• Nicola (10/5): - Se cercate dove mangiare e dormire bene a Diani, Casa Mia è il posto giusto. Coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Raramente capita di trovare un posto dove tutto sia così curato. La cena è stata un’esperienza sensoriale incredibile, ma la vera sorpresa è stata la qualità del sonno: una camera tranquilla e un materasso che ti rigenera. Grazie per l'ospitalità splendida, ci siamo sentiti a casa ma con i servizi di un hotel di livello.

• Mathew (10/5): Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem ruhig. Besonders gefallen haben mir der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen.

• Alina (10/5): A wonderful experience thanks to an exceptional team. - What could have been a simple holiday turned into something truly special thanks to the Casamia team. From the moment of arrival, everything was done to make my stay feel safe, warm, and genuinely welcoming — which makes a real difference, especially when traveling alone. A very special mention goes to the waiters. Their kindness, constant smiles, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out throughout the stay. They didn’t just serve meals — they created comfort, ease, and a true feeling of being at home. Those small daily interactions made a big impact in my experience of the country. The security team was also excellent and reassuring at all times (including a late-night moment when they kindly helped with an unexpected insect in the room). The driver and all other staff members contributed with professionalism and kindness, creating a truly pleasant and safe environment. The team also showed great honesty and integrity by contacting me afterward to explain that a payment initially thought to be declined by the bank had actually been processed 4 times.

• Tatenda (6/5): Incredible staff, quality is lower than the pictures - The staff were amazing, Silus, Silam, Diane, Jedidah and Florence took really good care for me. It’s also a great location, close to all the local hot spots It didn’t seem like management had invested enough to maintain the rooms compared to the restaurants. There weren’t toiletries as listed, the same handwash was put into the shower gel. I came back one night and there were small black bugs coming out of the bidet. The white towels had some stains and the painted concrete has yellow tints in the bathroom. So despite the incredible staff, it wasn’t comfortable

• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic top notch Suites!!! - The service from the beginning with curbside assistance with luggage, cocktail, description of area (beach, shopping, etc.), fresh flowers in the room, room comfort and cleanliness, etc. We had dinner in the restraunt, where we met the Chef and the Craetaker explained all the dishes. The food was phenominal - Michellene Star - quality!!! This was just a perfect stay. Wish it had been longer and my next viist to Kenya, I would fly directly there! Everything was wonderful!
• Shama (8/5): Very good - The place was spacious and clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The natural lighting in the room and bathroom was great. The AC was working perfectly which is important in the scorching heat of Diani's summer! The staff, Gedida, Salim from housekeeping and Hamadi the askari were all very helpful, allowing us to drop off our bags before checking in and assisting us with our luggage even after we've checked out. We weren't able to operate the safe, so the manager was very quick to come and assist. The room is located above the restaurant. So in the evening when the kitchen is fully operational downstairs, the smell of cooking and frying enters the room.... Making it uncomfortable to sleep and impossible to keep the windows open for fresh air. Also, the toiletries in the bathroom were very limited... Only shower gel and had soap. A microwave in the kitchenette would've been a nice option.

• Dolly (9/5): An excellent place for couples or solo travelers - The restaurant has amazing food. Great location, right at the roadside. Very quiet during the day. Clean and specious rooms. I enjoyed my rest. Very beautiful place too. Most definitely considering another stay and of course, my friends will have to experience it too. The noise in the evenings when the restaurant kitchen is running, but hey! the aroma is totally worth it.

• Suppliers (10/5): Perfect cozy spot - Clean, quiet, and comfy. Value for money. Still new, and hopefully, they keep it that way. The only issue was the manager screaming that actually woke me up around 9 am. Otherwise, everything else was supa. Manager screaming from the top of his lungs. For a second, I thought we were being robbed, and the robbers had entered the compound, only to realise he was yelling at the staff. Otherwise all was good.

• Eldad (7/5): Nice & cozy - Good location and kinda modern style with most of the facilities needed. Overall the experience was not bad for the price so I can say good value for money. Plumbing issues, toilet didn’t flush. Perhaps having a phone that connect to the reception would be ideal.

The place is very clean and modern Great stuff members and the food at the restaurant was amazing There was no breakfast included in the package which I think could be the least. There was equally a power problem but it would bounce back almost immediately

• Mwedekeli (7/5): Good - The bed was amazing and the room was very comfortable with the AC. The room was bright and tastefully decorated. The restaurant was beautiful the chef made delicious food. The staff were very friendly but did not know the details of my booking on arrival. It would have been nice if the'house rules' were explained' i.e. breakfast, housekeeping arrangements. I had to duplicate information I already entered into bookings.com which was a little annoying. It would be a better feeling if payment was made at the end of the stay rather than on arrival. Room service would have made the experience better so the room could have a tab that could have been paid at the end that way we would have actually spent more money. Communication could have been better regarding breakfast as we woke up before 11am expecting breakfast only to find out that we have to have prearranged it. The breakfast was a little expensive considering Koko's was next door offering a great breakfast at a great price. The shower head was not the best as very little water came out, the toilet seat also kept coming off. With these changes made I would recommend the place.
• Fleur (8/5): Very good - Everything was very new and comfortable, the room is spacious and has all the useful equipments (including AC). The place is very new and mostly runs as a restaurant, for now. No one seemed in charge of checking in/out guests. Perhaps just bad timing? Getting someone to properly "introduce me" to the place would have been ideal, just to talk about wifi passwords, how to get out outside of restaurant hours, or any other services. I could ask anything in terms of accommodation afterward to the very attentive restaurant staff, but that was not really what they were there for.
