• Asen (10/5): Прекрасен престой - Хубав апартамент, има всичко необходимо. Голямо удобство са двете бани с тоалетни. В близост е до метро и автобус. Точно до апартамента има хубави и нескъпи ресторантчета и бар. Има и къде да закусиш.
• Shivansh (10/5): - The apartment is well-connected to the underground metro stations so getting around Rome was very easy! The neighbourhood also seemed quite safe to walk upon our return at night. Alessandro is very co-operative and responsive! There was one thing required in the apartment and he promptly came the next day morning and fixed it. The apartment has more than everything you need for a comfortable stay with a lovely layout. The building has a receptionist during the day and evening and the lock system for tboth he main gate and building gate work quite well, so the compound is very secure!

• Andrea (9/5): Ottima posizione per visitare Roma a piedi - Quartiere tranquillo, posizione ottima, parcheggio abbastanza facile, vicino a 2 fermate della metro, appartamento grande con 2 bagni veri, spazioso e ben organizzato. Materasso del matrimoniale un pò duro
• Jūratė (9/5): Wonderful location outweighed small disadvantages - Location was very good - near 2 metro stations and Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Termini central station is easily reachable by metro. Good supermarket Castoro nearby. We also liked the spaciousness of the apartment and there being 2 WC rooms. The host was very nice - we arrived too early, but he let us in. The kitchen could have been better prepared - there was no paper towels, no dish sponges, and the pots and saucepans were not verry inviting (we had to scrub it ourselves before first use). Those small inconveniences we solved the first day by visiting nearby supermarket :) .
• Alizée (10/5): Merveilleux - Appartement très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, grande pièce de vie et 2 salles de bains très pratique ! Il est situé à 5 min à pied de l'arrêt de métro pour accéder au centre ville. L'hôte a été très disponible et a su répondre à toutes nos questions durant le séjour. Hôte très accueillant et d'une immense gentillesse. Je recommande fortement !

• Jhon David (10/5): Comoda y central. - Lugar central, comodo, bonitas instalaciones. A la llegada nos encontramos con una persona que al parecer era el administrador, y se enojó con la llegada de nosotros porque estábamos esperando adentro lo que parecía una recepción y no había personal, y según el, era ilegal estar adentro de la unidad residencial sin permiso.
• Michal (8/5): - We liked the location, close to the metro, several grocery stores nearby. The accommodation was roomy with kitchen and everything we really needed. The communication with the host when picking up the keys and towards the end of our stay could be better.

• Iulian (10/5): Nice apartment! A very nice hollyday with friends in Rome! - Location is a 5min walk toward St. Giovanni Metro Station, which gives you the possibility to visit all the city very easy. Our host was very kind, he ask us when we will arrive to give personally the keys of apartment. With three rooms and 2 bathroom ( the living room is also a kitchen), it is very desirable for 2 families, because it was separate very clever by doors, so nobody was disturbed. Some instruction for use the dishwasher machine will be more than welcome, otherwise you should make a search by google. And some consumables for it!

• Katherine (8/5): Nice older, spacious apartment in a great location - This is an older apartment but in a very convenient location near a Metro station, only 4 stops from Roman Termini station. It was neat and clean with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and spacious. The main bathroom shower curtain needs to be replaced and some firmer pillows would be great. I mentioned these to the host and he was receptive to my suggestions.
