• Wesley (8/5): Very convenient location for college drop off. Thank you! - The owner was very accommodating with an early check in and a late check out. The place was very comfortable with all linens needed and kitchen supplies. The floors were not clean but the bathrooms and kitchen were so not a huge complaint.

• Cindy (2/5): Won't stay again, very dirty - It was in ok location and spacious. We were very disappointed! The place needs a complete deep clean. Dishes were still in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer, which we took care of. The cabinets were dirty inside and out. We had to wipe down areas. There was no dish soap to do the 3 dishes we used. The floors were not swept or washed, food on the floor. The one bed was dirty! There was a very large cockroack in the living room along with another very small one and ants in the bathroom. I wiped the bathroom floor with a swifter, which was black! Ceiling fans had caked dust, so we did not use them. Since we all felt uncomfortable, we left the next morning instead of staying the full stay. The place would have a good review if a complete cleaning would have been done. I do not recommend this place.

• Sally (8/5): The house was great. The only bad thing was that we had to do a little cleaning when we got there - It was a great experience, I love how everything that we had planed to do while in Memphis was close to us.
