عبدالله (1/5): اتوقع انني تعرضت لعملية نصب في هذا المسكن - لم اسكن في الفندق عندما وصلت إلى الشقة أخبرني صاحب الشقة ان الشقة ممتلئة ولا يمكن استقبالي وقال انه سيقوم بإلغاء الحجز ولم يفعل وجاءت رسالة من بوكنق ان المضيف اخبرهم انني لم اقوم بتسجيل الوصول وتواصلت من بوكنق دوف فائدة الى الان امل من شركة بوكنق حل هذا الموضوع وتوضح الصور المرفقة المحادثة بيني وبين المضيف لم اسكن في الفندق بسبب ان صاحب الفندق أخبرني ان الشقة ممتلئة ولا يمكن استقبالي وسوف يقوم بإلغاء الحجز ولم يقوم بذلك ولم استطيع استرداد اموالي امل من بوكنق حل هذه المشكله
