• Davron (10/5): - Great hotel with an excellent location. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool and bar are amazing — a perfect place to relax. The breakfasts were delicious, and the room had hot water and air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!
• Iris (8/5): - Swimming pool was perfect. Beds were comfortable and room overall looked good. The airco was really loud. The shower drain was full of hair (not ours) could’ve been cleaner. We stayed for 5 nights, so we would’ve liked it if they cleaned the room in between. Be aware that it’s a bit away from everything, we had our own tuktuk so for us it was not a problem at all.

• Laura (6/5): Comfortable and good value overall, but a few practical details and the atmosphere didn’t fully align with our expectati - A really good bed, air conditioning — the room was overall nice and comfortable for the price. There’s a cozy rooftop terrace with a pool table, free water, and cute kittens. Great breakfast made by local women. We were the only non-Russian guests, which felt a bit strange—as if we didn’t quite fit in or had ended up somewhere we weren’t supposed to be. Many things and information are in Russian, and the staff’s English is quite limited. Breakfast only starts around 9:00–9:30, which wasn’t the most convenient timing for us. The swimming pool is more decorative than something you actually use. There were no sun loungers or seating around it. There were quite a few power outages, but that’s probably just part of being in Sri Lanka.
• Amelia (10/5): Fantastic accommodation for families and surf enthusiasts. - Beautiful location ideal for beach days and surfing. The bedrooms were perfect with two children and breakfast was delicious cooked by staff on site. Bar at night with pool table and board games providing entertainment. Monkeys, parrots, chipmunks, resident cats and fabulous staff. Nothing.
• Eva (8/5): - We had a nice stay at Ural Surf House. It's a comfortable and quiet place with nice rooms and a rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. Friendly staff This is not necessarily a negative thing, but it seemed like we were the only non-russians staying there. Sometimes it felt like we were intruding a bit.
