• Анастасия (10/5): Прекрасный чистый теплый номер с удобным месторасположением и развитой инфраструктурой! - Номер полностью соответствует фото на сайте. Очень чисто, аккуратно, имеется все необходимое для проживания (фен, стиральная машина, кухонные приборы, посуда и бытовая техника). Огромный плюс проживания в данном комплексе - это наличие газового отопления в номере с возможностью регулирования под нужную комфортную температуру, что немаловажно при проживании в холодное время года. Нас встретили на ресепшен, проводили до номера, все показали и разместили. По вопросу оплаты тоже проблем не было, все быстро и оперативно (оплата при заселении любым удобным для нас способом, что тоже очень удобно). В шаговой доступности большое количество магазинов и, самое главное, пляж и прогулочный парк. Вообщем все прекрасно!!!

• Polina (10/5): kind staff, modern style apartment. big balcony - We requested for early check in and the owner confirmed it, The manager met us at the reception and was very helpful until we get inside the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has beautiful view. The view at night was better than day. We cooked at the apartment and felt like home even Georgian food is delicious. It was a good choice , we enjoyed, thank you Nothing that much but if someone is scared of the height the apartment is located at the last floor, 27 floor from 27, even we liked the view so much , but some people are scared of high floors.

• alexander (10/5): perfect choice for remote workers! csn highly recommend! - had an very good time here, i even extended my stay + communication with owner and manager + well equipped facilities + View (best part!) + decent internet some good working cafes nearby (9 3/4, greejeen), good restaurants nearby, outdoor gym, not far to airplane viewing spot i felt like home, thank you very much! walls are bit thin, so sometimes you can hear neighbours , but might be a general thing in batumi (still got very good sleep)

• Aleksandr (9/5): Отличные апартаменты - Отличное расположение апартаментов. До пляжа пять минут пешком, рядом большой торговый центр, остановки автобусов, следующих в центр Батуми и в аэропорт. Несколько пунктов обмена валюты. Отличное оснащение номера, кондиционер, удобная кровать, оборудованная мини кухня. Есть стиральная машина. Удобная зона отдыха на балконе. Хорошее и разнообразное освещение номера. Номер полностью соответствует описанию. Очень приветливый персонал, быстро решают все проблемы, всегда доступны по телефону. Хорошая слышимость соседей.

• Daniel (8/5): Beautiful view but needs urgent improvements - The low price. A day before check in I was asked to pay an extra 16.5% on top of the advertised price (payment is in cash during check in) because the owner claimed the published price on the booking.com website was a "mistake". I agreed to the higher price because it was still cheaper than most in the area and due to the high rating. The view from the 27th floor. Walking distance to the sea. Many shops in the vicinity and metrocity mall is near. Check in was smooth and quick and the guy who checked me in Mr. Gela is friendly and helpful. The apartment was superficially cleaned. The kitchen drawers had large and visible grease markings and the bathroom seems to not have been cleaned at all (with exception of the floor that was mopped). The guests who stayed before me were probably a male and female couple because the sink was blocked with long hairs and there were short hairs scattered on the floor and washing machine. The biggest problem is the low quality mattress. It has springs sticking out when you lay on it. My first instinct was to cut my loss and leave to a different apartment. However, the mattress has an additional thin cover (surely an attempt to reduce the discomfort) and as I am single I folded it and managed to sleep the four nights on one side of the bed (albeit uncomfortably. I woke up every morning earlier than usual as a result). There are 5 decorative cushions that lay on the bed. These are made of materials that are not washable and it added to an overall impression of lack of cleanliness. They also take a lot of space because there are also 4 sleeping pillows and so the wardrobe can hardly contain any clothes if these pillows and cushions are kept in the wardrobe (it is likely some guests keep the cushions on the floor under the bed). I took the time to describe in detail the shortcomings so the host fixes them because judging by my experience the majority of the reviews on this listing are inaccurate.

• Chiara (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location and wonderful host! - Our stay was spectacular. The host is very kind and very helpful. The apartment is brand new and very clean, well equipped and functional. It is very beautifully decorated and is colorful and very bright. The kitchen is a great value. The view is wonderful and the location perfect. The waterfront is very close by! I felt pampered by every detail. It was like being at home! Ideal for a couple. We will definitely stay there again and stay more days. Congratulations!
• Elizavets (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean apartment. There was everything needed. From the balcony you can see the sea and the mountains. Since the apartment is on the top floor, you can go out onto the roof. However, we did not expect that the apartment is located in a building under construction. And all the amenities of the house, such as a swimming pool and a bar, are not yet finished.

We used to cross the street and arrive to the biggest mall and biggest Casino, Eclipse casino which is located at Euphoria hotel, the beach also 5-8 mins walking from the apartments, The local manager is very kind and helpful . he came to give us the keys and helped us to explore new places at the city, Thank you, We will come back soon всем рекомендую!
