- Jjjj (10/5): - Чистота, гарний вигляд з вікна і лоджії, затишно, відмінна шумоізоляція. Продумана, зручна парковка. Гарна термоізоляція будинку, незважаючи на те, що за вікном було дуже жарко, якщо закрити вікна, в апартаменті досить комфортно. Відсутність таких дрібниць як пакети для сміття, бумажні фільтри для кавоварки та відсутність мікрохвильової печі.

- Peitler (10/5): Herrliche Auszeit - Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles neu, groß genug für 3. Vom Balkon aus toller Blick aufs Meer. Freundliche Vermieterin. Gute Distanz zum Meer. Nicht zu weit weg und nicht neben der Hauptstraße. Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
- Christian (10/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage, viel Platz. Gepflegt und sauber. Die Fotos der Unterkunft sind realistisch. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, WI-FI, Parkplatz (mit Sonnenschutz). Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gut eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die angegebene Adresse des Apartments gibt es doppelt in Njivice, zumindest bei Google. Dafür kann aber niemand etwas, die Anmerkung dient nur als Hinweis.

- Yuriy (9/5): Чудовий краєвид, просторий номер, приємлиме відношення ціна/якість. - Ми харчувалися самостійно, усі умови для цього в номері є (дві кухні, два холодильники). Паркінг, багато простору. Краєвид із великого балкону. Відстань до моря - 350 м. Неймовірно чиста вода. Доброзичлива господиня. Ми тут вже вдруге і плануємо повернутися ще. Ідеальне місце для сім'ї із дітьми (дві спальні, дві душові кімнати тощо). Нема такого.
