoot - An excellent, modern and comfortable place to stay. Very accommodating hosts who allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated No complaints. Couldn't get freeview tv as there was an aerial issue, but the smart tv has plenty of options
- Neil (9/5): Superb -
