Guest Reviews
- Francesca (6/5): - posizione buona, ottima vista. aria condizionata funzionante . Doccia veramente piccola. assenza wifi.

- Mark (8/5): Comfortable apartment with wonderful views. - Amazing views over Bonasola and the coast, and lovely setting amongst old tenement buildings. Steep but short walk from the train station, town and beach. Spacious enough for family of four and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Clean and tidy.
If arriving by foot, take the footpath that goes past the castle and up the hill rather than following the road. The coffee percolator was too small for four people.
The instructions for disposing of waste and recycling could have been clearer.
Directions for arriving on foot would be helpful.
- David (6/5): Great view, but located above Bonassola and beach not in it. - The view from the property is incredible - the best thing about it.
Air con worked well and was much needed in the living room and bedrooms.
The accommodation was as advertised and the host was responsive to questions. The stairs to and from Bonassola are long and punishing in the summer heat. I underestimated the effort to get too and from the village anytime you want to head to the beach. This and a lack of Wi-fi is reflected in the price I suspect so no complaints. Bear in mind there are instructions to dump rubbish at the community facility near the train station before departure, so you’ll probably want to do that with a car unless you enjoy steps.
The TV is advertised but appears not to have worked for quite a while. Not a deal breaker but I can see it was mentioned in reviews last year.
Finally parking is seemingly a hot/stressful topic in Bonassola and particularly the area where this property is located - even though it is high above the main action. Be very careful to establish which spot is for the accommodation or risk chats with local neighbours (none of the spots have signage saying which number house they belong to) - hint for this accom, it’s not the obvious spots just outside the buildings but across the road. Even spots that remained empty throughout our stay were apparently no-go zones. Easily solved with clear instructions and signage to save them all getting stressed about it and visitors getting “the stare” and then inevitable warning as I did from one lady, and a mix up with a very pleasant but obviously irritated man whose spot I then moved into.
