- Mateusz (4/5): Disappointing - Canteen serving tasty and affordable food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very dirty, trash in the wardobe and no warm water. Bathroom stinky and shower broken. Very was very high due to COP29, I would not recommend it to anyone!

The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. While the hotel is situated somewhat distant from the city's main attractions, it offers round-the-clock taxi services at good rates. I would strongly endorse this place, giving it a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Everything met my expectations. I encountered no issues whatsoever. The amenities and services provided were entirely satisfactory to me.
